    Everyone is friendly and their service is fast. Never any problems here. Plus it's in Montebello so it's easier to get to.

Originally I wanted to get this interlock for the wireless aspect. Stupid and not worth it. It has to be plugged in regardless to charge. I had an appointment and on the day of install, the tech was a no show because he said he didn't get the unit mailed to him. After I drove an hour and a half to get it installed. Should have been a red flag. I was going to go with a company local to me instead but he called me the next day and told me he would drive to where I live just to make up for the day before. Cool, works for me. From the beginning, the interlock itself had issues linking therefore I couldn't start my car. I had to turn it off and on about 10 times just to get it to link. Go inside a store for 5 minutes? It SHOULD have an active screen and link right away. Nope. It would go black and I would go through the same blood boiling process every time I turned the car off. It's much worse than it sounds. Going through that multiple times a day is enough to make you go insane. But just to ensure you go completely bonkers, there's the so called customer service. Expect to listen to the worst symphony music instead of a ring until someone decides to answer. It might say your wait time is 2 minutes but it's really 10. Then you get a terrible connection, constant cutting out, and employees who don't know what theyre doing. They say they'll set up your auto pay? Nope you have to call back the next month to pay. They say they'll call you back? They won't. Prepare to make another long ass phone call. Say they'll replace your unit? They actually will.. but they'll send you a defective one. By far the worst experience with any company I've ever had. Period. Hate Comcast? Times that by ten and you have Blow and Drive. Im convinced it's ran by a bunch of idiot stoners who don't give a shit about you or their product. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, just pay the extra $20 or whatever a month for a company that actually provides a decent service. Do not go down the rabbit hole. 0/10 would notttttt recommend even to my worst enemy.

    Do NOT use this company! I had my device installed by a very nice young man who explained…read moreeverything just fine. The install caused my backup camera to disengage so I just lived with it-even though it was a brand new vehicle. It came time to be calibrated and I booked a time for him to come out to my place of work to do so. Then, it came time to (thankfully) get it uninstalled. During that process, the same young man informed there might be a fee to get it taken out. Imagine my surprise when months later I learn I am in collection for $166 from this company, I had no notice of these fees so I called. Apparently the free calibration is not free if they come out to you. No one ever informed me of this. (Was it in the lengthy contract? Probably. But no one reminded me on the phone when I made the appt. which is customary.) I tried to reason with the people at customer service but they didn't budge. NO ONE would even consider working with me to get the bill reduced even a penny. Ok, the onus is on me-I should have asked first and I learned my lesson BUT the people on the phone have zero customer service skills, no empathy at all. Not everyone who has to get this device installed is a thug or a loser. Some of us were at the wrong place at the wrong time and made an error in judgement. I am writing this so you won't make the same mistake I did and use this company. I voluntarily installed a device in my car recently on the advice of my atty. with a new company and they are delightful, easy to work with and their device is easier to use. Shame on these people for their lack of customer service skills. The owner of this company needs to be informed. Please learn from my mistake and go somewhere else!
