When I called Fusion to check if they had any availability, they were booked up but agreed to squeeze me in since I didn't live too far from the shop. I really appreciated that. When I arrived, Gaston helped me troubleshoot my alarm module and showed me that it was, in fact, broken. I was never going to be able to program it on my own! Gaston replaced the module and got everything working. I was in and out within 30 minutes. Fusion is super quick, knowledgeable, honest and very professional. Their prices are great too! Originally I wanted to get this interlock for the wireless aspect. Stupid and not worth it. It has to be plugged in regardless to charge. I had an appointment and on the day of install, the tech was a no show because he said he didn't get the unit mailed to him. After I drove an hour and a half to get it installed. Should have been a red flag. I was going to go with a company local to me instead but he called me the next day and told me he would drive to where I live just to make up for the day before. Cool, works for me. From the beginning, the interlock itself had issues linking therefore I couldn't start my car. I had to turn it off and on about 10 times just to get it to link. Go inside a store for 5 minutes? It SHOULD have an active screen and link right away. Nope. It would go black and I would go through the same blood boiling process every time I turned the car off. It's much worse than it sounds. Going through that multiple times a day is enough to make you go insane. But just to ensure you go completely bonkers, there's the so called customer service. Expect to listen to the worst symphony music instead of a ring until someone decides to answer. It might say your wait time is 2 minutes but it's really 10. Then you get a terrible connection, constant cutting out, and employees who don't know what theyre doing. They say they'll set up your auto pay? Nope you have to call back the next month to pay. They say they'll call you back? They won't. Prepare to make another long ass phone call. Say they'll replace your unit? They actually will.. but they'll send you a defective one. By far the worst experience with any company I've ever had. Period. Hate Comcast? Times that by ten and you have Blow and Drive. Im convinced it's ran by a bunch of idiot stoners who don't give a shit about you or their product. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, just pay the extra $20 or whatever a month for a company that actually provides a decent service. He saved me after the previous installer just couldn't get it done. ------- If you look at my reviews, I'm not an easy customer. Many would rate me as a "Karen" if I'm quite honest... but Maor at Simon's was absolutely great from start to finish. Even when I got stressed out, he was calm and communicated well. He won't put bad gear in your car, so be prepared to spend some money, but he won't upsell you on stuff you don't need either and you get accurate, detailed prices on every component and aspect of installation. The overall installation price was maybe a bit over average, but I feel like I got an amazing deal for the amount of time and effort he put into every detail. So worth it. The service, care, quality of the install and the sound is night and day compared to what I got from my previous installer. It's not even in the same league. He spent a lot of time getting the gear right for my preferences and my EV's limitations before we even started. He gave me full breakdowns of different levels of sound insulation/deadening to choose from. He communicated in detail with pictures for updates and questions while he was doing the install. He worked with me on the tune and gave me multiple tunings to choose from, as well as other ways to help dial in the sound I wanted for my very diverse taste in music. There were no surprises and no problems when I picked it up and paid. Just pure joy listening to my new system. The system sounds great at all volumes with all music. I'm not an audiophile (and neither are 99% of the other people who claim to be)... but I do have a good ear, and I love me some clear, deep, bone shaking bass that doesn't overpower the reset of the music. I've had it for almost 2 months now and it brings me nothing but pure joy. That joy is worth every penny I spent. Not a feeling that's easy to get these days.

Ended with all Kenwood speakers and sub, new JBL head unit with wireless Car Play, along with door and trunk deadening to eliminate vibrations (not initially in the plan, but after the first listen I wanted it and it made a WORLD of difference).
