Since having this shop install my system it has been NOTHING but problems. They also installed my system with rusty used wood screw. I reside in hemet, minimum a 75 mile drive to this shop. I've came in 5 times after the system was installed due to complications. It's getting to the point where I'm spending more on gas to travel to their shop than I paid for the system. Had my husbands pathfinder viper with remote start done back in 2016, we have had too many issues and been returning to get fixed however we are still having the same issues - vehicle alarm on its own, key has a hard time unlocking vehicle, when driving it auto locks multiple times etc finally i contacted the owner again as he stated if problem persists they will have to remove the system and replace with a new one, contacted owner - "no response" so now we are stuck with a truck that auto locks on its own while driving multiple times, alarms on its own and cannot unlock the dang vehicle... i literally have to pay someone to do it but just waiting to see if i can get a response from the owner with this negative review! read more

John was absolutely fantastic! It was incredible really. My aux cord has had a short for about a year that's gotten progressively worse. It took months to occur to me that I could pay someone to fix it. And what a relief that idea was! I was hoping to spend less than $100. I got on Yelp and started looking around. I found places that seemed to have a lot of hype and I didn't know if the reviews were credible. So I sent out quotes to a few shops. Yelp then asked if I wanted to send quotes to these suggested places and I just hit send. I didn't realize one was going to John but I'm glad it did! He promptly replied (even though he was still at home getting ready for work, which I later found out). He gave a polite reply and several possible suggestions to the issue and how to fix it. I sent him back a picture, and then I gave a follow up call and left a message. I called again a few hours later (not knowing he'd been at home when first talking). I was attempting to call him when he was actually leaving me a voicemail. He politely and gladly went over suggestions when I called back. I asked if I could drop by and we scheduled a time. They got right to work on my car. We were hoping to just solder the port in place. When I've been going over bumps, the aux connection switches to my radio and turns the volume way down. And I've had to fiddle the port back into place to get the aux to turn back on. John said if that didn't work, we had various options including a new Bluetooth speaker. He gave the pros and cons to each while his counterpart worked on the solder. He gave me prices. He didn't try to sell me the most expensive one. He really wanted to simplest, most affordable option for me. Soldering worked and John threw in a new aux cord for me. They were done in less than an hour and I paid only $60, their standard hourly charge. He's guaranteeing the work for ninety days. I'm very pleased and would be happy to go back! read more

Brought my 2018 Lexus RX in for a window tint in December of 2017 and got the tint with the 5-year warranty. They charged me $130. So I decided to bring in my mom's 2019 Lexus GS350 for the same 35% window tint. I called today and the dude asked me what kind of car. As soon as I said Lexus, he quoted me $160 for the 3-year warranty and $190 for the 5-year warranty. I told him no thanks. Looked for my paperwork and called back. I asked the window tint guy has his prices changed? He said "No, they been the same for the last 3yrs. Why?" I told him because u charged me less money for a bigger vehicle for the same window tint treatment. He proceeds to lie and say no I didn't charge that. I told him I'll bring the paperwork and charge receipt to my card to show him. Then he says well each car is different. I said a smaller vehicle should be less money. Then he says "Well $150 is the best I can do." See these people must take me for a fool! You're trying to get over on me, and still think I'm gonna pay you more, or even have u work on my car?!?! Please keep your paperwork or go to another place for window tint. These folks will try to screw you over.
