Hard pass on Isaac. I originally had him do my windshield in Rayno 35%. It was good and fine. So I decided to have him come back to retint the whole car because I wanted it darker. I went with 5% Rayno, and that's where it went wrong. Rayno offers 2 colors for tint so the 5% didn't match the one he used for the windshield, I wish I researched this but the 5% is brown and the windshield has a grey tone. He also sliced the rubber on the front fixed glass, he also didn't tint it all the way for the small front fixed glass. Personally for what I paid I'm not too far off from getting Xpel XR Plus. Yes I told him I'm disappointed and really it's a FYI but as a business owner he decided to just read my message and not reply. He clearly doesn't give a crap, he got my money and this review will not steer people away but I'm venting. I HAD tint and I was removing the glue and I told him I'm leaving the corners for him because I didn't want to cut the rubber and what do you know? He cuts and damages the rubber. I'm ordering replacement parts now for the damaged rubber seals to which the glass is attached to and will need to retint the car. So I'm going to be nearly $1000 down the hole for this ordeal. So thank you for taking my money. read more

I got connected with Isaac through Yelp when I was looking to tint our Tesla Y's front windows and roof. Solid quote and got an appointment fairly quickly. Isaac was a pro, he explained our options and after we selected he got to work. About 3-3.5 hours to do our two front windows and the roof. Turned out super good and we are over the moon with how it turned out. A+ and recommend GI window tint all the way. read more

Isaac the owner of GI mobile window tint is awesome! Reached out through Yelp to obtain a quote for mobile service to tint two of my co workers vehicles. Isaac responded to my Yelp message within an hour! He offers both regular film and ceramic. We were looking for one full car all windows + windshield using ceramic film and the other vehicle using ceramic film for just the windshield as well. We agreed upon a date and time which Isaac showed up on time for and was prompt. Super chill and easy going for meeting him for the first time. The cost for ceramic tint was more than fair! Beats many of the competitors pricing. Best part? The tint job came out perfect on both vehicles! Isaac came prepared with a canopy, multiple items for keeping the dash, door panels etc. dry. The outcome was perfect! Definitely found our new mobile tint vendor!! Thanks again Isaac! read more

Quality work. Fast response and great value. Will recommend to others. Completed the job at my place.

They originally installed defective tint that left my front windshield distorted and hard to look through when driving . They came back and had to remove it and install new tint which fixed the problem but they left a lot of glue by my rear view mirror when they removed the old tint. I wrote them the second time to show them and they decided to just ignore me . The issue is if it was a high end car like they have in their photos im sure they wouldn't have been so careless and came back and fixed the issue but its not worth their time since its not . If he would have at least addressed the issue and apologized I probably wouldnt have left a 2 star review. read more

CUSTOMER BEWARE!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMAPANY!! This company is very shady and does not take responsibility for any damage they cause to your vehicle. I recently had some excess film/glue that was stuck on my front windshield. I had asked if they can remove the film/glue which they had agreed to do. Note there was no damage to my front A Pillar fabric prior to them working on the front windshield. I did not see the damage that night since they had finished later in the evening but I immediately noticed it in the morning when I had gotten into my car! I contacted them in regards to getting the damage fixed but the lady who I spoke to was incredibly rude and stated that Issac claimed he never touched or damaged the pillars. I also caught them in a lie because Issac had told the lady he only worked on the bottom half of the windshield when in fact the film/glue was on all four corners of the windshield and not just the bottom. I even told the lady I have surveillance camera footage of them working on the car the entire time! She kept going back and forth with me stating that they did me a favor and now I expect them to pay for the damages?! Long story short she told me to get an estimate at the dealer for the damages and if the price exceeded the cost of the tint, they would refund me my money. This was only agreed upon after I told her I was going to take them to small claims for the damages. I made an appointment with the dealership and went the following day. I got the estimate just as she requested and gave her a call. After I told her I got the estimate, she went back on her word and stated, that they did not cause the damage and would not entertain any offer and I was up to me to get my car fixed, not them! I told her the next time she hears from me is when they get served papers for the Civil Suit I was filing against them. You can see the damages in the photos on both driver and passenger side A Pillars. read more

Best price, quality and service !Some places quoted me outrageous prices but this place is very reasonable so definitely give them a call. Isaac is willing to work with me using different shades on different windows and being patient with me comparing different shades. The entrance for the shop is a bit narrow and might be hard to find. (Just look for those large flags saying WINDOW TINTING). The waiting area is clean and I got in and out within 1.5 hours with an appointment. I went to GI to have my 2021 BMW X4 tinted. They are conveniently located on King and Broadway, right off the 110. Luckily, they were able to see me quickly with short notice. They had lots of options of film and shades to choose from. Issac helped me to make a selection (20% all around with 70% on the windshield) and completed the job in under 3 hours. He was extremely precise and careful in applying the film and cleaning up after himself. While he worked I sat in the waiting room which had snacks, water, and a TV with Netflix and Prime Video. Overall I was extremely satisfied - they were hospitable and did quality work at a reasonable price! read more

And his pops-up identity picture looks as if he is going to the Red Carpet Awards not a handy man that tint's for a living. I couldn't give him an Oscar for poor performance. Communication is so poor. Told me he had the supplies and left me waiting on the phone the entire day for a text. I gave up and said, thanks anyway. He said okay, your appointment is Canceled.
