They originally installed defective tint that left my front windshield distorted and hard to look through when driving . They came back and had to remove it and install new tint which fixed the problem but they left a lot of glue by my rear view mirror when they removed the old tint. I wrote them the second time to show them and they decided to just ignore me . The issue is if it was a high end car like they have in their photos im sure they wouldn't have been so careless and came back and fixed the issue but its not worth their time since its not . If he would have at least addressed the issue and apologized I probably wouldnt have left a 2 star review. read more

CUSTOMER BEWARE!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMAPANY!! This company is very shady and does not take responsibility for any damage they cause to your vehicle. I recently had some excess film/glue that was stuck on my front windshield. I had asked if they can remove the film/glue which they had agreed to do. Note there was no damage to my front A Pillar fabric prior to them working on the front windshield. I did not see the damage that night since they had finished later in the evening but I immediately noticed it in the morning when I had gotten into my car! I contacted them in regards to getting the damage fixed but the lady who I spoke to was incredibly rude and stated that Issac claimed he never touched or damaged the pillars. I also caught them in a lie because Issac had told the lady he only worked on the bottom half of the windshield when in fact the film/glue was on all four corners of the windshield and not just the bottom. I even told the lady I have surveillance camera footage of them working on the car the entire time! She kept going back and forth with me stating that they did me a favor and now I expect them to pay for the damages?! Long story short she told me to get an estimate at the dealer for the damages and if the price exceeded the cost of the tint, they would refund me my money. This was only agreed upon after I told her I was going to take them to small claims for the damages. I made an appointment with the dealership and went the following day. I got the estimate just as she requested and gave her a call. After I told her I got the estimate, she went back on her word and stated, that they did not cause the damage and would not entertain any offer and I was up to me to get my car fixed, not them! I told her the next time she hears from me is when they get served papers for the Civil Suit I was filing against them. I went to GI to have my 2021 BMW X4 tinted. They are conveniently located on King and Broadway, right off the 110. Luckily, they were able to see me quickly with short notice. They had lots of options of film and shades to choose from. Issac helped me to make a selection (20% all around with 70% on the windshield) and completed the job in under 3 hours. He was extremely precise and careful in applying the film and cleaning up after himself. While he worked I sat in the waiting room which had snacks, water, and a TV with Netflix and Prime Video. He took his time and did it so well, you can't tell there is a film applied to the windows that wasn't factory. He comes with a ton of options, so you can do different darknesses on different windows (i.e 35% front, 50% over factory tinted rear, etc.).
