I was mainly looking for a shop that specializes in Teslas, and I decided to give this place a try. Getting a quote and scheduling the appointment was very smooth. I also had a few questions about how dark I should go with the tint, and everything was explained clearly. The car was ready at the promised time. I had the windshield and all the windows tinted, and the final result came out perfect. The work was done very professionally, and I'm very happy with how it turned out. If I get another Tesla in the future, I'll definitely come back here.

It shouldn't be this difficult to get a straightforward answer from a business, especially when someone is genuinely interested in their services. Good communication and responsiveness are the basics of good customer service. If a potential customer can't even get a simple question answered, it makes me question how customers would be treated after paying for a service. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend this shop and will be taking my business elsewhere.

I actually followed Cris over from his previous shop, Bravo Tint, because I knew the level of quality and attention to detail he brings, and this experience just confirmed I made the right call. I went with IRX tint, 15% all around and Air 80 on the windshield, and the results are incredible. The heat rejection is noticeable right away, glare is reduced, and the overall driving experience is much more comfortable with the added privacy. The install is flawless, no bubbles, no dust, perfectly cut and filed edges. Everything looks factory, if not better. It's clear these guys take their time and care about doing things the right way. When it comes to pricing, the value you get here really stands out. Between the high-end IRX film, the quality of the workmanship, and the overall experience, it's worth every dollar. On top of that, it's backed by a lifetime warranty, so you know it's made to last. The whole process was smooth and professional. They took the time to explain the different tint and film options, helped me choose the right setup, and made sure I got exactly what I wanted without any pressure. Big thank you to Cris, Steve, and Calvin for the awesome job. Great people, great work, and a shop you can trust. I posted before and after photos, and the transformation speaks for itself. However when I got there, he quoted me $240 because he had to install a custom bracket for the rear camera. (The custom bracket was just a piece of plastic taped to the rear headrest.) Alonzo was also great about keeping me updated and sending pictures throughout the process. The tint looks great as well. Unfortunately, right after the camera installation, my car started making a noise it had never made before, coming from the same area where the installation took place. Alonzo believes it may be the brake booster. I can't say for sure the installation caused it, but the timing is concerning. I want to believe that if something was accidentally disturbed during the installation, it was simply an accident. I also noticed that after the ceramic tint was installed, my radio reception became very static, which was never an issue before. I'm disappointed with the issues that started afterward
