Came back here in November 2021 to tint my Tesla Model Y. Jose and Cesar are fast and doing extremely good quality work for the price. They always complete the entire vehicle within 45 mins or less. Update for the full review below as of November 2021 - Jose is the owner and Cesar is one of the other assistants there. They are closed on Tuesday FYI. $5 per side window glass to remove the old tint. $20 per side window to add on tint regardless of percentage. The ceramic is significantly more expensive and a premium route so you will need to call for that pricing. This entire review is for the non-ceramic standard film. $50 trunk $100 windshield Again this pricing is for the standard - Non-ceramic film. This standard film does not have the heat rejection quality of the premium ceramic film. They are in the parking lot behind a car wash but set up with a tent and chairs for outdoor seating. They are extremely fast but patient to get your film on correct without any errors or seams sticking out. The films look great and professional and for the cheapest price in town. The longest I've had to wait was around 1 hour and I went there four times. The first time I went I added 5% tint to all my side windows. The second time I went I added 50% windshield tint. The whole process took about two hours only because I left my car there because he have a few people before me. Everything was quick and efficient and they did a great job! Terrible customer service. So one day I asked for an estimate and was told $60 to tint my 2 front windows. I went to wash my car and noticed they didn't have any cars to work on. Being the kind hearted person I am I said let me give them some work. I went and asked if I could bring in my car and they said yeah bring it over. Seeing as I needed to work on my current car I was driving I needed to get a Lyft to pick up my other car so I did that. They let me leave my car next to where they tint at. I go pick up my other car and bring it to them and noticed they were having lunch so I didn't want to bother so I ended up washing the car so they would have a clean car to work with. I used chemicals to clean the windows for them and on top of it all I stopped off at a liquor store and bought them a case of beer as a thank you. So as I'm there working on my car I let them know whenever they are ready just let me know to move the car under their tent. Hours go by and they haven't communicated anything to me, I figured they are waiting for reasons I wasn't aware of. Now it's getting a little dark and I notice some of them were packing equipment away. So I went up and asked Caesar if I should move my car up and with a smile On his face he said "ohh we're actually closing, it's getting late" I could not believe that was his response. I wasn't even given an apology, or a promise of a discount given I threw $70 down the drain, wasted gas and my time. They literally didn't care. I think it was purposely done because the first guy I asked Caesar his English was a little broken and I think he gave me a cheaper estimate than what seemed to be the owner would have wanted because when I asked how much they would do my girls car for he said $190 with a certain tone like he wasn't happy. Was it out of spite? My estimate was $60 but for my girl it was $190?? Was I being purposefully mistreated because someone made an error with the estimate as if me just trying to give my business to locals is a bad thing? I ended up paying $70 in Lyft fees and tips just to leave my car in a sketchy neighborhood late at night and have to rush back and forth to make sure my car didn't get vandalized or towed. I spent an hour and a half driving back and forth that day in LA traffic and gas ain't cheap so that's the reason for my 1 star. Some people just have no morals in this world n I regret ever buying anything for them that day after that experience but lesson learned. read more

Came back here since I had a good experience last time, this time was a not the same. I have never been belittled and talked down to like one of the workers just did. I've read a post before that they treat people differently based on cars and IT IS TRUE! I came here to tint my 2020 Civic as seen before, I've tinted my 2014 Nissan Xterra all new good looking cars... I was treated with respect and they did good job. Today I came in a 2009 Honda Civic with peeling paint Looks like an old ugly car around 9:20, a 2020 Jeep Wrangler came and got attended to first when I was here before him Jose proceeded to do his car and thats fine his worker/buddy was almost done with his car. Once he was done he then started working on the wrangler too! I kindly asked him how long it would be for my car. The worker literally called me "a big stupid person and if i'm blind can't I see him working on a car". That is not okay especially if i'm a returning customer i've brought 6 cars here in the past 4 years. If you have a nice car come here, if you have an older car go somewhere else you'll be treated like shit. BEWARE!!! Update reply: I 100% agree with "sometimes we only see one side of the true" (your words) You were not present during the discussion and did not hear the conversation you only heard your employee/buddy's side, you can not call me a liar if you did not hear the conversation.... when you say "we did not call you stupid" you are 100% saying the truth.
