I got XPEL PLUS since I've noticed skin reacted from sunlight so I had some condition for a while. I could get the doctor's note but I'd like to try XPEL PLUS 70% first if it's really from the direct sunlight. Then, my condition got better after the tint. I was hesitated to go with XPEL PLUS since a lot of people mentioned the bluish color of that specific product doesn't match with the back windows. However, the color doesn't bother me. Also, I can get the clear view from the inside of my car which is great. My car mirror automatically adjust color already so I was worried what I can't see my side mirror reflection but it's clear as you see. The reason why I choose this shop is the skillset. This is our 5th car getting window tint done here and they never disappoint. Every single time the work is precise, the staff is friendly, and they always make sure you're fully satisfied before you leave. They work fast but never cut corners and the quality shows. I always go with the ceramic XR. LA heat is no joke and the difference it makes while driving is night and day. You won't need to blast your AC just to cool down because the ceramic does so much of that work for you. It's one of those things you don't realize how much you needed until you have it! For my setup I went 15% on the driver and passenger sides and 5% on all rear windows. You don't have to go that dark to feel the heat suppression but I love the privacy it gives me, totally worth it either way. On top of the tint work the hospitality here is great. I had a really disappointing experience with rapid window tinting. I booked my appointment through their online reservation system, which showed available times and confirmed my booking. I thought everything was set, but they ended up canceling my appointment without any notice or explanation 20 minutes before my appointment, I only found out last minute that they couldn't take me. This was a huge inconvenience since I had planned my day around this appointment! If you're going to offer online booking, you should honor your commitments and at least notify customers if something changes. I go to Rapid Window Tinting in East Hollywood for all my window tinting treatments. They work diligently to finish the job in a timely manner while still managing to be precise and attentive to even the smallest details. I trust them completely with my cars. Rapid removed the very dark tint from all of the windows as well as taking off three badges that weren't applied by Mercedes -Benz and were very firmly attached. My main concern was ensuring that the demisting elements in the rear window weren't damaged during this process. The work was carefully done and the car was pristine when I picked it up. They really do live up to their name, I was referred to them via my car's app, a quote was given on there but being the type A that I am, I gave them a call anyway.
