They offer several tint options ranging from basic Xpel film to ceramic. There's also a waiting area with chairs and TV so you can wait there, or you can leave your car and come back. I think that walk ins are accepted but remember it takes about 2 hours so you can't just show up right before they close. We would highly recommend Premium Window Tint! We live on the East coast and our son headed off for college in Los Angeles this fall. We sent our VW with him, so he could get around the city. His university public safety department recommended tinting the windows of our car as a measure to help deter theft. We had no idea where to have this service done, so we called the Volkswagen dealer closest to his school and Premium Window Tint is the company they recommended for the job. My husband called and spoke with Andy, a very helpful and nice gentleman who works there. Andy was very responsive. We texted with him multiple times while we were deciding whether or not to use PWT. He made us an appointment to come in according to our tight schedule and specific request, which we really appreciated. I took the car in for tinting and Andy very kindly answered all of my many "mom" questions and helped me decide on the best tinting decisions for our car and my son's needs. The store itself is very clean and comfortable, and I was able to stay on the premises while our car windows were being tinted. It only took a few hours. Andy put a movie on the store TV so I could watch while I waited. There is also a nice coffee shop next door to PWT. Andy's brother was one of the men who applied the tint to our windows, so this may be a family business. His brother was very nice, too. The tint job turned out fantastic - it really made our VW Golf look super sharp. The guys did a great job and like I said, they made the entire experience a very pleasant one. It is 6 weeks later now, and my son still often tells me over the phone how much he loves the tint job. PWT is a great business. The cost of the tinting was very reasonable - my husband told me it was about half the price of what tinting would have cost us if we had had it done near our home on the East Coast.
