I had to stop by today to have the tint removed from my front windows because of a ticket. They took me in right away, handled everything quickly, and made the whole process completely hassle-free. What really stands out about these guys is the customer service. They don't just take care of you when you're spending money or getting a new tint job. They take care of their customers no matter what you need, and that says a lot about the way they run their business. Their service is truly top-notch, and there is absolutely no doubt that when I get my next car, Tint Status will be the only place I go for window tint. Amazing people, amazing service, and a business that actually takes care of its customers. Highly recommend them!

They were able to squeeze me in last minute, which I really appreciated, and the entire process was smooth and professional from start to finish. The tint job itself came out amazing, clean, high-quality work with great attention to detail. What really stood out to me, though, was how much they cared about making sure I was happy with everything. They even took the time to do a full inspection with me afterward to make sure everything looked perfect. Super fast service, great communication, and they truly went above and beyond. You can tell they care about their customers and take pride in their work. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to get their windows tinted.

I went in on a Sunday with a very rare and expensive classic car, and he was extremely knowledgeable. He removed the old tint from the car, and since we didn't know how to operate the car I had purchased for my daughter, he actually took the time to go on YouTube and figure out exactly what we needed to do to put the convertible top back up. People like this are rare to find. When someone is willing to go the extra mile and extend a helping hand beyond the service you're paying for, it really says a lot about them. If you're in the area and need tint removed, new tint installed, or anything related to window tint, I would highly recommend this place. Great service, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Five stars all the way!

I got my windows tinted to fight the heat and gas prices. Always do Ceramic window tint--better…read morequality, longer lasting, not much more spent. I did 20% tint on the rear windows and the legal 70% on the front windows plus Ali offered a free tint banner across the top of the windshield--sold! I wanted to wait the recommended 3-5 days before writing my review because that's how long it take the ceramic tint to cure. Ali Window Tint provided a sticker over my window buttons to remind me not to open my windows in the meantime, which was very helpful. First day I thought saw bubbling but remembered Ali Window Tint said to wait 3-5 days for the water to evaporate. It's been 3-5 days, and the bubbles are gone. The inside of my car is now noticeably cool even without the Air Conditioner on. Of course, if left parked in the sun, heat will build up, but it builds up slower. 8 hours; super hot, but 30 minutes feels like 5 minutes in the sun. I don't need to use my A/C as much, and I imagine as the seasons get cooler, I won't need to use my A/C as often year-round, putting that gas money back in my pocket. Ali has a waiting room where you can enter your streaming profile, but I can never remember that stuff so I watched Reacher on Prime (free) for ~2 hours I almost got my car washed 2 miles away but since Ali offers a car wash, I figured the guy who's about to apply the tint would know better for exactly how clean the windows need to be. (Carwash +$30) They also explained what kind of cleaners to use on the tint since many other cleaners use ammonia that destroy tint.

Burbank Auto Detail staff member Mark was highly attentive and transparently provided all information necessary for me to make an informed decision on which service provider I would opt to work with. The cost for services rendered was competitive and when the warranty duration for it was explained, it became a no-brainer. He made it easy to schedule my vehicle's visit to the facility. On arrival, the experience was smooth. The requested service for my vehicle was performed with pure excellence. In following up post-visit, Mark even sent photos of the work as it was performed on my vehicle. Team Burbank Auto Detail is professional in every sense of the word. He saved me after the previous installer just couldn't get it done. ------- If you look at my reviews, I'm not an easy customer. Many would rate me as a "Karen" if I'm quite honest... but Maor at Simon's was absolutely great from start to finish. Even when I got stressed out, he was calm and communicated well. He won't put bad gear in your car, so be prepared to spend some money, but he won't upsell you on stuff you don't need either and you get accurate, detailed prices on every component and aspect of installation. The overall installation price was maybe a bit over average, but I feel like I got an amazing deal for the amount of time and effort he put into every detail. So worth it. The service, care, quality of the install and the sound is night and day compared to what I got from my previous installer. It's not even in the same league. He spent a lot of time getting the gear right for my preferences and my EV's limitations before we even started. He gave me full breakdowns of different levels of sound insulation/deadening to choose from. He communicated in detail with pictures for updates and questions while he was doing the install. He worked with me on the tune and gave me multiple tunings to choose from, as well as other ways to help dial in the sound I wanted for my very diverse taste in music. There were no surprises and no problems when I picked it up and paid. Just pure joy listening to my new system. The system sounds great at all volumes with all music. I'm not an audiophile (and neither are 99% of the other people who claim to be)... but I do have a good ear, and I love me some clear, deep, bone shaking bass that doesn't overpower the reset of the music. I've had it for almost 2 months now and it brings me nothing but pure joy. That joy is worth every penny I spent. Not a feeling that's easy to get these days.
