Received the most exceptional and rare customer service from the owner, Tony. I'm talking - knocking it out of the ballpark, making things truly right, and not allowing a customer to walk away disappointed - type of service. There were a few issues that I addressed with him after the tinting was complete, and he resolved it right away. I'm still in shock at how he resolved the issue because it came from authentic and genuine care. I'm kind of a lifer now because one of the most important things that keep me coming back to a business is when it is owned by a person of integrity and honesty, and I believe the owner has that. The tint came out great at the end and I feel well taken care of as a customer. I can tell he loves what he does and takes pride in his shop and the quality of their work. Anyone can do a good job, but when problems arise, not everyone makes things right.
