I went in on a Sunday with a very rare and expensive classic car, and he was extremely knowledgeable. He removed the old tint from the car, and since we didn't know how to operate the car I had purchased for my daughter, he actually took the time to go on YouTube and figure out exactly what we needed to do to put the convertible top back up. People like this are rare to find. When someone is willing to go the extra mile and extend a helping hand beyond the service you're paying for, it really says a lot about them. I got my windows tinted to fight the heat and gas prices. Always do Ceramic window tint--better quality, longer lasting, not much more spent. I did 20% tint on the rear windows and the legal 70% on the front windows plus Ali offered a free tint banner across the top of the windshield--sold! I wanted to wait the recommended 3-5 days before writing my review because that's how long it take the ceramic tint to cure. Ali Window Tint provided a sticker over my window buttons to remind me not to open my windows in the meantime, which was very helpful. First day I thought saw bubbling but remembered Ali Window Tint said to wait 3-5 days for the water to evaporate. It's been 3-5 days, and the bubbles are gone. The inside of my car is now noticeably cool even without the Air Conditioner on. Of course, if left parked in the sun, heat will build up, but it builds up slower. 8 hours; super hot, but 30 minutes feels like 5 minutes in the sun. I don't need to use my A/C as much, and I imagine as the seasons get cooler, I won't need to use my A/C as often year-round, putting that gas money back in my pocket. Ali has a waiting room where you can enter your streaming profile, but I can never remember that stuff so I watched Reacher on Prime (free) for ~2 hours I almost got my car washed 2 miles away but since Ali offers a car wash, I figured the guy who's about to apply the tint would know better for exactly how clean the windows need to be. (Carwash +$30) They also explained what kind of cleaners to use on the tint since many other cleaners use ammonia that destroy tint. read more
