This place has a great deal on Groupon right now. I was quoted $100 for a monthly detail membership which is well below the price of one full interior&exterior detail. The customer service was super awesome, the ladies up front are kind and hard working. They walked me in to the waiting lobby/lounge and upon me inquiring during my wait time they walked off to personally find my vehicle. The Windows Tinting has been my family's go-to tint shop for the past three years. Of the four cars we've brought here, none of them have bubbled, but there's always a problem with either their service or pricing. The employees who apply the tints aren't good about cleaning up after themselves. They leave excess tint in our cars and water on the doors/seats. During my most recent visit, the employee who quoted me artificially raised prices so it would seem like I was getting a Black Friday discount. I only found out about this because a different employee was helping me when I came in and we were talking about prices for their warranty. The Windows Tinting does quality work, but at the end of the day, I need a shop I can trust. I'm familiar with the company, so I really hate to go somewhere else, but I'll be looking for a different tint shop next time I get a new car. read more

I went here for their detailing service. I got the exterior and interior. I think they did an excellent job. The ladies that spoke to me were very friendly and professional (Marie and Monica). I cant review on their tinting services at this time since I have never used it, but their detailing service was well done. I will return to check the tinting if I ever decide to do that. After a car wash left some residue on my tint, I tired to clean it but then it started to 'smear', but then I realized it was actually a layer of actual tint that was coming off after however many years. Knowing I can't stand my truck looking like crap, I immediately looked online to whom could fix it the fastest and I made an online appt for the next morning (on a Sunday) as soon as they opened! Since I was only getting the damaged tint redone, they did it in approx :30 minutes. Now to leave my windows up for 3 days for it to set. The rest of my tint is also older and I have been wanting it re-tinted to remove scratches, etc., but didn't have that time today, but I'll be back. No matter how many e-forms you fill out for them, the info never seems to retain, so having to reenter that was a pita, but not a deal breaker. Cash is king here. read more

I was quoted over the phone, ceramic all around the car $250, if I pay cash. Not sure, what I would have received for this price. I paid $493.88. They v wanted to charge me a transaction fee for using a credit card. I had an 11 am appointment & car wasn't ready until 3:45 pm. I had to beg for the waving of the transaction fee. It appears they entice you to get you in & then they change pricing. It's like negotiating to buy a car.. I just wish businesses were true to word & not nickel & dime customers. I had EXCELLENT customer service from Liz, who was the most helpful, Michele was going to inquire as to why Ihad to wait 4hrs. It's like, they took care of others first. They said the price of the windshield was more because of the cameras., there is only 1?. I should have shopped around & check with Woodland Hills Honda for their recommendations. Was going to go with a mobile tint company but with all the smoke and ash from the Eaton fire in my area I was a little worried about it affecting it. Found this one tint shop that was highly rated and I am glad that I did! Mary was very communicative from start to finish and gave me a great price for ceramic tint on my Tesla Highland. She was super friendly and helpful! Large operation with not only automobile window tinting but also business and residential and they also offer ceramic car wraps and other services. I was a bit nervous to not wanting to go too dark - with Mary's help we went with ceramic tint 35% side windows and 25% backs and rear. It was perfect! Provided enough privacy, heat protections and easy to still see out of from inside the car! I think I will return to tint the front window 50% that I saw a lot of other cars were doing with ceramic to stop the infrared rays and heat in the car. They have a lot of technicians and a nice large waiting room with restroom, snack machine, pool table, WiFi and tv. There is also a McDonald's right next door. Their facility is large and clean with a lot of inventory and lots of cars they are working on! They provided the "do not roll down window" stickers on the window controls and I did not roll down for 4 days. Windows were free of any bubbles etc and looked sharp! Would highly recommend them. I may be back to have my brake calipers painter here too! They have a large selection of 3M tint, wraps plus other IR ceramic to select from. Would also recommend Ubering to the nearby rise & shine western themed cafe in sun valley for a great breakfast or meal while waiting. It made a perfect morning in the area . These wonderful, caring people deserve far more than five stars for the excellent service at a great price that they provided to us when I brought an older friend there to have the old degrading window tinting removed from his old 1990s era Camry. Due to the degraded window film, he was having much trouble seeing out of his windows and it was becoming a major safety concern. Signed up for a 2-for-1 deal. Brought in first car and they told me it was okay to bring in the second car 2 weeks later. When I returned, they told me the deal was a mistake and I'd have to pay for each car. I showed them the deal they agreed to and they just said they shouldn't have agreed to that deal and it was a mistake.
