Thank you so much for being such a great customer service. I love my car. It's exactly what I wanted for the shades. Thanks read more

I came in to replace the old tint on just ONE window. It took 3 hours, for a job that should take about an hour. When they finished, I noticed a bunch of scratches on the glass that weren't there before, going in all directions and really sharp. There were also lots of bubbles, but they told me those would go away soon. It was also way darker than what was on there before, and they said it would lighten up a little after it set. I went back because it was clearly darker than the original and the bubbles never went away. It was dirt trapped under the tint. They told me not to expect perfection, that some dirt in tint is normal, and that my car is hard to work on so the install wasn't great. They redid it, which took another 2 hours, and then admitted the installer used the darkest tint they have instead of matching what was there before. They also tried to say the scratches were already there and only showed up because the tint was darker now. That's not true. Their installers are clearly not good at this. And the second time was STILL full of bubbles and dirt. That's the kind of work I'd expect from a guy in his home garage, not a real business. Once again I was told it's normal and won't be perfect. It's super unprofessional to damage the glass like this. It looks like they just cut the old tint off and scratched the window instead of using steam to remove it the right way. And no tint job should have this many bubbles and dirt in it. They had an excuse for everything, and I'm left with damaged glass that they won't admit to damaging, plus a tint job I could probably do better myself. I wasted hours of my time and got damaged glass, and the shop never once admitted fault. The audacity to try and say it's to be expected and is installed how it should be is crazy. I wouldn't bring a car here under any circumstances. Honestly I'm surprised they're still in business. Maybe people just don't know, but a few other reviews here describe the same kind of experience. The people at the front were very kind and they finished doing all of my windows in ~3 hours. The price seems pretty reasonable as well. I got ceramic tint. I decided on 70% on the front windshield, 20% on the driver and passenger doors, and 5% on the rest of my 2014 Toyota Camry. read more

After putting it off for way too long I finally started contacting businesses to get my windows tinted. I submitted a contact request on their website and got a response via text within a few hours. The person I spoke through went over pricing and options with me, and we were able to schedule an appointment within that same week. My main reason for wanting tinted windows was to block out UV rays, so I went with their ceramic IR option. Mary at the office helped me decide on my darkness percentage, going over what to expect with each level. I went with 50% for the front windshield and 35% for my front two windows since those shades are considered the "safer" options legally. I dropped off my car at 9am and it was ready in about less than 2 hours. Their pricing was also very reasonable. It's been a few days now and so far I am very happy with the results. I highly recommend it here! read more

I brought cash for the tint. Theres a waiting room which was upstairs with ac. Its the waiting time for me was too long. I brought my corolla 2025 and i noticed that they didnt put the side panel right so i had to push it more to close the gap. So now i have uneven panel. Didnt even want to bother calling them or to comeback for them to fix it because i live in palmdale too far read more

I went here for their detailing service. I got the exterior and interior. I think they did an excellent job. The ladies that spoke to me were very friendly and professional (Marie and Monica). I cant review on their tinting services at this time since I have never used it, but their detailing service was well done. I will return to check the tinting if I ever decide to do that. And now I know a good place for detailing ^_^. read more

I am 110% pleased with my tint experience. My appt was at 10 and they got me in immediately. I had my two front windows tinted. The receptionist Jocelyn was amazing! She helped me choose the perfect tint match to my back windows. The waiting room is spacious with plush comfy couches. I was so happy I got pizza to celebrate. The Windows Tinting has been my family's go-to tint shop for the past three years. Of the four cars we've brought here, none of them have bubbled, but there's always a problem with either their service or pricing. The employees who apply the tints aren't good about cleaning up after themselves. They leave excess tint in our cars and water on the doors/seats. During my most recent visit, the employee who quoted me artificially raised prices so it would seem like I was getting a Black Friday discount. I only found out about this because a different employee was helping me when I came in and we were talking about prices for their warranty. The Windows Tinting does quality work, but at the end of the day, I need a shop I can trust. I'm familiar with the company, so I really hate to go somewhere else, but I'll be looking for a different tint shop next time I get a new car. read more

After a car wash left some residue on my tint, I tired to clean it but then it started to 'smear', but then I realized it was actually a layer of actual tint that was coming off after however many years. Knowing I can't stand my truck looking like crap, I immediately looked online to whom could fix it the fastest and I made an online appt for the next morning (on a Sunday) as soon as they opened! Since I was only getting the damaged tint redone, they did it in approx :30 minutes. Now to leave my windows up for 3 days for it to set. The rest of my tint is also older and I have been wanting it re-tinted to remove scratches, etc., but didn't have that time today, but I'll be back. No matter how many e-forms you fill out for them, the info never seems to retain, so having to reenter that was a pita, but not a deal breaker. Cash is king here. read more

Was looking for a local tint shop that had good reviews use decent products and wasn't a flyby night shop. The shop explained the differences of the brands they carried and the difference is between ceramic and non. Since I already did my homework I knew what I wanted . Came across this shop even found them on Instagram from the suggestion of a friend who was helping me search. Brought my car after a quick discussion on Yelp and had my car tinted. Good job decent pricing and corrected any small issues. I'll be bringing my second car in as well. The staff are all friendly in the front desk is amazing thank you for your service read more

Was going to go with a mobile tint company but with all the smoke and ash from the Eaton fire in my area I was a little worried about it affecting it. Found this one tint shop that was highly rated and I am glad that I did! Mary was very communicative from start to finish and gave me a great price for ceramic tint on my Tesla Highland. She was super friendly and helpful! Large operation with not only automobile window tinting but also business and residential and they also offer ceramic car wraps and other services. I was a bit nervous to not wanting to go too dark - with Mary's help we went with ceramic tint 35% side windows and 25% backs and rear. It was perfect! Provided enough privacy, heat protections and easy to still see out of from inside the car! I think I will return to tint the front window 50% that I saw a lot of other cars were doing with ceramic to stop the infrared rays and heat in the car. They have a lot of technicians and a nice large waiting room with restroom, snack machine, pool table, WiFi and tv. There is also a McDonald's right next door. Their facility is large and clean with a lot of inventory and lots of cars they are working on! They provided the "do not roll down window" stickers on the window controls and I did not roll down for 4 days. Windows were free of any bubbles etc and looked sharp! Would highly recommend them. I may be back to have my brake calipers painter here too! They have a large selection of 3M tint, wraps plus other IR ceramic to select from. Would also recommend Ubering to the nearby rise & shine western themed cafe in sun valley for a great breakfast or meal while waiting. It made a perfect morning in the area . My Tesla took about 3 hours to complete. Recommend to bring cash to pay to avoid the credit card fees - a much better deal. Ask for mary! Super sweet gal! read more

This place has a great deal on Groupon right now. I was quoted $100 for a monthly detail membership which is well below the price of one full interior&exterior detail. The customer service was super awesome, the ladies up front are kind and hard working. They walked me in to the waiting lobby/lounge and upon me inquiring during my wait time they walked off to personally find my vehicle. I have recommended this place to all my colleagues and family and friends (some who already knew of the place!) Thanks again. read more

Excellent customer service, good quality product and good price. I was very happy with the service and outcome of the tint.

Great service, nice people, quick replies, and quick to fix any issues. Had some minor bubbling issues but they took care of me right away.

Got rear window tint replaced. Best price I found within 5 miles and they did an excellent job.

I rarely write Yelp reviews, but I genuinely felt this shop deserved one. From the moment I called, their customer service was outstanding. They were able to squeeze me in last minute, which I really appreciated, and the entire process was smooth and professional from start to finish. The tint job itself came out amazing, clean, high-quality work with great attention to detail. What really stood out to me, though, was how much they cared about making sure I was happy with everything. They even took the time to do a full inspection with me afterward to make sure everything looked perfect. Super fast service, great communication, and they truly went above and beyond. You can tell they care about their customers and take pride in their work. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to get their windows tinted. read more

Great service and excellent prices. The staff is very friendly and helpful. One of the best Tint shops on Yelp!

This is an exceptional business. Monica was great over the phone, offering me an incredible deal and booking my appointment. Then when I got there, I forgot to mention I wanted my sunroof done too and she threw that in for an extra $20 dollars. They removed old tinting with Caren had good recommendations and the best pricing around for ceramic tint. The job was done perfectly and my car looks great! I only have a Toyota Camry, but I saw all sorts of very expensive cars there getting tinted, and mine was done with the same great care! read more

Amazing work, quick friendly service. I was able to get a same day appointment for removal and install. The team was great, prices were awesome and very professional. I had my windows tinted for multiple cars elsewhere claiming a lifetime warranty but was never able to get that warranty honored. It was my first time getting my windows tinted and this team made the process very easy and ensured the quality was up to High standard!

Experience was great came in the same day after i requested a quote and retinted some windows that were previously of a lot lighter tint, I got a deal for removal of old film + 25% 3M Ceramic IR film, I wanted the film to match the factory rear glass and it ended up being almost an exact match on the lighter side on some angles but thats due to the windshield being 80%. They took approximately 3 hours to finish removing and applying new tint which was acceptable. read more
