Overall, excellent quality service provided and value! Have gone to the same tint shop across the valley for over 30+ years / 100+ cars, but decided to try something new with my newest car. After searching and reading reviews I reached out to Next Level Window Tinting for a quote. They were able to respond quickly, provide clear explanations, and schedule the appointment. The day before the appointment they confirmed the time and on the day of they identified they would be a bit late, which was fine because of the upfront communication. They arrived and were very friendly and professional. They both were able to explain their work, experience, and provided a thorough explanation of the process and their business and history. They confirmed the quote and provided an estimate for how long it would and identified how they would contact me when they were done. They finished within the identified time and the car looked beautiful! In addition, they didn't leave a mess anywhere inside or outside and were respectful of all property. They provided an explanation of do's and don'ts and placed a sticker on the window controls as well to prevent accidental roll down. Payment was a breeze and they explained the warranty. I talked to them about other services as well. It's now been about a month and the tint is looking excellent and the impact it has made in keeping the vehicle cooler is substantial. I did get 35% in the front two windows and the rest of the rear windows were already colored dark from the factory. They didn't try to upsell me or anything.
