I highly recommend this tint shop. I got a quote through Yelp and they were super responsive from the beginning. Their pricing was really fair and competitive compared to other places I looked at. We had two cars done, so it did take a few hours, but they were communicative the whole time and texted us with updates. They also emailed the warranty information and invoice, which was convenient. The staff was friendly and the quality of the work came out amazing. They did all 6 windows and the panoramic sunroof, and I honestly couldn't be happier. I was connected up with Element Customs through my company, needed to get tint on the front of my truck windows. The team here was great, everyone was so friendly and seemed to care about every customer. Not sure, but seems like a family business and for sure repeat customers coming back to get other vehicles tinted or customized. They are very hands on and walk you through everything. I ended up getting a 35% ceramic XR black tint on the front and then a clear was added to my already tinted rear windows to help cool the truck down and prevent UV penetration. The team did a great job, original quote was to allow for 3 hours, but they put two technicians on my truck and they were done within an hour. I was worried with the speed, but they did an excellent job. There were a number of bubbles left, but that is normal and they assured me they would go away. A few days in they were completely gone and just had a beautiful tint job. The tint comes with a limited lifetime warranty, so it is a great value when it comes to protecting your vehicle. They have a fairly small parking lot, but they pull your car into a very nice showroom to do the work. Complete with decorative lighting, sleek modern interior and lounge area, as well some really nice custom cars being worked on inside. The lounge area is relaxing and they have an espresso pod machine, which unfortunately I could not get to work. Not only did he tell me the different tints they have to offer, he also recommended what would be best for me and my price point. As expected, the service at Element Customs was top notch. We were greeted by Chris when we arrived and he was able to check me in for the appointment. He was kind enough to walk me through the tint options again and the % of the tint as I was not yet set on what I wanted. After some back and forth, we were able to arrive at a choice that felt comfortable to me. We went with the Xpel XR ceramic with 70% windshield, 35% front doors and 20% rear on my Tesla Model Y. We waited in the beautiful lobby and were offered snacks and coffee. You can watch the tint job and car wrapping process comfortably from the lobby through the glass doors. It's incredibly breathtaking. Not the old school tint shops I'm used to in Ktown! Tameem arrived shortly after our car went in and was able to walk me through the vision of Element Customs and how it came to be. Tameem is a standout guy and is the same friendly customer service oriented guy that I interacted with on EC's instagram page. My wife and I decided to take a quick 12 min trip to the Topanga Mall while we waited for the vehicle. Tameem called me no more than 2.5 hours after we left to let us know the car was done. If you're unsure about bringing your car here JUST DO IT! I have spent thousands now with element customs and every experience has been great. I started seeing their videos and posts on instagram I was interested due to their competitive pricing and I got in contact with Tameem who was super friendly and informative. He actually spent like an hour of his time on the phone with me explaining their pricing and procedures the services they offer and giving me a tour of their facility. This shop is new to the area but I have a feeling it's going to be rapidly growing with how professional they are. The facility looks like stunning, each station has tools and lightning for the car to be worked on with, they have a waiting area with glass walls and you can watch as your car gets worked on which I was a big fan of. I got a full body color PPF done on my 2023 BMW M4 which I could not be happier with I've been getting a lot of compliments and I feel happier driving the car too. The installation is great the wrap was installed really well since they have professionals that do the jobs with lots of experience. I was actually nervous because I had never wrapped my car or spent this much money at once but they definitely earned my trust and delivered on it.
