Ed answered the line and offered to give me quotes over phone. When I told him I could leave the car all day, he welcomed my business and was enthusiastic about taking my car in. When I got there, he helped me select the best tint options for my windows and the price was much more affordable than other tint shops in the area. He also offered a discount if I paid with cash. Just before I left, Ed asked if I called an Uber and when I told him I did, he asked me to wait inside the shop (I'm assuming for my safety) which I thought was a welcomed touch of human compassion that I don't experience often with car shops. When I picked up my vehicle, I was so impressed with the tint job. The windows looked so clean and the tint shade he recommended turned out perfect. He also offers a lifetime warranty for peels and cracks. I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received and how easy it was to get my car tinted so quickly, without sacrificing the quality. I will definitely be returning with future vehicles and referring friends and family to this shop.

They're very knowledgeable about tint percentages, types of tints, and how it would look depending on the interior. I have the macchiato beige leather seats in my Mercedes, and they advised me accordingly. Ladies, or guys, if you're looking to prevent some weird tans on one arm or freckle spots, this is THE place to go. The price is competitive. But when i called Essential tints, they basically broke down everything i was looking for and even told me i can come by and check out the wraps they have in person. So after going there and meeting with the team, Sam, Martin, and John. They all kind of broke down the best options for me to move forward (considering I will have my car for 7-10 more years). They then introduced to me something called "Color PPF". and When i first heard it, i was thinking okay that sounds dope but what's the price tag..? Turns out vinyl wrap that every shop uses, lasts only like 3 years or so, while the colored PPF lasts 7-10 years. And when you're already considering to pay a good amount of money to get a car wrapped, why not put in a little bit more and get the best possible results. I cannot explain the ease of the whole thing. I also had them redo my tint and wow the difference is worldly. To be honest, the biggest thing that made me wanna get it done with essential tints, is the fact that they offer a loaner car... i've NEVER seen a shop do that. only dealerships. They did a fantastic job on it honestly i don't have anything but great words because my car is truly 1-1 now. But last week I took in my two year old Rivian with 40k miles. I simply wanted a ceramic coating because I've started doing a little light off roading and I want more paint protection. My car looks brand new. Literally, people online think the picture is a brand new Rivian, not one that's two years old. Aside from the paint looking brand new. They cleaned and dressed all of the plastic trim. They cleaned all the door jams as well. My car literally had dirt and grime in every nook and cranny. I think I'm going to have to visit Diamond Auto Salon sooner rather than later for my next new car. As a side note, when I dropped off. They were finishing a beautiful Rolls Royce. I was lucky to be referred to Cali PPF Pro who was able to get me a quick appointment for an inspection and consult. Expecting to come back another day, they offered a fix then and there. They were able to remove the damaged existing PPF and replace it seamlessly blended in with the existing PPF with no body repair needed. Everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable, and accomodating. They saved me a much bigger expense and had me on my way quick. Glad to know they are in the neighborhood and offer multiple PPF and tint products.
