As expected, the service at Element Customs was top notch. We were greeted by Chris when we arrived and he was able to check me in for the appointment. He was kind enough to walk me through the tint options again and the % of the tint as I was not yet set on what I wanted. After some back and forth, we were able to arrive at a choice that felt comfortable to me. We went with the Xpel XR ceramic with 70% windshield, 35% front doors and 20% rear on my Tesla Model Y. We waited in the beautiful lobby and were offered snacks and coffee. You can watch the tint job and car wrapping process comfortably from the lobby through the glass doors. It's incredibly breathtaking. Not the old school tint shops I'm used to in Ktown! Tameem arrived shortly after our car went in and was able to walk me through the vision of Element Customs and how it came to be. Tameem is a standout guy and is the same friendly customer service oriented guy that I interacted with on EC's instagram page. My wife and I decided to take a quick 12 min trip to the Topanga Mall while we waited for the vehicle. Tameem called me no more than 2.5 hours after we left to let us know the car was done. We arrived and saw our beautiful car with the new tints. Everything about Element Customs is on point. From the super cool reels on Instagram, to their customer service, to the beauty of the shop. You can tell they put in a lot of effort into this- even their receipt and warranty was printed on fine paper! If you're looking to tint or wrap your car, I'd highly recommend Element Customs. These guys will take care of you!

This was my first time ever getting a vehicle tinted, and I had only owned my brand new 2026 Tesla Model 3 for about two weeks. Because it was a new car, I spent a lot of time researching shops before deciding where to go. I specifically chose this shop because they're an authorized XPEL dealer, their social media showcased high quality work, and they emphasized attention to detail. I even noticed they used protective covers on customers' doors during tint installations, which gave me confidence they would take great care of my car. Unfortunately, my experience didn't match those expectations. I arrived for my 1:00 PM appointment and ended up waiting about four hours for the installation after the installer returned from lunch. When I got home and thoroughly inspected my car, I found cleaning solution and residue throughout the interior and exterior, including the dashboard, seats, door jambs, hood, trunk, and mirrors. My trunk carpet was dirty and wet from the installation process, and despite specifically requesting a one piece rear windshield tint, a two piece film had been installed instead. I contacted the shop immediately, and Tameem was very apologetic, took responsibility, and had me come back the next morning to make things right. While I truly appreciated their willingness to fix the mistakes, the second visit ended up taking over 5 1/2 hours just to replace the rear windshield tint. They even offered to tint my sunroof at no charge because of the inconvenience, which I appreciated, but I was honestly ready to have my car back. During the final inspection, I discovered even more issues. The headliner around my rear windshield had been stained with dirty water marks, there were additional dirt marks on my seats, and the trunk was still wet from the installation. At that point, I no longer felt comfortable bringing my car back for a third visit. To Tameem's credit, he once again took full accountability and reimbursed me so I could have the damage professionally corrected elsewhere. I genuinely appreciate that they stood behind their work and made the financial situation right. This is a difficult review to write because everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and respectful. My disappointment isn't with the customer service, it's with the quality control. For a shop that advertises perfection and premium workmanship, I expected much more, especially when trusting them with a brand new vehicle. Between the installation mistakes, lack of attention to protecting the car, extended wait times, and additional damage, the overall experience simply didn't reflect the level of quality that was advertised.

Elements customs were simply the best to deal with as a 1st time customer. Great clear communication through out the whole process. No games or bait and switch games. Quality service at a great price. They are authorized shop for Xpel nano ceramic window films. I waited in a comfortable space and watch the process happen in a clean and organized space by there team of techs that looked happy. They Even took care of getting the life time warranty filled out and sent in to Xpel. Super impressed and a huge fan.

The BEST!!! Premium experience! Customer service was beyond my expectations! I'm extremely satisfied with the finished result of my window tinted. I highly recommend them for everyone! The store is super cool and you can actually relax and wait during they are working on your car - which you can see it. Thank you so much!! I had an excellent experience at Element Customs. I showed up early because I had some free time and they were able to take me in quickly and get my car done in record time. Their technicians are very meticulous and the great part of their layout is you can see the craftsmanship at work while you wait. They are not like other shops where you see the workers on their phones not working, everyone is always doing something productive and it speaks to the management and structure of the shop. I highly recommend them and will be going back for more work in the future!

My experience at Elemental Customs was amazing. The lobby is absolutely beautiful and are able to see the guys work on your car. It has a luxurious atmosphere and the employees were very knowledgeable and kind throughout the experience. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone, I have my sister in law from Chino Hills driving down to this location to get her tesla tinted.

I am extremely pleased with the result. I had XPEL XR Plus tinting applied to my BMW X3 M40i, and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations. Everything was executed flawlessly--no bubbles or any other defects whatsoever. The guys are true professionals; they answered all my questions in detail and performed the work to the highest standard. The car looks significantly better, and the effect of the film is immediately noticeable. I definitely recommend them. They offered very good prices.

I got my 4 side windows and two windshields tinted with Element Customs. They had three guys working on my car because I had a tight schedule and they were able to finish it in two hours. The facility is spotlessly clean, new, and modern. They have a variety of Xpel tints on display to help you decide which film works best for you. The manager Tameem was really knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and recommended the best solution for my car. They sent me my warranty through email, explained the aftercare process to me, and were so thoughtful to put little stickers on my window switches as a reminder. I am very happy with how it came out!

If you're unsure about bringing your car here JUST DO IT! I have spent thousands now with element customs and every experience has been great. I started seeing their videos and posts on instagram I was interested due to their competitive pricing and I got in contact with Tameem who was super friendly and informative. He actually spent like an hour of his time on the phone with me explaining their pricing and procedures the services they offer and giving me a tour of their facility. This shop is new to the area but I have a feeling it's going to be rapidly growing with how professional they are. The facility looks like stunning, each station has tools and lightning for the car to be worked on with, they have a waiting area with glass walls and you can watch as your car gets worked on which I was a big fan of. I got a full body color PPF done on my 2023 BMW M4 which I could not be happier with I've been getting a lot of compliments and I feel happier driving the car too. The installation is great the wrap was installed really well since they have professionals that do the jobs with lots of experience. I was actually nervous because I had never wrapped my car or spent this much money at once but they definitely earned my trust and delivered on it. Ill be going back for more mods and customizations in the future as well and I just can't recommend them enough

Hands down one of the best services. Tameem nearly works 24/7 and answers all questions. Tameem tirelessly assisted me and saw the vision, I wanted on a complex rs5. The level of detail that went into my car was incredible to witness from the technician to the owner, these guys are top notch. Very trustworthy and reliable. Definitely will be coming back for future wraps, tints and modifications.
