Just picked up my wife's 2026 Escalade from Alpha Auto Haus and I'm beyond happy with how everything turned out. I literally just bought this Escalade, and Philip and his team treated it like it was their own. That alone says everything. I brought it in for tints, front PPF, smoked taillights, and full emblem replacement, a lot of work and they really took their time to make sure everything came out perfect. I'm pretty picky when it comes to my cars, and Philip didn't rush anything. The attention to detail shows all around. Clean, dialed, and exactly how I wanted it. BEWARE OF THIS SHOP. I do not want anyone to go through what I have gone through with this shop. They are simply not capable of performing quality work. God forbid they damage your car, they may just gaslight you and make you feel dumb for wanting it fixed. I originally inquired with Philip about having my M550i wrapped in PurePPF. It seemed like the highest quality colored PPF brand on the market with a wide array of colors. Philip told me he could not confidently stand behind PurePPF as a product because it is "too new" in the industry and cannot put his warranty behind them, even though PurePPF has a 10 year warranty of their own, he said he questioned their longevity as a business that could even last that long. I found out much later on that he is not able to even get PurePPF because they only allow certain shops within a mile radius of one another. He heavily insisted on Inozetek and even took $250 off to further convince me to not use PurePPF. I decide to trust him & location was convenient. I end up having them wrap my car in Inozetek's Dynamic PPF Satin Midnight Black. I also added 20% tints and had them install a front lip and rear diffuser. I drop off the car and in a week I am told it is ready for pickup. Philip quickly leaves in a hurry and I am left with Noah to go over the car with. Immediately, we notice a large rip in the rear bumper which he quickly assures me will be taken care of. At this time, we are inspecting the car in shop lighting which was a bit hard to see super clearly because it was getting dark. The next day I look at my car in the sun and notice much more of the quality of work I received. I notice many areas of peeling, wrinkling, a lot of weird blue stains throughout the wrap, a mesh section under my grille is visibly melted from heat gun or mini torch and my brand new carbon exhaust tips are damaged (Photos attached). I send all of the photos and video to Noah and Philip. They assure me it is normal and say "we both think your car looks great!" and all will be taken care of. I told Philip I wanted to show him in person because he had left rather quickly as I mentioned, and there were obviously a lot of issues. I told him I would come in a couple days later. I arrive and he is not there, but Noah is. We go over everything and again. Noah is very apologetic and assures me everything will be fixed, they will pay for the exhaust tips and order the replacement plastic piece. I am very skeptical at this point, but I remained hopeful and was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. He tells me to come back in a week for "touch ups". I come back a week later to drop the car off with Noah. This is to redo the front and rear bumpers, and address all of the lifting/wrinkling. He also told me he ordered the replacement plastic piece. I leave the car for over 20 days (Sep 4-26). I was out of town for a ~6 days of this so I was not super concerned being without a car, but he kept pushing it back which was odd and said he had to redo the front bumper 3 times, which obviously does not sound great. He also claims the plastic piece 'he ordered' from BMW never arrived but he was going to "go to BMW" to get the part. The next day Noah tells me the car is ready, so I arrange a ride out there to pick it up. When I arrive, the rear bumper was not even redone. He said he didn't get a chance to do it and ran out of film because of redoing the front bumper 3 times. He did not even mention this until I arrived which was confusing and frustrating. We also immediately notice the front bumper was still significantly stained blue (even more than before). The plastic piece was also no where to be found as he claimed it was lost in transit and he's trying to contact BMW (I later find out that he never even ordered the part, more later). He tells me he will reach out to me when the new PPF film comes in and the BMW plastic part. I also have no idea where Philip was. I hadn't seen him at all in a while and Noah kept telling me he never comes in and that he is in charge of this situation. Philip had also said this at the earlier stage that Noah would be taking care of everything. About a week goes by and nothing from Noah. I try calling him but no answer. He finally texts me out of the blue and says he is quitting Alpha and he is at home sick with food poisoning. I am now very confused and upset and starting to feel hopeless. I ask him what do you suggest I do? He says Philip should honor your touch ups and everything, he knows the situation. I send him a few more messages but no response and this is the last I hear from him. (Oct 3) I immediately call Philip and he told me Noah was fired for stealing (allegedly). We schedule the following Monday (Oct 6) for me to come in and I have to re-explain everything to him and show him the condition of the car... I got my 2 front windows and windshield done a few months ago. They were very responsive through yelp and the quote was reasonable for the type of tint i was looking for. It took longer than expected but there's a trail right next to the shop where you can get some exercise in or walk over to erewhon for lunch. I happen to go to 7Qspa right near so i also got a facial in the meantime. I've been loving my tint, it really helps keep the heat out! read more

I met Philip and his team at Alpha Auto Haus in May 2024 when he had a shop in Agoura. At that time, he added front window tint to my truck and removed the decals. Awesome job all around, and wrapped everything up within a few hours. I returned to Philip last month needing some work done on a new 2026 BMW M340i. Specifically, I had PPF put on the front end, powder coated and added a ceramic coat to the stock wheels, changed out some badges, ceramic coated the rest of the vehicle, added ceramic window tint and paint matched side reflectors. Overall, impeccable work done, or at least nothing I could complain about or have concerns. All of that work was done within the week. Philip gave me out the door pricing before any of the work was completed and kept me updated throughout the week. Philip fit me right in about a week later to have the PPF checked, which confirmed that everything was bonding correctly. I don't really write reviews on Yelp (really at all), but I can assure you I am offering an accurate review. I felt that I should give potential customers reason to challenge a negative review that may have been posted. I don't understand where a negative review could come from other than someone having a personal hangup and not willing to work things out with Philip. Sometimes people don't realize that you have to be flexible and willing to work things out with a business if things don't go your way. He has been extremely responsive anytime I have texted or called. I even texted him this morning asking for some more work and he said he would get right on ordering the parts. This was my first time bringing a vehicle in to have this much work done on the exterior and I have to say it was one of the most pleasurable experiences outside of working with a dealership. He had some good input in what level of tint I should go with, what's a safe level versus what's not. Overall the process was very smooth. I did the front windows and the windshield, with a 35 on the sides and 70 on the windshield to be on the safer side. Even though they are a newer shop, both the owners have been in the business for a long time and it shows in the quality of their work. Quality work and quick turnaround. I'm especially satisfied with the quality of the ceramic tint, as seen in the images my windows are extremely dark from outside looking in and totally visible from inside looking out. As for the main selling point of ceramic tint, there has been a noticeable decrease in my car's inside temp when parked outside on sunny days, which I can monitor through the Tesla app. Philip, the shop owner, mentioned to me that the panoramic sunroof was not generally not an easy task but it looks absolutely perfect to me. The clear bra is nearly unnoticeable which is optimal for me as I love the deep blue color and I have peace of mind knowing that my front end is protected from potential rock chips / road debris. I don't post that many reviews on Yelp, but I felt compelled to write a review for Alpha Auto Haus. The customer service and quality of work that Justin, Phillip, and the team at Alpha Auto Haus holds themselves to are second to none. If you're looking to get the best product (XPEL is overrated, go with STEK for PPF and tint) at the best rate, this is the shop you want to go to. I had my Model Y front end PPF'd (XPEL Fusion) and XPEL tint on the front windows and windshield at Diamond Auto and was not happy with their quality of work on the PPF. Their tint work was fine although the PPF was peeling in multiple places. Brought it back to Diamond and they BURNED the PPF on the mirror cap where it was lifting just so it could stick and the other parts of the car where I pointed out the PPF was lifting, they basically ignored. The experience I had there was horrible. I figured I'll try a different place to get the back half of the car PPF'd and tinted. I went to Alpha to get a quote and their price couldn't be beat. I got the rest of the car PPF'd (STEK Dynoshield) by Alpha and while they were at it, they REPLACED the mirror cap PPF that was installed by Diamond AND added PPF on the foglights at no extra charge. By the way, STEK has way less orange peel compared to XPEL and similar hydrophobic properties. I was so happy with the customer service and the quality of work, that I brought my 04' IS300 to get the tint replaced all around, which Alpha did an excellent job on. Justin and his team goes ABOVE and BEYOND both on customer service and their quality of work and they made a lifetime customer out of me.
