But because business hours are during the week it took some coordinating and a day off from work to get the car in. Jamie said Wednesday was fine and when i brought the car in the tint guys was out. He had another guy look at it but wasn't able to fix the crease so they said they would make me a new reservation. So now I have to take another day off work and waiting to hear back if it's going to be fixed right. Will update again when it's fixed. The car looks brand new--in fact, better than it ever looked (and smooth as a baby's bottom [if you're into that sort of thing]). They did a "light wipe down" of the interior, which turned out to be more than any other full interior detail I've ever had. Again, better than new. I also had a deep scratch on my driver's side mirror, which they had repaired and painted while they were working on the car. The repair is perfect, you would never know it had a deep gouge in it (don't ask...). Every one at XSiv is incredibly friendly and accommodating and went to great lengths to deal with my schedule. This is the only shop I will ever take my vehicles to for detail services. Oh, and they texted pictures during the process so I could see how my baby was fairing. Highest possible recommendation for premium level car care.
