Got my car back from Wrap Labs over a week ago so I've had some time to live with it and can confidently say I am super happy with everything! Had a general idea of what I wanted and had gathered some inspo photos from around the internet. My car went to Wrap Labs with Brennan who was a pleasure to deal with and did a perfect job on the install on my vehicle. Everything is precise and well applied. They even fixed my Porsche crest badge on my frunk which I hadn't even noticed was crooked. Vehicle was returned to me fully detailed and looking perfect. Super happy with my experience and will certainly return in the future. Thank you so much to Brennan and Wrap Labs.

Had a really great experience with Wrap Labs. Tesla Agoura Hills referred this shop to me after I had inquired about blacking out my Model 3, and the recommendation didn't disappoint. Seth gave me a great deal on the package, performed a really slick looking job on the chrome delete work, and were super transparent about some follow-up touch-up work that had to happen (easy to revisit). Highly recommend, and I'll certainly be taking my vehicles here again in the event I need customization service.

Jason and Tim are the guys to go to. They are very knowledgeable in their trade. Definitely straight shooters appreciate all the information and help today. You'll definitely see me coming back. I saw their work in the show room on a beautiful Escalade, they really take pride in their work.

I'm not gonna lie. My install had a few issues, but I think that is what helped me realize this place is so special. Although not everything went perfectly they made sure they took care of me and they worked with me and my schedule to make sure it was taken care of and it was perfect in the end. Other companies would often blame the customer for the issues and that didn't happen for a second with Wrap Labs Tim and his team take their job seriously and they are passionate about doing a good job and making their customers happy. I would be happy to continue to do business with them and tell anyone looking for a great place who only strives for quality to go to Wrap Labs.

I came to Wrap Labs sort of last minute hoping to get some work done on my wife's car before Christmas. Seth worked with me and was able to squeeze me in. Seth was super informative and very polite. I ended up doing a chrome delete, ceramic window tint, and powder coated the wheels. My wife and I were extremely happy with the end product and would definitely recommend wrap labs. Their attention to detail is obvious with their high quality work. Go check out wrap labs!

If you want a quality wrap/clear bra done, Wrap Labs does the most high quality job you that you can't even tell it was wrapped. We had our 2019 G63 clear braed matte and it looks factory matte black. I could not be more happy about how it looks. I would not trust my car any where else. They are so precise and meticulous and it shows in the quality of their work. Thank you wrap labs!

Had my car wrapped with them pretty much right after I got it. Had a few issues about a year later. Nothing to do with the wrap or the install. Just a few scratches. Tim (the owner) helped me get all of this fixed. They really stand behind their work and do an excellent job!! Some might consider their prices on the high side but you absolutely get what you pay for. Can't praise them enough!

This place is attach to B & B Body, which has been around for decades. They have a long history of working on cars, so I felt comfortable leaving my car with them. For anyone that doesn't know, a wrap is basically a vinyl decal laid over the paint in sections. Much like Clear Bra, a wrap protects the paint with the added benefit of allowing you to change the color of your car. While the vinyl used for a wrap isn't nearly as think as Clear Bra, it's better than no protection. A full color-change wrap takes about 5-7 days...it's literally 120 man-hours of labor. As is the case with a paint job, a lot of disassembly work is involved. Bumpers come off trim pieces, come off. Even door panels (so they can wrap the door jambs) come off in some cases. A wrap lasts about 2 years...at least, that's how long the material is warrantied for..,but your results might vary due to cleaning, the car's condition and exposure to direct sunlight, all of which can degrade the life of a wrap, just like it does with paint. My car was in for 7 days and when I picked it up, I didn't recognize it. It was absolutely transformed. The fit of the material would lead onlookers to believe the car was painted. To say it's a head-turner would be an understatement. The Wrap Labs team kept me informed daily, often sending me teaser pictures of their progress. The end result is nearly perfect. You'd have to have a trained eye and know where to look into the deepest corners to find any indications that this wasn't a full repaint. Even then, nitpicking types would be hard pressed to find any imperfections. For their effort and service, they get five stars. Well done!

I recently visited Wrap Labs to get a quote on a full wrap job for my vehicle. I dealt mainly with Charlie, he was very helpful in terms of providing information about the wrapping process, what my options were outside of just their shop, and helping me weigh my options based on my budget restrictions. I have not actually gotten my car wrapped yet, but based on some of the work I have seen them produce and the reliable body shop to which they're attached, I would feel confident referring anyone looking for quality work on their car to this shop. Update (3/29/16): I decided to move forward with a partial wrap on my car, and I'm very pleased with the results! Charlie and Tim went out of there way to accommodate my schedule to get the work done on the car. The wrapping came out looking very clean and professional, and they have a very reasonable rate for the quality of work produced. If you haven't already, give Charlie and Tim a call and add some flare to your wheels!

Window tints

I am very happy with the new window tints I have gotten from Wrap Labs. They scheduled with me accordingly and everything was on time, the craftsmanship is superior to any other shops I have seen in Westlake. The people in the front office Tyler and Seth, are very friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about every wrap or tint. I am satisfied and if anyone wants a wrap or tint or even paint done they should go to Wrap Labs in Westlake

I recently had Wrap Labs completely transform my Tesla Model 3 and I could not have been happier with the process and final result! I had them do a wrap, chrome delete, window tint, as well as some other modifications. They helped me decide on the best color for the wrap by using a computer program that allows you to see a rendering of your car with different color options on there. Once we decided on a color, they got to work. They were very patient throughout the project, and always called to keep me updated on the progress. The final product turned out beautiful and I am grateful I decided to work with them. Tim, Seth, and the guys are true professionals and they are very focused on customer service and making sure you are happy. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to get their car wrapped!

The car came in brand new in black, and we had them apply a stainless steel-colored satin wrap, ceramic protection, window tint, and smoked taillights. The transformation is incredible. The satin finish makes all the high-gloss black and red elements pop in a way they didn't before. It's striking. We've already had multiple people stop and comment - including someone at a gas station who said it was going to be his next car. Now the Volvo. It's over seven years old but still in great shape with under 38K miles, and I wasn't ready to part with it. Instead, I refreshed it. The original two-tone white and black is now wrapped in a British racing green-colored wrap, and it has completely changed the car. The existing black and red accents stand out in a whole new way and paired with the rare lava-colored interior carpets, it feels like a brand-new car again. And yes, it's also getting plenty of attention on the road. The craftsmanship at Diamond is top-notch. The technicians clearly take pride in their work, and it shows in the final product. But the standout is Cooper in the front office. He's an excellent communicator and is fully focused on making sure everything is exactly as expected. You can tell he cares deeply about the customer experience. Highly recommend Diamond Auto Salon. We'll definitely be back.

Before purchasing a Groupon for window tinting, I called the company directly to confirm that my specific vehicle model was eligible for the service. I was assured that it was, so I went ahead and purchased the Groupon. However, when I later called to schedule the appointment, I was told that my vehicle was actually not included. By that point, the 3-day cancellation window had already passed, so I was unable to receive a refund and was instead issued "Groupon Bucks," which are far less useful and not what I intended to purchase. I understand that misunderstandings can happen, but giving incorrect information prior to purchase, and then being unable to resolve it afterward, creates a frustrating customer experience. I would strongly recommend that future customers get written confirmation of eligibility before purchasing, or proceed with caution when relying on verbal assurances.

BEWARE OF THIS SHOP. I do not want anyone to go through what I have gone through with this shop…read more They are simply not capable of performing quality work. God forbid they damage your car, they may just gaslight you and make you feel dumb for wanting it fixed. I originally inquired with Philip about having my M550i wrapped in PurePPF. It seemed like the highest quality colored PPF brand on the market with a wide array of colors. Philip told me he could not confidently stand behind PurePPF as a product because it is "too new" in the industry and cannot put his warranty behind them, even though PurePPF has a 10 year warranty of their own, he said he questioned their longevity as a business that could even last that long. I found out much later on that he is not able to even get PurePPF because they only allow certain shops within a mile radius of one another. He heavily insisted on Inozetek and even took $250 off to further convince me to not use PurePPF. I decide to trust him & location was convenient. I end up having them wrap my car in Inozetek's Dynamic PPF Satin Midnight Black. I also added 20% tints and had them install a front lip and rear diffuser. I drop off the car and in a week I am told it is ready for pickup. Philip quickly leaves in a hurry and I am left with Noah to go over the car with. Immediately, we notice a large rip in the rear bumper which he quickly assures me will be taken care of. At this time, we are inspecting the car in shop lighting which was a bit hard to see super clearly because it was getting dark. The next day I look at my car in the sun and notice much more of the quality of work I received. I notice many areas of peeling, wrinkling, a lot of weird blue stains throughout the wrap, a mesh section under my grille is visibly melted from heat gun or mini torch and my brand new carbon exhaust tips are damaged (Photos attached). I send all of the photos and video to Noah and Philip. They assure me it is normal and say "we both think your car looks great!" and all will be taken care of. I told Philip I wanted to show him in person because he had left rather quickly as I mentioned, and there were obviously a lot of issues. I told him I would come in a couple days later. I arrive and he is not there, but Noah is. We go over everything and again. Noah is very apologetic and assures me everything will be fixed, they will pay for the exhaust tips and order the replacement plastic piece. I am very skeptical at this point, but I remained hopeful and was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. He tells me to come back in a week for "touch ups". I come back a week later to drop the car off with Noah. This is to redo the front and rear bumpers, and address all of the lifting/wrinkling. He also told me he ordered the replacement plastic piece. I leave the car for over 20 days (Sep 4-26). I was out of town for a ~6 days of this so I was not super concerned being without a car, but he kept pushing it back which was odd and said he had to redo the front bumper 3 times, which obviously does not sound great. He also claims the plastic piece 'he ordered' from BMW never arrived but he was going to "go to BMW" to get the part. The next day Noah tells me the car is ready, so I arrange a ride out there to pick it up. When I arrive, the rear bumper was not even redone. He said he didn't get a chance to do it and ran out of film because of redoing the front bumper 3 times. He did not even mention this until I arrived which was confusing and frustrating. We also immediately notice the front bumper was still significantly stained blue (even more than before). The plastic piece was also no where to be found as he claimed it was lost in transit and he's trying to contact BMW (I later find out that he never even ordered the part, more later). He tells me he will reach out to me when the new PPF film comes in and the BMW plastic part. I also have no idea where Philip was. I hadn't seen him at all in a while and Noah kept telling me he never comes in and that he is in charge of this situation. Philip had also said this at the earlier stage that Noah would be taking care of everything. About a week goes by and nothing from Noah. I try calling him but no answer. He finally texts me out of the blue and says he is quitting Alpha and he is at home sick with food poisoning. I am now very confused and upset and starting to feel hopeless. I ask him what do you suggest I do? He says Philip should honor your touch ups and everything, he knows the situation. I send him a few more messages but no response and this is the last I hear from him. (Oct 3) I immediately call Philip and he told me Noah was fired for stealing (allegedly). We schedule the following Monday (Oct 6) for me to come in and I have to re-explain everything to him and show him the condition of the car...
