My experience with WrapLabs was 10/10. Everything went amazing. Jose was amazing with responses and customer service which is a huge thing for me whenever I'm looking to get a project done for my car. I came in wanting definitely something different and out of the norm for my car and they gave me exactly what I was looking for. Ended up doing a redbull livery on my civic type r and it came out better then I had pictured it would. Jose even took his time to draw up an initial sketch of how the wrap would look on my car which made me know I was going to the right place. Customer service in person was amazing and the whole shop setup is beautiful. This is the only shop I'd recommend if you're looking to get any sort of wrap/ppf/tint done to your car. The care the workers take with your car is beyond amazing. Got my car back from Wrap Labs over a week ago so I've had some time to live with it and can confidently say I am super happy with everything! I do not recommend Wrap Labs. I feel both cheated out of $800 and disrespected by their team. Went in for a full window tint, and not only was the installation quality unacceptable but the team was disrespectful and unprofessional to me as a customer. As part of the contract, they ask that you refrain from writing bad reviews until you've given them the opportunity to make it right, but the team botched the installation twice and then completely ignored and avoided me for weeks on end, so I feel comfortable sharing my experience with you now. In both installation attempts, there were scratches in the window tint, significant blurriness out all windows and bubbles that didn't go away after months, they tinted my side door windows the wrong percentage, and there's hairline knife scratches on the windshield as they cut the tint with the blade on the windshield. For all of these issues, the team claimed it was either expected, I'm silly to be such a perfectionist, or refused to acknowledge my concerns. I sent pictures and video to XPEL and visited other shops in LA for second reviews and all said that the installation quality is poor and that I deserve a refund - warranty wouldn't cover a shop's installation errors. Got no refund, and was actively ignored over phone, voicemail, and email for weeks.I even tried to call using different phone numbers, successfully reached other team members, and then was ignored by the team I was working with - Cooper and Tim. Funny, after XPEL was upset to hear about the installation and reached out to Wrap Labs to request they uninstall it, I hear from Cooper within the hour to work with me! Weeks of waiting, and only hear back when XPEL is requesting it. Thrilled to say I took my car to a different shop and the tint is perfect - no bubbles, scratches, blurriness. I feel like an idiot to have went with Wrap Labs, and I suggest you think elsewhere if you want to tint your windows and avoid scratches on your car and anxiety to drive at night through blurry windows. read more

I'm not gonna lie. My install had a few issues, but I think that is what helped me realize this place is so special. Although not everything went perfectly they made sure they took care of me and they worked with me and my schedule to make sure it was taken care of and it was perfect in the end. Other companies would often blame the customer for the issues and that didn't happen for a second with Wrap Labs Tim and his team take their job seriously and they are passionate about doing a good job and making their customers happy. This place is attach to B & B Body, which has been around for decades. They have a long history of working on cars, so I felt comfortable leaving my car with them. For anyone that doesn't know, a wrap is basically a vinyl decal laid over the paint in sections. Much like Clear Bra, a wrap protects the paint with the added benefit of allowing you to change the color of your car. While the vinyl used for a wrap isn't nearly as think as Clear Bra, it's better than no protection. A full color-change wrap takes about 5-7 days...it's literally 120 man-hours of labor. As is the case with a paint job, a lot of disassembly work is involved. Bumpers come off trim pieces, come off. Even door panels (so they can wrap the door jambs) come off in some cases. A wrap lasts about 2 years...at least, that's how long the material is warrantied for..,but your results might vary due to cleaning, the car's condition and exposure to direct sunlight, all of which can degrade the life of a wrap, just like it does with paint. My car was in for 7 days and when I picked it up, I didn't recognize it. It was absolutely transformed. The fit of the material would lead onlookers to believe the car was painted. To say it's a head-turner would be an understatement. The Wrap Labs team kept me informed daily, often sending me teaser pictures of their progress. The end result is nearly perfect. You'd have to have a trained eye and know where to look into the deepest corners to find any indications that this wasn't a full repaint. Even then, nitpicking types would be hard pressed to find any imperfections. For their effort and service, they get five stars. Well done! read more

I have not actually gotten my car wrapped yet, but based on some of the work I have seen them produce and the reliable body shop to which they're attached, I would feel confident referring anyone looking for quality work on their car to this shop. Update (3/29/16): I decided to move forward with a partial wrap on my car, and I'm very pleased with the results! I recently had Wrap Labs completely transform my Tesla Model 3 and I could not have been happier with the process and final result! I had them do a wrap, chrome delete, window tint, as well as some other modifications. They helped me decide on the best color for the wrap by using a computer program that allows you to see a rendering of your car with different color options on there. Once we decided on a color, they got to work. They were very patient throughout the project, and always called to keep me updated on the progress. These guys are talented! Had the chrome window trim wrapped to give the car the updated look it needed. Changed out the chrome badges for stock black and had the S painted red. They did all this in one day and at a very fair price. Many other shops said it couldn't be done and if they were able to do it the price was at least double. When it came to the grille part it was very difficult doe to 3D corners and instead of doing a crappy job he explained that it won't look good.
