Since the vehicle is only about a year old, the damage really bothered me. After spending a lot of time browsing Yelp and Google for a detailer who could help reduce or remove the etching, I came across Will. He was very responsive from the start and even had me drop off the vehicle so he could test a small area first. The test results were impressive, with almost all of the etching removed, so I scheduled an appointment drop off. I dropped off the 4Runner, and the work was completed in just two days. Will is extremely knowledgeable and operates out of a very cool facility filled with collectible cars and interesting projects. Most importantly, the results exceeded my expectations. About 90-95% of the tree sap etching was removed without having to go through a more aggressive sanding. I was very happy with the outcome from the two step paint correction. I highly recommend Will to anyone looking for paint correction or detailing services. He's professional, knowledgeable, and delivers great results. We asked for a quote from My WIndow Solutions, got one that was quite good. We had explained the rationale for getting a replacement window (the leak). Parry sent over his crew right away to caulk around the existing one so we wouldn't get any incursion while waiting for the new one to arrive and get installed. Nice! For this job, I had also asked to have a custom window casing and deep windowsill built. We agreed that I'd buy the materials (a particular trim profile and hardwood species), prime them, and they'd do the cutting and installation. This collaboration worked perfectly.

Never use this company !!! I spent $5800 for a double wood front door 3 years ago. First off, it…read morewas supposed to be primed before installation. It was not. Second, it was a green door, meaning, it was not totally cured and oozed out sap for 4 months. 6 months later, the door cracked. After several months, they agreed to a new door. When it came, it was not measured correctly so I had to wait another 6 months for the next door. so now the door is installed, I had to pay again to get it repainted. Guess what, 6 months later, that new door cracked. They will not replace the door so I have to live with a cracked door since they told me it is past warranty. their solution...pay another $1500 to install a fiberglass door as a replacement. I would not even give this company 1 star if I could.

Juan, who owns Precision Tinting has done the window tinting for all my cars and those of my family members. I would never let anyone else do it. For those people who have never had windows tinted and are not sure which degree of darkness to apply to the sides and back, Juan has excellent recommendations, but he is not pushy. He lets you choose. If a problem arises later as you drive the car, such as a tiny bubble under the film, Juan will correct it. He makes you feel welcome when you drive up and gives you very personal attention. read more
