I've had three windshields replaced here over the years. I recently had an issue with one of them that have been repaired a year and a half ago. Above all glass said not to worry that they would take care of the windshield that had a little leak. They are not only professional, but kind and friendly. I've recommended them to quite a few friends, but forgot to post something here on Yelp. Give them a try if you haven't been there yet as they truly are the best glass shop here in the Conejo Valley. In fact, one time, my car insurance told me to call Safelite. Sometimes you just have a string of bad luck. Had a bad day and needed a windshield replaced. I called a lot of places, and finally decided here. Spoke to Keith, the owner, who convinced me that an aftermarket glass was just as good as OEM "down to the dots" in the glass without the premium price. I came in and had the glass replaced in about 2 hours. Unfortunately, I received a defective windshield. Things like this happen, especially to me. I was bummed but not surprised. Keith caught wind of my issue, and immediately contacted me to make things right. He called me in, walked me through the replacement parts and the extra steps he took to insure a successful repair. I appreciate that he bent over backwards to make things right. As some people say, he's "a gentleman and a scholar". I sounds like things like this don't happen often but when they do, they get corrected well and corrected quickly. While waiting for your car, they have a waiting area in their reception area where you can sit, have a coffee (they have a Keurig machine), and do your own office work while you wait (they have WiFi). There is seating for about 5 people, and most of the time it is more than enough. One of the seats is a classic barber chair. That thing is so comfortable it is worth the price of admission. Most importantly, they have a restroom for the long wait. They have a large selection of Bosch windshield wipers if you need them replaced, and hey most likely if your windshield needs repair, the wipers should be changed too. While sitting in the lounge, I heard a few people ask if they do classic cars. The answer is yes, and Keith works on them personally. There is however a wait list, and according to the people that walked in, he does a superb job. After my experience here, I would definitely come back. And until rocks are permanently banned from the roads, I likely will have to be back. Keith is the "Above All" in the business name. Highly Recommended. read more

For auto glass needs, big or small, I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else. They have been so great, TWICE, and are so friendly and eager to help. They go above and beyond to take care l, whatever the need, and they also don't overcharge. They are efficient, honest, so helpful and kind. This is my third car taken to this place. I heard a rock hit my windshield while driving on the highway. Keith inspected my windshield and said that it was a surface scratch and that he could not squirt glass filler in the crack and that the scratch would not spread. I appreciated Keith's honesty and not charging me for an unneeded service. I have had a windshield replaced and a crack sealed here in the past and had a great experience. Ok. Service was good and fast but my rear view mirror fell off after 4 months of having the front windshield replaced. They said the would fix it. But what they didn't tell me was they were going to charge me $78 (after I tipped the repair guy $20) to fix a problem that shouldn't have happened in the first place. I asked the manager what happens if the mirror falls off again? The manager said he would replace it for free but I feel like it should've been replaced for free the first time. I don't know if I would go back again. Very frustrating to have to pay for something that should've been done correctly the first time. read more

I had a small chip in my windshield right in front of the driver's seat. I took my car to Above All Glass to have the chip corrected, partially to make it less visible but more importantly to keep the chip from growing into a full-blown windshield crack. In just 30 minutes, they corrected my chip, cleaning out the hole and then adding glass filler. Now I can barely see where the chip was. I really appreciated Steve's professionalism when I initially called to ask about getting my windshield crack filled. There wasn't any pressure to schedule (I didn't know my schedule for the following week). When I called back 2 weeks later (my schedule was crazy), Steve was prompt and remembered our precious conversation. I scheduled for the following week first thing in the morning. Had air noise in our car for a year or so after having bought it used. Couldn't figure out where it was coming from. Took it to an auto body shop who couldn't figure it out, so they recommended Above All. After some trial and error taping various locations on the windshield, it was narrowed down to the wind wing. The owner, Keith, then isolated where the air was coming in. Some silicone was applied, and boom - problem solved. Everyone at Above all was patient, kind and helpful. Bad hit that caused a silver-dollar sized, star shaped cracked with lots of lines which is pretty bad. I tried Safelite they want over $1000 to replace it and they don't take my insurance which is AAA Southern California ! I called one of my best friend who knows all the places in Ventura County for vehicles repair . And he gave me above all glass ! I can't Not say enough about them they are great ! These guys are a really terrific alternative to Safe Lite. I called Safe Lite to fix a passenger window that had gone "off track" (due to my young daughter hanging on it despite repeated request not to) so that it would not close completely. I tried Safe Lite to save a trip to the shop because they claimed they could fix it at my office. I scheduled the appointment for like 3 weeks out and was quoted a price of $300. The night before I got a call from Safelite stating that they would not repair it because they didn't have the part. Total b.s. they just didn't want to come out for a smaller job. Drove it around for a few more weeks and then was in the area and pulled in without an appointment. They were busy but took a look and the homie fixed it in less than 10 minutes. He told me it was on the house and I wasn't having it. Settled up for a cool $20 cash and a hand shake. TL:DR - Fuck Safe Lite!
