It was like pulling teeth to get any details to setup an appointment. It was so frustrating I went to a place down street and got it taken care of in one day. Avoid this place. read more

They were punctual, did what they said they would, great job and service and great value. Will use for my daughter's windshield. Thank you Robert and Carlos. But the way they were highly efficient and explained what to do after the installation. read more

Allied Autoglass & Window - Here is the windshield installed - Auto Glass Services Near Me - Simi Valley, California

Would highly recommend. Service was quick and mobile so I was able to stay at home while my windshield was repaired.

This place is a hidden gem in Simi if ever there was one. Very specific work done very well by a man named Mike. I've been here before, and was back for a different car today, and he is very reasonably priced and the work has been done quickly and expertly. I called Thursday and we arranged an appt for Saturday. It was done as estimated at the exact price quoted. I wish all business was conducted so transparently and honestly. I have another car that needs a windshield (I have a long commute and bad luck) and window tint; and I'll be back to this place again when I have the funds. Highly recommend. read more

Mike is the man! My windshield got destroyed by a swooping hawk in Calabasas while I was driving through the canyons! (Crazy) completely shattered the drivers side! Mike took are of me the same day. Great customer service! Highly recommend him! read more

Took my car in today , after a Referal from a friend .. Had a rock from a truck hit my window shield and called that day and spoke with Mike .. He said he probably would be able to just repair it. Gave me a price , told me to bring it down the next day .. I did , and he took me right in , took 10 minutes , and actually charged me the quoted price .. Amazing price and work ! I would highly refer this business ! Thanks Mike !! read more

I pulled into the parking lot at 9:30 am with the rearview mirror dangling on its wire from the windshield. I have never experienced a mirror falling free of its mounting before. A previous call to Allied advised that it would be around 11:30 before they could handle the repair. As I was backing into a parking space, Mike looked at me and said, "I can handle that in about 5 minutes." He dropped what he was working on, gathered some hand tools and parts and a small blowtorch and had me driving out of the parking lot 10 minutes later. If you require auto glass work, Allied Auto Glass should be the first repair shop to call. I have never experienced any better service at any auto shop. Thanks a lot! read more

They did an amazing job replacing my windshield! The crack was too dangerous to drive with, and another company forgot about my appointment. They got me in right away, charged less than I would've had to pay with my insurance, and worked quickly and pleasantly. I will keep coming back to them! read more

I'm writing another review because I had the toughest auto glass job ever that needed to be done. On my 1964 GM 2 door sedan, the rear seat windows just refused to roll up if they ever got rolled down. Removing the rear panels, hardware and seat are tough, but the workings and the glass are in all this metal framing and body structure within the fender, and almost seem unreachable. Mike got them out, re mounted them on the mechanism, and then put them back in, AND made sure they worked perfectly and normally by rolling them up or down with the handle. Couldn't be happier with these windows working again without worry. Happy customer here! read more

Mike was a great guy. Sadly he passed recently. Prayers for the family. RIP

Mike is the best!! He has helped me with my 89 Corvette many times, I will continue to take my vette to him....

Got my 2016 Chevy Suburban windshield replaced by Mike. I even told him the wrong one that was required when he pre-ordered it, he was super understanding. He was able to order the one I needed that same day and still installed it. Super pleased! Reliable, fast, friendly, reasonable, and courteous Go see Mike!!!! read more

Awesome service! I called in the evening to ask if they would be able to replace my windshield that had cracked all the way across, I was able to come in the next morning and get it taken care of. They were friendly, super quick, had great pricing, and did a great job! Would definitely recommend their services. read more

I went to this place for a New windshield for my recently purchased brand new car after receiving other quotes allied glass was the best price. Mike was very nice and professional. I was in and out of there within 1 hour. They gave me a great warranty too! I would recommend Allied Autoglass for your Autoglass needs! read more

went in for a rock chip in the windshield and he got to it right away. As he was working on it, he explained his process thoroughly and gave me some pointers to avoid future issues with the chip. The chip visibly shrunk from about the size of a dime to maybe 1 millimeter, smaller than a bb and hardly noticeable now. More importantly, reduced the possibility of crack propagation. highly recommend! read more

My windshield had been broken for about a month or so. Finally decided to take it in to get replaced. I called different places to get quotes but he was the most reasonable one. Fast and effective. Great new windshield that matches the old one, I had from the dealership. Overall, I highly recommend. read more

I needed my Honda Accord front window replaced. Mike did a great job on replacing it. He was very fair and honest with pricing, completed the job the same day, within an hour. Will recommend him any time! read more

After my car was broken into I instantly saw dollar signs on how I was going to replace my shattered window and get it tinted. Mike was really helpful, gave me a timeframe of when I could get it replaced same day and called me shortly after. He offered to tint it right there on the spot and for a good price. Definitely recommend. read more

Good guy, came and found me on the parking lot while I was waiting my turn. Did a good job on fixing the chip on my windshield.

A rock hit my windshield causing a small penny sized chip. I called safelite and they quoted me $125 in shop repair at their sun valley location. I live in simi so this created a problem. I did a quick google search and found Aillied Autoglass. I have them a call and Mike said I could swing by and take a look. After the assessment, he said it will only take 15 minutes and would cost $50, which is almost a third the cost safelite quoted me. We had great conversation while he was working. Mike is very knowledgeable is his field and was willing to talk through any questions I had. When he was done he cleaned the entire area and showed me the site that was now structurally sound. In conclusion, this is a local business man with a family that lives in Simi. If you care about your local community I would recommend Allied every time. He has gained my trust and service for life. read more

I needed the windshield on my 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee replaced. The windshield was completely "spider webbed" and I didn't feel safe driving around in the vehicle. I made calls. I got lot's of "leave a message", or no response or outrageous prices. Mike answered the phone, gave me a great price (less than my insurance deductible). He ordered the glass that afternoon and called me the next morning when the glass arrived. I showed up at 9:00 and was out of there by 9:50. I couldn't be more satisfied. read more

Well, I was happy with them at first, when I got my windshield replaced 4 months ago. Then it cracked for no reason last week so I took it back to him. He said the manufacturer warranty was only for 90 days. How convenient that it cracked shortly after the 90 days! My insurance guy did some checking and said that most windshield places have a warranty of 6-12 months. So basically now I have to pay another deductible for a new windshield to replace the defective one. Not happy! read more

I had a windshield installed. The service was quick, the work was totally quality and the owner even assisted me in getting compensation from my insurance company. I will go back again if I have a need for auto glass work. read more

I happened to be visiting one of the adjacent auto shops you get my car smogged. I noticed there was a really small auto glass shop and decided to ask them if they would help me can get a window replaced for my camper shell. Without hesitation, and without missing a beat from the work he was doing, Mike explain to me that my window is not easy to repair and although he doesn't have the ability to do it he referred me to another vendor who could handle the job. a big kudos goes to Allied for taking a few precious seconds of his time to help me find a solution for my problem read more

I had a Jeep quarter-window I wanted to put back on. Mike gave me a good deal for only $40. The adhesive cost about $20 alone, so he only charged $20 for labor. I got quoted for around $65 at another place. The whole job took only about 20 minutes. I'd go here again. "If you come right before I'm about to close, bring beer" lol read more

Mike the owner was Awesome. He did an amazing job. I would totally recommend him to anyone. Thank you Thank you

Driving down the road and a rock cracks your windshield. Dang it! What a hassle. But you know I wandered over to Allied and had my glass replaced cheaply and quickly. I was astounded!!! Highly recommend them to everyone in need! read more

Went here today on the recommendation of the manager of O'Reilly Auto Parts while picking up some tools. I inquired to the manager about my daughters car and asked if she knew of some repair shops she could recommend for the exterior door seal replacement . I told her the local body shops want $90 and hour and the dealer about $75- she recommended I go see "Mike" in town. I went there and asked him if knew how to do it and he told me what I needed to do (even down to the socket size and prep) and while I got most of it installed I was having problems. So I came back over and saw that he approached it as a pro and got it installed about a 1/2 hour later and charged me $45 - that included the repair of one of the posts that hold the mirror on since it snapped in my amateur attempt to dissemble it. I highly recommend him for his fairness, knowledge and value. read more

needed a regulator for my wife's car window. checked with multiple places but none did I feel as comfortable with then Allied. Mike was very fair and honest with me from the beginning. Gave me a quote over them phone, whereas others wanted to have me bring the car down for a complete diagnosis, at a charge. Mike gave the best deal and I was in and out in 30 mins. Great job. read more

First of all, I have used this company before for other vehicles and have been happy with the quality. They are slightly overpriced, but I don't mind paying a little extra if I feel like I am being taken care of. I brought a new vehicle in on Tuesday and told Mike that I wanted the rear windows of the vehicle to be dark, like a limo tint. The rear windows were already factory tinted, so I just told him to use the appropriate tint to make it "Limo". This is the same thing I have done with my other vehicles I have brought to him in the past, so I didn't feel there would be a problem. When I came back to pick up my vehicle, I saw that he had used a 5% limo tint over the existing tint. When I looked from the inside, the windows were so dark, that I could barely see out the rear of my vehicle during the daytime. Forget about trying to see out my windows at night. Keep in mind that I am a Private Investigator and I am used to driving vehicles with dark tinted windows. Mike said that it was my fault and that I didn't explain it clearly enough to him. First of all, nothing was in writing from him. He didn't get me to approve what he was putting on the windows. Afterwards, he quoted me a price to remove and put new tint back on and he would take care of me if I came back on Thursday. I did come back on Thursday and he refused to honor his word and even though I wanted other work done, he wouldn't take care of the work as promised. This is a not a man of his word, so if you have an issue with his work, he will not stand behind it. read more

Recently got my windshield replaced and windows tinted from Mike here. Mike was very knowledgeable and respectful. He even started over halfway through putting the tint on my windows because he wanted to ensure that his work was top notch. I likely would never have known if it wasn't, but it made me really trust him knowing that he had his customers best interest in mind. I highly recommend going to Mike for any of your car's needs. I would definitely go back if I run into any more car trouble. read more

Went in today to have my driver's side mirror fixed. I had called around multiple businesses, even went in a few shops and was quoted some extremely high prices to remove the interior part of the door and fix the mirror piece. Then one of the shops recommended Allied Auto Glass and I gave them a call. What a relief! Almost immediately after calling and getting a great quote, I came in and it was done so quickly. My mirror is perfect again. Couldn't be happier! read more

I have never had the desire to use yelp before because, frankly, I never felt that a person in business warranted a "special" review. I have gone to Mike now four times. Once for a broken winshield; once for a windshield that I thought was broken but wasn't; and two for door window mechanisms. Mike took care of everything, promptly, with respect and humor, and a more than fair price. I would recommend him to anyone, even my boss and mother. read more

Needed a windshield for my car so I called around the local shops and to get prices. I spoke to Mike at Allied and although his price wasn't the lowest he said he could get the glass and install it the same day. Got to the Shop and Mike had the windshield installed in less than an hour. Very fair price, quality window, great job and friendly service. read more

Called for a quote, the windshield was ordered, was there when I arrived and finshed the work in 45 minutes. Cheapier than autolite repair. Great experience and will recommend and go back. read more

This is a great hidden gem. The exterior doesn't look like a typical auto body shop. In fact, there isn't a shop at all. It's basically a garage with a small register in the back. No office. No waiting area with chairs. No walls with mounted items for purchase. But the guy running the whole operation seems genuinely knowledgeable and honest. I drive more than the average commuter, so getting rocks or dings in my windshield is almost inevitable. I've taken everyone one of them to this place. It's fixed within minutes on a walk-in basis. Had to stop by last night for a pretty bad one in my newish car. I was worried it was too much damage to be a simple repair. But after inspecting it, I was told because it was pretty high on the windshield that it was fixable. A little lower would have been trouble. It was repaired in about fifteen minutes for less than fifty bucks. As I thanked them and drove off, the owner stopped me and said one of my small headlights was out. So he popped the hood and removed he bulb for me to take to the auto store to make sure I was getting the correct replacement. He even gave me advice about what kinds would be better. Never once seemed pushy or condescending. I'm comfortable bringing all of my vehicles to this place. read more
