If you are needing to get a windshield for your vehicle replaced I'd highly recommend going with 1st Choice Auto Glass. It was an A+ experience from start to finish and while I hope I won't need any windows replaced again in the future, at least I now know who to call! I stumbled upon this place thanks to a recommendation from a friend who got her window replaced here and when she told me the cost I was shook (because it was so low compared to quotes I had been getting from other places). I messaged them on yelp and got an immediate reply. The communication was amazing and consistent. They answered my questions, looked up my vehicle information with my VIN and gave me a quote. Imagine my surprise when they were THE BEST deal out of every place I contacted. And not only were they a great deal - they were literally 3x cheaper then what the dealer quoted me (I know I know - never get repairs at the dealership but still - that's an insane difference). I immediately booked with them. The whole process was seamless and professional. I dropped off my car in the morning, got a ride home and within three hours my car was ready for pickup. You really can't get this kind of price, quality, and timeliness anywhere else that I researched. Everyone was super nice too. Shoutout to Holly who handled the messages and was working the desk for check in and check out. I've found a new local small owned business that id definitely come to again and will recommend to my friends and family. read more

When I saw 365 five star reviews...I was suspicious. How is that possible? But now I KNOW. I went on Yelp! and got multiple quotes from companies for a new windshield for my BMW X3, and 1st Choice came in hundreds cheaper. And Holly was such a pro! So communicative and accommodating (I drive down from Santa Barbara). They installed me new windshield, calibrated it, cleaned the inside of my car (bonus!), and put air in my tires too. Also, I was late picking my car back up and Holly arranged to leave my key in their lockbox and send me great instructions (with photos) to make retrieving my car without anyone there idiot-proof. And my windshield? It's PERFECT. Thank you Holly!! read more

I have a chip on my windshield, per Mike and Holly at 1st Choice Auto Glass, it doesn't need to be fixed. They were so nice and honest to tell me, and I'm glad I went with them. I highly recommend 1st Choice Auto Glass to anyone needing auto glass repair or replacement. read more

Super quick response & service! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for glass repair.

Responsive communication, really great price, worked quickly and the final product looks excellent. They seem very honest too: When they ran into an issue that affected installation (it's an existing problem with my car and unrelated to this company or their installation), they notified me immediately to discuss options. This meant that part of the work was deferred, bringing down the total cost of the job, and I imagine that a less honest company might have simply failed to mention the issue to keep the dollar amount in the estimate. I appreciated that. Overall, it was a positive experience and I would highly recommend. read more

Good communication, easy to schedule, work was done well and quickly. I would recommend to others .

Seriously, I couldn't be happier with the service I received at 1st Choice Auto Glass!! Their pricing was lower than everywhere else I took my car, their communication was excellent and transparent, and Holly was so kind and friendly! She kept me updated throughout the entire process. 10/10 Sorry, this is going to be a little long: A little over a year ago, I had my windshield replaced at a different shop. When I got my car back, my AEB and LDW systems no longer worked. The mechanic there told me my car's sensors failed calibration and there was nothing he could do. Over the past year, I took my car to several different shops, including Caliber Collision, Safelite, and Protech, but none of them could get the sensors to calibrate. I was about to give up and take it to the dealership, knowing they were probably going to charge me an arm and a leg. Thankfully, a friend suggested I try 1st Choice Auto Glass first. They were incredibly accommodating and let me drop my car off the same day I called. The next morning, Holly texted me to let me know they'd be working on my car throughout the day and would keep me updated, and she absolutely did. Before the end of the day, Holly texted me with the best news: they had successfully calibrated my sensors! When I picked up my car, they took the time to explain exactly what had been wrong, what they did to fix it, and they genuinely shared in my excitement that my car was finally fixed! I said all of that to say this: skip the headaches and just take your car to 1st Choice Auto Glass. They genuinely care, put in the effort to get your car fixed the right way, and provide amazing customer service from start to finish. I can't recommend them enough!! read more

I had a crack on my windshield and the quarter window (trunk of my crv) was shattered. I called safelite and the quote was $870. Yikes. Looked at Yelp and I noticed 1st Choice was rated high. I was skeptical about the reviews cuz c'mon, who gets a near perfect score of 5.0 in Yelp? Read the reviews, filtered out the ones with zero friends, read for sure the ones from the elite members and so I gave them a try. What I like: 1: excellent communication. They texted me when they started working on my car, when the tint didn't match ( we got it tinted when we purchased the car) 2. They were very accommodating. They offered to fix it at my workplace but parking sucks at Ventura city Hall so I asked if I can just drop off my car at their business location (Saturday - Memorial Day weekend) 3. The work was clean/flawless. They even put my parking sticker back and the reminder sticker from the oil change company. 4. And woohoo! I only paid $490. Savings $380 Now here I am giving them 5 stars. They're very nice and down to earth couple. I highly recommend them. read more

I had a rock chip in my windshield that needed repair. I called other businesses, closer to my home, but the response time was slow. Holly at 1st Choice Auto Glass, picked up my call on the first or second ring and was able to offer me an appointment that morning. I drove to their easy-to-locate shop in Camarillo and they got me right in and told me how long I could expect to wait. The customer service was friendly and professional, the quality of the completed work was superb, and the guarantee provided should the fix fail was more than I expected. And the price was reasonable! Better than that quoted by others. As a result of my experience, 1st Choice Auto Glass has become my "first choice" for all of my auto glass needs. If I could give them 10 stars I would! read more

Any questions or follow-ups I had were answered quickly, which made the whole experience easy and reassuring. Most importantly, the work itself was excellent. My windshield had a crack, I called around, Safelite, the company GEICO, my insurance recommended was $150 over what 1st Choice quoted.
