This is the 1st time I've ever needed to fix my windshield and I was a tad panicked and didn't want to get scammed ^or wait too long and have the chip spread on the windshield. I used the chat feature on Yelp (Thanks Yelp!) and reached out to a few businesses. What was helpful for me was that this chat feature got the conversation going. I didn't have to call numerous businesses and leave messages or deal with the back and forth of pricing, etc. AMG was the quickest in response time and in answering my basic questions. I just had the unpleasant experience of dealing with Marina. She left me the most incoherent voicemail yesterday about them not having the glass for my car and a bunch of other erroneous information that I already knew. The problem is that she did not provide a phone number to call her back and I called at least five times yesterday to reschedule my repair since they do not have the glass for my car. Being that they do not answer the phone, I had to make a visit in person to find out when they will receive the glass, which is absolutely ridiculous. Then she made the claim that she was on the phone all day yesterday and that apparently I was lying about trying to get in touch. It should have been a very simple business transaction turned out to be full of drama, and I haven't even had my car repaired yet which makes me think twice of this particular facility.
