I had Tip Top repair a chip in my windshield to stop it getting any bigger. Fast service!

This business was awesome!! Same day service, great communication. Fair approach. This is what service means!

Very professional, very courteous, and very kind. Same day service. I was there to watch Jose finish the installation of my windshield and I was really impressed by the attention to detail with the installation itself as well as his care with re-installing the trim around my windshield. Came in almost $100 less expensive than the national brand quoted me. Definitely pays in every way to stay local with Jose and family. read more

Jose is a rare find. Most shops quoted me ridiculous pricing, but Jose was super fare. Solid shop and solid guy. I highly recommend him.

Fantastic service at a fair price. Very responsive. Same day service. Went above and beyond.

Absolutely the best prices, service, and quality. Hands down. Super quick and super cheap. Very happy

Another example of their integrity, grace, and mercy! My daughter bout a car with the temporary insurance to drive off the lot ! 3 days later she was hit ! We took the car here because they are the only ones we trust ! This insurance is giving us and the shop a hard time and delaying payment! Jose and Maria may as well be our attorney because they are fighting for the payment and still providing the repairs ! I thank GOD for them AGAIN ! read more

I contacted Tip Top Auto Glass via phone and recieved a prompt response from Jose after i left a message. I was able to schedule an appointment to see him at my flexibilty and he provided excellent comminication and responses via text messages, making it easy for me. He was there and ready for me when I arrived. he took a quick look and gave me a price quote and said he could do the job almost immediately within an hour . Pricing was very reasonable and I have had other service from them before, so I left the car with him. about an hour later the car was ready and the windshield repair looked amazing! he said it would not need further cure time. His expertise, service, courtesy and communcation as well as price are nothing short of Excellent. I highly recommend him and his team for your Auto care needs. read more

Tip Top Auto Glass - Auto Glass Services Near Me - Ventura, California

Tip Top Paint and Body Shop has provided us top service for the challenging task we asked them to do for us. We recently purchased a used van which was used for a company and it had a decal. Not only that, the decal was fading and going away and there was a big rust problem. This was a huge problem so we knew we had to get it cleaned up and put rust prevention layers. From the beginning to the end of the service, all of the workers were beyond kind and respectful. And although it was absolutely clear how difficult this task was for them, they stayed true to their word and made our van look beautiful and look better than if it were new. A big thanks to everyone, especially the ones that painstakingly went through each part bit by bit. I highly recommend them and hope they consider taking another job like this again, despite how difficult it was; because I think they did absolutely fantastic. Not only that, but they were always patient when we called to check up on the vehicle and they were always willing to provide rides for us in case only one of us could pick up the vehicle! And regarding the service, they were always clear about what exactly they did when I spoke with them. A huge thanks again!! read more

We busted out our rear windshield. We got loads of quotes and Tip Top came in with the lowest quote by far. My first thought was "there must be something up if it's lower than everyone else." But I looked up reviews and they had nothing but great 5-stars. I worked with Jose who was extremely professional, friendly, and FAST! My wife and I were beyond impressed with the quality of care and service from Jose to the front desk! Do not look anywhere else. Choose Tip Top! read more

I've had 3 different vehicles that needed paint/body work and Jose and his family/team were absolute spectacular on jobs both big and small! My 15 yr old BMV paint was matched to perfection including the hood and panels. My recent collision needed bumper, body work and paint and the outcome is impeccable. Jose was completely transparent on his recommendation for the most affordable yet high quality repairs. My family and friends have also used Tip Top with the same level of satisfaction. I highly recommend Tip Top if you want a highly professional repair at a great value read more

Not just 5 stars... ALL THE STARS No words can describe my amazement and gratitude for everyone at Tip Top. It has truly been a blessing to discover this shop and have the pleasure of meeting Martin and Maria. I got in an accident on my way to work leaving my car with some costly damage. When I called the shop, Maria's sweet voice answered and the first thing she wanted to know was if I was okay. Same with Martin, as soon as I pulled into his driveway he walked right to me and kindly asked me if first of all, was I okay? They knew I wasn't going to be able to afford much repair to my car but still out of the kindness of their hearts they took the job and did everything they could to make it safe and drivable for me. I didn't give them much to work with as far as new parts go... my car needed a few, among them a new hood and core support. Because I couldn't afford those, Martin reshaped the hood and core support I had to make it work for me and the car looks great. Honestly I was prepared to drive around with a warped hood but Martin and his team did a great job and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this shop, these are honest and kind hearted people who not only deserve your business through their spirit but through their incredible workmanship as well. read more

My family has been taking our cars to Tip Top for 15 or so years. The quality is always superb, our cars look like new, and the owners and employees have become dear friends. I recently brought in my car after damaging the hood and grill. Not only did Jose and Maria greet me like family, they gave me an incredibly fair estimate, and my car looks as if nothing had happened. I agree with the review by D-Shawna, and can't say it any better, so I'll copy those words here - they are "all AWESOME, HONEST, FRIENDLY, TRUSTWORTHY, COMPASSIONATE, and EMPATHETIC folks." Their follow-through and professionalism is impeccable, and if I could give them ten stars, I would! Thank you, Tip Top; we are grateful as always!! read more

It was quite frustrating to see someone had side swiped my Mercedes SUV without the courtesy of leaving a note. The front fender had some bad scratches, and part of the bumper was left dangling. After getting repair costs from a few other body shops, I went to Tip Top for one more quote. As Maria the receptionist began inspecting my car, she called over Carlos. He immediately crawled under the bumper and in less than a minute reattached it perfectly in place! We all looked at each other and shared a good chuckle. I thought, "that's a nice start!" Jose the owner came over, explained some options to consider, then offered the best price. Besides that, I felt good vibes coming from everyone, including some of their other customers. It was obvious these guys have developed good relationships over the years. I had total confidence in them and decided to have them do it. And in case you're wondering...they did a superb job - just like new. Thanks to everyone at Tip Top, a very appropriate name. read more

Tip Top Auto Glass - Good to be back on the road thanks to Tip Top Auto-body and paint. - Auto Glass Services Near Me - Ventura, California

Took my car there to replace an exterior door panel. They did a fantastic job, looks brand new again. Maria in the front office is a gem, she is professional and very caring she even helped stop traffic so I could back out on a busy street. The turn around time was very reasonable and would've been faster, but with the rain they wanted to make sure my car had plenty of time to dry. Some places would've just pushed my car out to make room. I would definitely use them again, but hopefully I won't have to! read more

A rock hit my windshield while I was driving on the freeway and I got a small starburst crack. I called Safelite repair in Camarillo to see if they were open as it was Veterans Day, but only got an automated recording telling me to schedule an appointment on line. I was frustrated. I called Tip Top auto repair and they told me I could come that afternoon. Jose repaired my windshield in about 20 minutes. He was very professional and when he finished, he didn't even charge me. So nice. It's refreshing to find there are kind people out there, especially during these difficult times. read more

I have a G35 that had a passanger window broken. Brought it here... and Jose took really good care of me. The aftermarket window was not a direct fit. Jose and myself included, were not satisfied with the fit. He replaced the window with an OEM. Kept me well informed of the status of my new window. Called me immediately to set up an appointment to replace it and even picked my car up from my house and delivered it back. I have not seen such great service in awhile. Completely courteous and prompt... extremely professional. Will definitely be recommending this place to friends and family. Thank you Jose for such great service. read more

I am disappointed in what they wanted do to my Camaro. They wanted to make sure I had insurance and they are very big on insurance.(I just wanted to pay cash) Tip Top wanted to cut it up! While a skilled person could have just pulled it out. I went somewhere else and they just pulled the dents out no problem at all and allowed me to order the car door for TNS to put it on. (While tip top was trying to charge almost double for used car door) They wanted to cut my entire rear panel out and charge me more because they will get to charge the insurance company more. I would never go to them. I went to TnS. Scott was amazing and did not cut my car up !! He has amazing skill! Also removed all the dents from the entire car and waxed it. It was still less than what Tip top was trying to charge. read more
