I worked with Ben from Affordable Auto Glass in Ventura, CA to replace a windshield. He was very courteous and professional. He walked me through the process of how he repairs a windshield, and he showed me the materials he uses. He was also nice enough to tell me that I needed to take care of a very bad rust problem around the windshield before it was replaced. I did take care of the issue that day, and he came back the very next day (Saturday) to replace the windshield! Very wonderful service. All in all, it was $225 for a windshield replacement, and an additional $40 for him to come back on a Saturday. Not bad. He even called me on Sunday to remind me to take of the tape placed on the windshield. He's very friendly and helpful, and I would not recommend anyone else for this service. A great company!! read more

I called Affordable Auto Glass for a windshield replacement and when Ben arrived he was prompt and courteous when he arrived (ahead of schedule even, very helpful for my schedule) , he talked me through everything he did and showed me every step of the replacement and even corrected some problems left from my last windshield replacement. The job he did was amazing and I feel like my car looks brand new. I would and will recommend anyone who has the unfortunate luck to need a new windshield to use Affordable Auto Glass for a replacement or a chip repair (which he demonstrated a fill on my old windshield, and a quick and dirty demonstration was better than any I've ever had from Safelite and almost invisible). read more

Affordable Auto Glass is awesome! I had my car window smashed and my whole purse stolen so I was pretty stressed out. These guys came out to my house, charged me $125 (which after checking around was a VERY good price) and had a great attitude about his work. He was cheerful, took pride in what he was doing, and wanted to make sure the job was done right . He vacuumed my car out for me when he was done and even fixed my car speaker when he opened up the door panel for no additional charge. He ordered the window and got to my house the day after I called and once he got here it took less than an hour. Great guy and great work. I highly recommend Affordable Auto Glass. read more

Ben was great! I got a crack in my windshield last night and looked around first thing this morning for a local repair shop. As I did not want to experience Safelite and there horrible customer service reviews. Ben was fast, friendly, made arrangements to meet me within an hour of calling him. He was very knowledgeable and took his time and attention to detail on my crack. I am very happy I did not have to wait hours at a shop or days for an appointment. I will use this company again for any future window needs read more

Showed up on time. Did the work quickly and smoothly, all the while explaining what he was doing and what to expect when he finished. My windshield had a substantial rock chip. It's now over 80% gone, but most importantly it's sealed now and spread and require a new windshield. read more
