I booked an appointment 2 days ago for an auto glass repair and I did reschedule my appointment almost at the same time to get an afternoon appointment. Today 2-3 hrs before today's appointment, a person called Gilbert, who also scheduled my appointment, texted/called me to say that they are rescheduling to tomorrow due to a scratch on the auto glass that they wanted to install. I have a single car and I was supposed to go to Vegas for a prescheduled work in the evening. Now, I don't know what to day. Of course, I was very unhappy as I don't know what to do now to manage my trip for this weekend and next week. Gilbert was yelling at me and sending long messages to my phone and blaming on my reschedule as if it was my mistake. On top of that, the most sad part was that he was constantly yelling at me. I was trying to call his office to talk to a manager and no one responded to me so far. I would recommend folks to avoid this place for your auto glass repair. read more

10:06 Monday morning, my daughter calls me. The windshield on her car got cracked. I found Simi Auto Glass, I called them and by 10:11 am, I received a text from Gilbert. Gave him all the details of the car, By 10:11 I had a price, and the car wouldn't be home until 3 pm. Gilbert said technician would be there between 3-4. 2:50 technician is there with replacement windshield. My daughter arrived at 3:00 pm. By 4pm the windshield was replaced.
