I read a few reviews, but after seeing Classic Mobile's 5 Star reviews, I decided to contact them to repair a chip recently created by a rock hitting my windshield. Marty said he was available, so within 10 minutes was already at my house to make the repairs. Marty confirmed I did the right thing by calling so soon after the damage, and also parking inside to prevent the sun from making the chip/crack larger. He attached his magic crack repair device and thoroughly explained how it worked, assuring me that it would make the chip less visible and also prevent the expansion of any cracks, or he'd return and refund the money. Within 20 minutes or so it was done, and the chip was less visible. I appreciated Marty's friendliness, expertise, and good pricing! Picked up brand new Rivian R1S and on the way home i got a rock chip in the windshield. Definitely put a damper on delivery day! First time I ever had to get my windshield repaired so didn't exactly know what to expect. Ended up calling Marty after other places were too booked or weren't answering. (Spoiler alert, hindsight I'm glad they were.) From the get-go over the phone, he was warm and easy to talk to. Within 30 minutes, he came out to my residence, and on a Saturday afternoon no less. The repair was quick, probably only about 15-20 minutes or so. Throughout the repair he was very informative and helpful about the repair process, and what to do in the future.
