I called this shop 1 week ago, I was looking for a glass replace for an 2005 Toyota Prius rear, I was giving a price of $220 mobile. They wanted me to pay at front and they told me we can do it next day. I waited for 1 week they never call me back and then I call them back. They change the price to $250.00. Even tho the owner remembers me, he didn't care for the price he had already given me. It's so Sad to find "Business" who aren't willing to keep they word and every day they feel like they can just change the price according to how the day goes. I am glad I didn't do it because there is so many options in Oxnard where you can get it a windshield replace for a lot less and mobile and which is better a great customer service. Benny's shop is a great garage to take your vehicle for repairs. On my 2003 Ford Explorer they removed the windshield, resealed & replaced the windshield without breaking the glass, saving me the cost of a new windshield. Benny is the rudest "business" person out there. Very unprofessional with a horrible additude and only cares about money and definitely not customers. Made an appointment with him on Saturday for Monday and was given a price for the job. Showed up Monday, he wasn't even there so his receptionist called him to ask and he said he had no appointments! She asked what kind of car I had and then told him and he said oh yeah and then had her tell me a way more expensive price then what he stated originally. I stood my ground and she called him back and he wouldn't even get on the phone to speak with me. I ended up paying the ridiculous amount and dropping my car off even after he said it would be about 4 hours or so. I get a call 20 minutes later after I already got home and he refused to fix the window, made me come all the way back for my car and was a complete jerk. I'm earning everyone not to waste your time or money on this crooked business. I called around and found Quiroz auto glass a minute down the road and the owner Jose was one of the nicest most professional person I've ever met! He did it for half the price in about 45 min! Horrible service, Mr. Benny has incompetent individuals working for him. He wasn't even at the shop, the individual working for him had no clue what to do and had to call Benny several times. On top of that they charged my credit card twice and refused to refund me, instead Mr. Benny laughed at the situation. As far as my windshield, it wasn't put correctly. Had to have someone else fix and finish the horrible work that was done at Mr. Benny's shop. Would NOT recommend going to this shop. Im forced to pick a star, but this shop deserves no star. read more
