STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. Had two windshields replaced by HR Auto Glass on 2/7. One Dodge Ram and one Toyota Tacoma. Before hiring him I asked him the options because I wanted to make sure I was getting a windshield that was OEM quality. He said that he had a OEM windshield that would cost about $450 installed and assured me that it was the same quality as one from the dealership that was double the price. I woke up a few days ago to find a huge crack formed on the windshield of the dodge (pictures attached). I gave him a call to see if he was willing to fix it but it was a Friday and he was busy so he arranged to come by Monday (today). He came by and the first thing he said was that it hailed recently and because of that he will not fix the window. He also claimed that I had asked for the cheapest window. It did hail two weeks ago but it was very light and the window did not crack during the storm. I am now going to have to pay an additional $800 or more to have a reputable company replace the windshield that was installed less than two months ago. During removal of the old windshield he used a power tool that scratched the paint going around the entire windshield on both trucks (pictures attached). This can rust your entire roof if left untreated. I wanted to make sure it was done well so I fixed the paint myself before he installed the new window. He didn't have any change when I paid him so I tipped him even after he scratched the paint. Hopefully the Tacomas windshield holds up. If he offers to make things right I will update this review. read more

At first I scheduled for the next day between 12-3pm, but after speaking with my husband, we decided that today was better for us. I called Hilario back & he said he would be done with a current job on an hour & a half & would be at my house around 4. Hilario arrived around 4:30pm, I gave him my car keys & he immediately got to working on my car! It took him approximately an hour & he was done! That was it!
