I took my car into them and asked if they could fix a small dent on the front quarter panel near the front passenger door. They said they couldn't just pop it out. They would have to take the panel off. That it wasn't a simple job and they would need to do a re-paint. They quoted me $1900.00. The next day, I took it to Leon's auto body who said he could fix it right now for $50.00. I said ok, and he walked over to my car and pulled out the dent in 30 seconds. Now it looks like new. Like their was never a dent at all. Fix is a rip-off. They're obviously dishonest. They don't want to fix your car they'd rather work on you. If I have a problem in the future I will go to Leon's. This place is hit and miss, just as it was when it was 'Superior Collision Center'. If you have a fat insurance claim, they'll love to do all the work. But if you have a smaller problem, fat chance that they'll make the time or effort to be helpful. They're in it for the insurance money. read more

They were friendly, decent communication and did a great job with the repairs. I have no complaints about the fix itself. The only downside is that I asked for a quote to fix vey small dings on my car that were not from the accident and never received a quote. I also asked for information about window tinting and was only told they had an outage vendor that could do it. Finally, they would release my car until after my insurance paid for it. This has never happened to me before. They actually held onto my car after the repairs were done just so that they could get paid. I have had my car fixed a lot of places and never wean into this issue. With that said, they did contact the insurance company supervisor to speed up the process but it still took to long for my liking. read more

Here's their breakdown: 2 hr. teardown $130 Tow $95 Storage $1,050 Admin fee $250 They wouldn't release my car until I not insurance paid the $250 admin fee. I paid it reluctantly but they wouldn't tell me what the fee was for, what it covered, or why my full coverage didn't handle it. After getting lied to & sold some wolf tickets by the manager i called corporate to get to the bottom. FixAuto corporate never authorizes any charges to be incurred by a individual when insurance is involved. 2 weeks later I received my $250 back. Never any mention of wrongdoing nor apology for being shiesty. I know I'm not the first nor last to be burned by this location. Management deliberately lied to profit @ my expense. F*#! that. A solid 4 stars for a body shop...you don't see that every day. The wifey had to take her car in to get some minor body work done after running over a huge flat semi tire on the freeway a couple months ago. Since she did not have rental coverage on her policy the time frame of the repair was very important to her. Superior told her when she took her car in on Monday afternoon that it would be ready Friday. She ended up having to wait till Monday to pick it up, but that was only because Superior had to wait for another vendor to finish something on the car. She has had the car back for about a week now and has been very happy with her overall experience. Superior actually came in 100 bucks less and she ended up saving that $100 on her deductible, which came as a very pleasant surprise to her. The body work seems sound and it looks like they did an amazing job on everything...I have yet to find any problems. Not being from the area it was nice to have a good experience with a body shop that we had no prior experiences with. If they had the car back when they had originally promised this would have been a 5 star review...but even with that I would not have a problem taking any of my other cars to Superior. :0) read more

I chose this shop based off Yelp and it is a Progressive aphilliated shop so I kind of anticipated them cutting corners for insurance which wasn't the case at all. My insurance made a mistake by misquoting the estimate by including damage from another car that hit me, which Progressive was going to make me file and pay a separate deductible, so when the shop completed repairs on the whole vehicle, Progressive wanted me to pay the difference. The shop had contacted me and noted the miscommunication but was clear that they weren't going to charge me for the extra repairs because it wasn't my fault! I was very impressed with the work, professionalism and customer service provided by Superior Collision. Eric was a great employee and did everything he could to get my estimate as low as possible (which on a teacher's salary was very desirable). I took my car in to fix a pretty nasty dent I made when I was backing out of my garage. I had it estimated in Phoenix and Superior Collision's estimate was $200 cheaper! I took my car in on Dec. 29 and they did everything they could do have it done on the Dec. 31. They really understood that I had to have it done before I drove back to Arizona for work. I took my 2022 Honda Civic for an estimate from an accident I got in a few weeks ago. The person inspecting my car ended up telling me that it would take too long to get into contact with the dealership regarding parts since it was a new car. Basically boiled it down to it not being worth his time to find part numbers as contacting the dealership would take two hours if not longer for all the parts needed. I asked about being contacted later to give them time to get all the parts and information needed to fix my car and it basically said to find another shop. I would not recommend this place at all given the good reviews. I did not have a pleasant experience. Would leave 0 stars if possible. read more

I have a 2005 Toyota Prius and the catalytic converter has been stolen 2x. The first time I went to Fix Auto everything went smoothly. 5 stars. They contract the service thru Kenz muffler across the parking lot in order to use my Geico insurance. They explained what would happen and called me with updates/delays. The second time not so much. It took several days to even find out who was handling my service and when I finally did she let me know that the insurance estimate had been approved and would let me know if any delays, but should be finished in 2 days. That's what happened the first time. So I believed her. Then...No call. So on day 4 I call and she says "oh there's a delay in the parts from the dealer. It'll be next week at the earliest." That's a minimum of 5 days from now. I understand this is a problem with parts availability, but communicate that! Last time when I had no idea what doing it took a week and a half from filing clam to picking up my car. Now it looks like 3 weeks. Zero communication from the person handling my account unless I call. Then I called today she acted surprised that I was calling when my car wasn't ready 2 days later than she said it would be. Then instead of apologizing for not calling me she blamed it on the dealer. Not cool. read more
