Still finding little things here and their recently did a oil change myself and noticed the shop unplugged my fog lights tapped them up with painters tape and never plugged them back into the lights also missing screws and plastic tabs missing from fender liners that probably the employee broke when removing the bumper and fenders and didn't bother ordering new hardware for the parts also missing the bottom plastic mud guard that stops dirt and mud from entering the bottom that you usually haft to remove to do a oil change read more

They advise there is a lifetime guarantee for their repairs, however, they did not honor this for my repair. I brought my car in for an estimate to repair rust that was on the roof area where it meets the windshield. The appraiser advised they most likely could not do the repair as it would be involved and have to take the whole roof off and change the windshield. Then he told me in most cases when there is rust around the windshield like this it is due to a bad windshield replacement. Well, this Caliber location replaced the windshield 10 years ago when I had it in for a repairs from being in a collision. One they heard this, the warranty seemed to have gone away. Before they realized they repaired the windshield that was installed improperly, I heard a few times about their amazing lifetime warranty. I had to go through a few "decision makers" and never received the warranty. VERY DISAPPOINTED and won't be back. read more

This place is the BEST. Excellent work and on time. Wonderful group of people. Friendly, helpful and they laugh at my jokes. The first time I used them I brought the car in, dropped it off and they drove me back home. Actual serious collision damage to the right front end of the car. When the car was done, about 2 weeks later, they called and we arranged a convenient time for me. They picked me up and brought me to the shop to get my car. It was clean and ready to go. The second time I used them I needed to get some seriously deep scratches repaired and repainted. The dealer gave me the paint code. I had to order it. They didn't have it in stock. Turned out to be the wrong color. This shop blended their own, fixed the car flawlessly and returned the unused incorrect paint to me so I could return it to the company I got it from. They delivered the car back to my house. I didn't even have to go to the shop. AND they fixed it at no charge because I had had my car there previously. Even with having to blend the paint themselves. You can't get better the that. I can't imagine going anywhere else. You can trust them with anything and they go way out to help you and make it easy. I even went in personally 4-days after my first visit to ask what is the progress of my estimate. I was told the advisor will call or get back to me as she is just on lunch break Another 2 business days past and I called again, still no ready answer. Where to begin. I brought my Lexus RC 350 with a small scrape under the front bumper that wasn't too noticeable but it bothered me enough to get it fixed. I was told they could make it look "good as new". A day later I was told I needed to buy a brand new bumper since they said they couldn't repair the scrape; they could TRY to repair but it wouldn't look right. When I picked it up they had replaced the bumper, but still left a scraped part of the front tongue; the rep said it wasn't technically part of the bumper and never included in the original estimate so it was left unrepaired. When I got home I found the driver side running light was incorrectly re-installed and I will have to bring it back to have them remove the bumper AGAIN to reattach the light correctly. I ended up paying close to $1500 for what should've been a minor bumper repair that didn't end up looking "as good as new". I expected more from a body shop located in an auto mall and referred by the Lexus dealership so beware this location. Update: after bringing my car back I met with the GM who was very understanding and helpful. He agreed to fix the remaining damage, refund the difference of purchasing a new bumper and fix the bumper gaps in the reinstall. When I picked up my car later that day it looked as good as new; they definitely turned around my negative experience into a positive one. Thanks ! read more

Went in to get rear bumper work done on my '17 Toyota Camry. Front desk advisor was very helpful and got me setup in a very timely manner. Service advisor Rigo provided excellent customer service as well as competitive pricing! Technician Josh did amazing work and I don't notice a thing that even happened to it. It looks better than before if not even brand new. They even went over the little dings I had over the car with the excess paint and touched them all up. If I could rate this place any lower I would! Horrible experience! I took my Honda civic to get repaired here because I checked the reviews and they were all so good. I wish my experience was like that however it was nothing like that. First off, my husband got a call from Caliber Collision informing us our car was ready for pick up! They assured my husband that they would wash up the car and have it nice and ready by the time we would get there. We got there and the car was filthy! However that was the least of my worries, Unfortunately for the reason that, I left my car with a full tank and I came back to 0 miles! Literally I don't know how I made it to the nearest gas station but luckily I did! As my husband and I were leaving my husband calls me. Keep in mind my husband was driving behind me. He calls me to tell me my taillight was out. We took it back after we got gas so they could repair it, the manager takes it fixes it and brings It back. Doesn't have the decency to walk up to my husband to hand him the keys. He left the keys on the roof of my car and walked off as my husband was walking toward the car. Can you imagine how frustrating that can be! It was one thing after another at this place. I'm very disappointed with the service I received! I also want to mention I never leave any reviews at any business. This one definitely deserved it though! I took in my car for an estimate on Dec. 16, I have not heard one single thing on behalf of the estimator. I have called multiple times and got not a respond back, nor a courtesy call. I went back to caliber to get an update physically and told they were on lunch and they would call me by end of today. They never called. What a unprofessional team and completely wasted my time. They facilitated the third party payment for the damage to my bumper, got the part and got it painted and installed all within the promised time frame. My 2017 Honda CRV was slammed on the drivers rear side, doing body damage to the rear tire, left side and left rear tail light. Caliber did an excellent job, but when I drove away the new left "blind spot" indicator light failed to work. What would seem to be a minor fix turned out to be a weeks long ordeal for them to discover why it would not work in traffic. Note that this was beyond their initial estimate to my Insurance carrier and my rental car use agreement. After weeks the apparently novel problem was resolved completely Caliber paid for all this extra research and repair and provided me a rental car from Honda all at no cost to me. They kept me informed throughout the entire project and allowed me to see and understand their procedure. Despite the long time it took I was very pleased with the result on this problem and the other body work they did. And they absorbed the extra costs of car rental without complaint. read more

My car was completely vandalized, thankfully I had full coverage. For the most part I was not updated on anything about the car, Friday comes and they tell me my car is ready ,they didn't mention it's only an hour before closing and weekends are closed too. I hurry and get there only to find out I can't take my car unless I pay the $500 deductible straight to them, I wasn't prepared but I did have my credit card & was able to use that ... right when I thought I could leave the guy there tells me I have to pay another $350 for the tires! He said "yOur ThReAd waS thIS ThiCk aNd We DonNt bUy useD pArts so We chArGed YoU thE exTrA ThICkneSs" ... uhm so why does that only apply for the tires when everything else that got replaced was worn down like the windows ??! ... anyway they tried to fuck me over And the only reason I was able to leave without having to pay the $350 was because of the inconvenience they caused by not telling me I had to pay to begin with ...the work was okay, my tinted windows were bubbly but I rather not go back at all ... they later called and said it was a mistake, very unprofessional read more
