    Took my honda accord to get fixed excellent service got my car early then expected great customer service LEE KEISTER took great care of my car thanks u guys I had bad experience with other shops definitely will come back if i ever need my car to get fixed 5 service..

    This is the second time/vehicle I've had repaired at Prestige Bodyworks. The first time was the result of my utter frustration with "C.C." (I'm sure you can guess the name), along with more than one verbal recommendation to Prestige. The second time however, there was NO DOUBT where my car was going. Even with the shop being more than 100-miles from my home. They are also a USAA preferred vender so the paperwork was non-existent and the hassle factor was ZERO. Not to mention the limited lifetime warranty. My first car was a SAAB 9-3 Aero (V6), a nearly impossible car to find OEM parts for these days. However not for Prestige it appeared. They not only returned my car in BETTER than pre-accident condition, but ahead of schedule. My current car, a Genesis G80, is an extremely computer and sensor heavy vehicle. So I was curious to see how they would handle the technology aspect. Even though the damage in the photos may not LOOK that extensive, multiple radar sensors along with autonomous driving sensors were destroyed. Not to mention a rather expensive carbon fiber bracket. So when USAA estimated the project would take three weeks (21-days) for Parts, Paint and Programming, I didn't blink an eye. However a Prestige timeline and a USAA timeline are do you different animals. Accident: September 17th. Dropped Off: September 18th. Ready for Pickup: September 30th. ONLY TWELVE DAYS!! So, just in case you couldn't guess... This is the only place I will bring ANY Car. It's my forever shop.

    State Farm directed me to Prestige Bodyworks when my '23 Bolt sustained some minor damage. Due to parts availability there was a 3 month wait before parts were available. Prestige turned the repair including Paint around in 24 hours. 3 Months of frustration with GM parts shortage I highly recommend Prestige. Paint matches perfect overall a 5 Star experience.

    I never want to have an accident but if I do, I take my car to Prestige Bodyworks. I can rely on Darryl and/or Lee to make the necessary repairs to make our car better than new. They are a preferred shop by USAA for good reason and well known in the military community. Their knowledge and attention to detail is impressive. Their work is always professional. My last visit, we noticed a broken cover on a storage bin between the seats. The cover was old and could've cracked with age. They didn't question it, they fixed it. They will make your car look great. Attached photo is the before picture.

    I have Subaru crosstek, and recently got work done on head lights, and some body work. Walking into the shop was a great experience l especially with customer service by Annette at front desk, and Mr.Lee who took the time out of his for me and help me out with no appointment and took care of my car. Definitely recommend Matt, he so honest and amazing. Thank you so much for be there for me when my husband deploy.

    I took my 2015 Subaru to get a roof leak fixed. The dealership told me it would cost $3,000. These guys did the job, out the door, for $324. They tested the seals and ensured it the seals worked even under a pressure washer. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful, and I could not recommend this shop more. They called me with the diagnosis the next day and had the work done faster than I could've asked for. They tested the seals multiple times and really just did an overall amazing job for a great price. And I go to pick up my car and what a pleasant surprise- they removed the water stains, cleaned and vacuumed my interior, washed the exterior and even cleaned and shined my tires. These guys are the best!! Ps. Don't buy a car from Kirby Subaru.

    It is my first time to have to go to a body shop in a while. But I have to say this one is the best out of the three that I have been to. They are approachable and seem to put their customers first and assures you they will get the work done that you want. I had a minor rear bumper fixed as well as some minor paint job and scratches near the tires. They said it would take 3-5 days and I am very happy that it took only 3 days of not having a car! They did a really good job! Matched the paint exact, fixed everything and my car is like new again. I rate 4 1/2 stars because there are always room for improvement! I kind of wish I can see where they are taking my car behind, but I didn't check if you can actually drive to see it though.I wanted to see their working area. This shop was recommended through my insurance customers and I had my dad check it out. He seems to really like the shop and puts full trust so of course that is another plus. Their office is clean where they welcome customers so I was impressed of that.

I received a voice message from Kim at the front desk on Friday, April 3 stating that they were starting the tear down of the vehicle that day. Then on Monday, April 6 I received another voicemail from Kim stating that they were starting the teardown of the vehicle on Monday so I was a little confused because she told me they were starting on Friday so I called her back and told her I was very disappointed that they stored my car in their garage for the entire week and didn't start working on it all while I had to use a uber every day back and forth to work and spent money out of my pocket while they let my vehicle sit in the garage and never touched it for an entire week. Still don't understand why the parts were not ordered the week that they stored my vehicle. If I knew they weren't going to touch my vehicle until the following week, I could've dropped it off that Friday or the following morning when they started the tear down so I could use for work that week. Instead, I've had to pay for Ubers back-and-forth to work while they kept pushing my dates back. I ended up spending over $700 in Uber payments to get back-and-forth to work while they stored my car for an entire week. I didn't touch it. I decided to eat Ubers because the cheapest Rent-A-Car I could find was $55 per day. The gas prices are cheap so I would've spent more money on a Rent-A-Car. I got a call from Sal stating that they were waiting on parts for the repairs as soon as they get the parts they would work on it as fast as they could. I proceeded to let him know that my birthday was Friday, April 10 and I would like to have my vehicle back. I let them know that if it wasn't ready by Wednesday, they would have to keep it in the garage for seven days because I'm leaving for vacation. I spoke to him on Thursday, April 9 and he told me that it looks like I probably wouldn't get my vehicle back for my birthday because they ordered parts and they hadn't come in yet. Then he proceeds to tell me possibly Monday the 13th the earliest or the latest Tuesday morning on the 14th. I ended up getting my vehicle that Tuesday evening. Why this is so disappointing is because I have experience working as a delivery driver for Worldpac. Worldpac is a distributor of auto parts. We have a local warehouse here in Oxnard, California and anytime auto parts store calls to order parts. We delivered within two hours yet. I kept being told that they were ordering parts and they're taking days and weeks to get them in, which doesn't make sense to me. After I picked up my vehicle, I noticed on the way home that my passenger side mirror wasn't folding when I triggered the alarm and it wasn't working. So I called in and let them know that I would need to bring it back in the following week because I was going on vacation. When I got back on vacation, I took it in at 8:15 AM or Tuesday, April 21 waited about an hour for the repairs. Sal came back out to show me both mirrors. He stated that Tesla sent them the wrong mirror the first time and they didn't have several wires, but the new mirror they sent was correct. And finally, the mirror worked properly. I would have to say that customer service wise they're pretty good and the repairs on the body was done correctly, but I'm disappointed of the time they held my car given the minor damage and for having to bring it back in a second time to fix the mirror. I will never use this place again. This sucks because I could've got the service done at Tesla, but their service was scheduled two weeks out and that's why I chose this body shop because I thought I could get my vehicle a lot sooner and it ended up being 3 1/2 weeks. Should've just went to Tesla and no matter the wait in the future I will always use Tesla service only moving forward.

He was so excited, the first place we went where we used the truck to transport some new plants for our garden was Lowe's. While in the parking lot a younger woman decided to try pushing a shopping cart into my husband's new truck when trying to squish it between our truck and her car. Instead of scraping her car she pushed it up against our truck. She put a 4 inch scratch right into the paint on the driver's side while we were sitting inside the truck. My husband was so upset. He confronted her (talking to her from inside the truck) but she gaslit him and left. After she left we got out and saw the scratch. And she kept insisting she did not scratch the truck. I was upset that he didn't get her info or her plates. I thought I'd end up paying the $500 deductible to fix a scratch made by a rude woman. But that wasn't the case. We decided to find out what the damage would cost us. Our insurance company referred us to a top rated place: Caliber Collision. We saw the ratings and thought: Oh Wow! My husband took his truck over to Caliber Collision and they saw the damage and instead of charging us to fix it they quickly buffed it out at no cost! No cost?! Whatttt? You nearly never get that kind of service these days! They made our day! Took the heartache out that I felt and that I know my husband felt too. Just knowing there are places out there that will do such nice deeds made us both feel so lucky! We won the lottery going to Caliber Collision! Wonderful job too! Talk about AMAZING customer service! Sounds like a way to get more money from the insurance company to me. When he picks the car up I'm going to ask to see the parts that were discarded ... because it sounds so shady.     This review is long overdue. I had a very bad experience with Hub Auto. Took my car in to have…read moredamage repaired from someone hitting my car. The insurance person and Hub auto looked at the car while I was not present. Unfortunately, neither person shut the hood of the car correctly, and neglected to ensure that the hood was properly latched. I was given the car back prior to getting the side door taken care of and drove around the corner on Rose Ave and the hood flew open and smashed my entire windshield. I was going about 40 mph and on a bit of a curve, and to say it was traumatic was an understatement. I was unable to see and had to try to get the car to the side of the road peeking under a 2-inch opening at the bottom of the windshield. I could not see traffic; I have no idea how I made it to the side of the road. I had just been hit on the left side of my car by a lady who decided she didn't want to wait at the red light as I was going through the green light, and I was so fragile emotionally and physically from injury. The owner of Hub was throwing the insurance guy under the bus and vice versa, no one wanted to take responsibility. It was such a train wreck, I ended up going to the police department and getting the information they needed in my traumatized state, not to mention I was barely able to walk as my leg was injured when the person hit me. I had to fight to get a rental car, and all Hub guy was worried about was his having to pay for the car. I never got a "sorry" "we will take care of you", nothing, just complaining about the rental car. He forgot that I no longer had a vehicle to drive, as the hood was smashed into the windshield. Somehow, he gamed the system and was so proud to tell me how the insurance paid for the rental car. Really? That's all your worried about? How about the person whose life you just about killed? I do not recommend this company to anyone. Do not go to them. They are not trustworthy; they don't care about the customer. Horrible people, horrible company. Shame on you.
