I'm 100% satisfied with the work completed on our 2016 Toyota Camry. I appreciate the fine customer service from Gary and Felicia. Hopefully, I won't need my vehicle repaired in the future but, if I do, I'll take it to Fix Auto North. Thanks again, John Howard Oxnard read more

Fix Auto Oxnard North is the BEST! After a car accident, my insurance company repeatedly delayed the process of determining my Subaru to be a total loss. Phylicia at Fix Auto Oxnard North went to bat for me. Phylicia fought for me and my family to get an accurate quote of the car damages and helped speed up the process of getting a final decision from my insurance company. I recommend Fix Auto USA in North Oxnard to all my friends and family. They are professional, knowledgeable, and have excellent customer service. They will take great care of you and your car. Thank you Phylicia and Greg! read more

While I didn't directly deal with Gary or Fix? Toyota of Oxnard sent my vehicle there to deal with Toyotas "Superwhite" paint issues. Outstanding work...my father was a paint and body man for most of his life and gave me a love and appreciation for good work. Aside from paint matching a decade old paint job? the clean up, reassembly and delivering the car looking like nothing is out of place in an extremely fair amount of time pleases me to no end. Fantastic work and would absolutely recommend. read more

After getting quotes from seven different body shops in the area to repair my Lexus ES350, this shop stood out by offering not only the most competitive price but also the most professional service. From start to finish, Manager Phylicia was fantastic--she kept me updated every step of the way and let me know exactly when my car would be ready. When I picked it up, I was truly impressed. The repairs were flawless--my Lexus looked exactly like it did the day I drove it off the dealership lot seven years ago! To top it off, the car was spotless inside and out. The attention to detail was incredible. If they offered a car wash service, I'd be a regular customer without a doubt. Highly recommended for anyone looking for honest pricing, top-tier workmanship, and exceptional customer care. read more

I brought my Lexus RX 350 to Fix Auto Oxnard North for a damaged door repair. The owner Gary provided excellent explanation of the repair process and even gave me a tour Of that facility. Brought my BMW X5 here after some damage was done to the front bumper and side panel, and I am so glad I did. The representative for my case, Carlos, did a great job keeping me updated and informed on my vehicle's progress, when parts were received, and when it was ready for pick-up. Fix Auto even took my vehicle to a local BMW dealer to have some electrical components repaired. My vehicle now looks brand new, and I am so pleased with the repairs and customer service that I received. My hope is that I do not need to return; but if I do, I'm taking my vehicle to Fix Auto. read more

I went to Fix Auto on Lambert after being rear ended on the 101. My car had extensive damage. My daughter recommended Fix Auto & definitely worth it. Wasn't an easy process due to the pandemic causing shipping delays and not easy to get parts. Not in anyones control. Just a circumstance of everything that's going on. I experienced personalized service & they did a nice job on my car. Thank you to Gary & Anabel and the rest of the team!! read more

I was referred to Fix Auto by a lifelong automotive repair friend. I actually used to write small auto body estimates when I was a service consultant for a local dealership and feel I have a pretty good eye for good and bad bodywork and paint. I took our 2019 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk in for a damaged door and spoke with Gary Bisgrove the owner. Fully impressed not only with his laid back style but more impressed that they actually did the work in what I would call a "correct" manner. No shortcuts and no surprises. Received the vehicle back and there is zero evidence of repairs! You could not tell that there were any repairs ever needing to be performed. And as an added benefit, they handled everything with my insurance company. Well done Gary and Fix Auto North. Thank you. read more

I cannot say enough great things about this auto shop. Amazing, 10 stars +! The owner of the shop, Gary, truly cares about quality, customer service, and making sure that the whole process from start to finish is nothing less than top notch! Staff is courteous, caring and very professional. Love this place. Would not go anywhere else after having my car repair from an accident completed here. Anytime we ever need a repair, body or paint work done in the future this will be our go to place! read more

This is what you want in an auto body shop: yes, they bill insurance directly; yes, they use genuine auto parts rather than cheap knockoffs; yes, they tell the truth about when to expect my car repair completed, yes, I can trust these folks! read more

My Mercedes needed major repair after an accident and it was brought here... i will say they treated my car like it was the only car in the shop... The place is nice and airy, staff are very friendly, but Gary the owner, goes over and beyond customer service, from showing all damages, explanation of it all to the loaning of one his vehicles... and my car now looks brand new again, you would never know it was in a accident.... read more

I have been going to this shop for years, and the service is always TOP NOTCH. I was recently rear-ended and took my car to a few shops for an estimate (since the person who hit me wanted to pay cash). No other shop was as thorough as Fix-Auto. Due to the cost and need of a rental, I decided to go through the insurance policy. Fix-Auto made it a breeze by having Enterprise already at their shop with my rental. I was there no more than 5 minutes and couldn't believe it. Not only that, but the person at the counter, Annabel, stayed past her shift to give me time to pick up my car after work once it was done. They are so accommodating for us folks with busy schedules, and go above and beyond for their customers. The work they did is also impeccable. My baby looks good as new! Thank you for making this such a pleasant experience! read more

Gary was unbelievable. Took my car in today for back panel that was dented in. Took another collision shop and they wanted over $600 to fix. Took my car to Fix Auto north Oxnard and Gary popped out and fixed my back panel for free. He worked on it, down on the ground, underneath, for about twenty minutes and manually fixed it himself. I tried paying him fifty bucks for his effort and he would not let me. My car is fixed and he just saved me over $600. You don't find people like this anymore in the business world. Great guy and beyond service!! I'm trying to get the word out that they are the best. Thank you again, Gary!!! read more

brought my car here to repair some bumper scratches/small dent- (thanks to city parking). Carlos and Gary were so very helpful!! they were honest in what the cost would be if I had gone through my insurance. In the end, they offered (for such minor scratches/small dent) to buff out and touch up my bumper for nothing.... it was like 80% better! still had the small dent but it wasn't big enough of damage to go through insurance deductible to get it fixed! They were quick too. I greatly appreciated their honesty that to spend $$$ on something so minor that could re-happen, wouldn't be worth it . definitely recommend it to anyone with any type of auto body work to come here! read more

Fix auto is simply group of individuals who are dishonest and ignorant. Assume power and proprietorship over one's person and property as if that is a business as usual. And unless one fights that would be the case. I brought in my Volvo S80 after a fender bender for an estimate of costs for the insurance co. Fix auto established the car is a total loss and refused to turned it over back to me. They simply assumed the possession of the car without even as mach as calling and informing me about it. $40,000.00 car became a salvage over a fender bender. And became the property of Fix Auto. Took 3 days for me to get it back and in worse condition then I brought it in with. read more

I just had my front bumper and fog lights replaced here. The receptionist is very nice and welcoming, Gary provided me a great estimate and my car was in and out in a day and a half. My car looks brand new again, and the color match is spot on! I will use this as my body shop for any future mishaps my car may encounter. read more

I foolishly backed my white car into a brown wall, causing the bumper to pop off on one side and be covered with brown paint. When I went in for an estimate, Superior Collision fixed my car for free! Now that's great service from a friendly, neighborhood business. I would definitely return if necessary. Highly recommended. Thank you, Superior Collision! read more

Service provided by Carlos and his staff was excellent. I just dropped off the vehicle, and Carlos took care of everything including the rental car. I would highly recommend this shop for excellent work and worry free service. read more

Superior Collision is a great body shop. Everyone is friendly and pleasant. The office is comfortable and clean and the shop is bright and well ventilated and looked super clean. Carlos, in the front office, is personable and knowledgeable. The work done on my Honda Civic is perfect-and guaranteed. The arrangement Superior Collision has with Enterprise Rental is very convenient and makes everything very easy. The rental was arranged for me, and when I dropped off the car for repair, Enterprise came to the shop to pick me up to go get a rental. The work was done extremely fast. I recommend Superior Collision. My insurance company suggested I use this shop but I recommend Superior Collision to anyone needing body work. read more
