I thought it would be a major hassle to get some scratches and dents repaired in my own driveway, but car looks as good as new!

First I have to say that I contacted every top-rated dent repair business on Yelp to compare quotes, and took my car to a couple of respected local businesses that specialize in paintless repair. Express Dent & Paint was THE ONLY business that had the confidence to try and repair my car. The dent was in a very difficult spot along the edge of the fender, right on a crease. They were totally honest and transparent from the start that they couldn't guarantee a 100% repair (that would require regular body work/respray). But they were confident they could get it at least 70% repaired. Chris arrived and was very polite and professional. He got to work but after a while it was proving to be more challenging than expected due to the thickness of the steel and the location on my fender. It was looking better but not up to the 70% he had hoped, so he said he would only charge me 50% of the quote for his time coming out if that was the best he could do. But he didn't give up, and with more glue pulling he made it look tons better! Now the dent is barely noticeable, and you'd have to really look for it to find it. In my opinion it was $300 well spent, and the remaining imperfection is not worth spending $1200 at a body shop on a 23-year-old car. Wish I could give 10 stars! Outstanding service! I borrowed a truck for some weekend moving, and noticed a small but deep scratch in the paint down to metal :( I knew I had to get this taken care of before returning the truck, and act like it never happened ! I called Nancy on Saturday afternoon, and she let me know they were booked Sunday and Monday but could help in the week. I was a little pressed for time but obliged. An hour or so later, Nancy texted to let me know they'd fit me in Monday morning! I couldn't believe it! I sent a few photos and got a reasonable quote back! Dents are a pain, but when they start adding up, it become an eye sore. I do everything in my power to keep my car clean, park far away, but unfortunately, someone decided to put a nasty dent in the driver's door. So I finally made the move and contacted Chris and his wife to get it fixed. Beforehand, I've called around the county and all of them said they don't do PDR work. So I guess Chris is the only PDR (Paintless Dent Repair) in town, plus, he's mobile so it's super convenient! I initially got a quote via text message with providing them pictures (clear ones!) of the dented areas. The price they quoted me to fix the dents was super affordable! There were four dents in total, one on the door, and three on the passenger side fender. Chris was able to fix them all in a short amount time. After the work was done, it looked as if it was never there! Now the areas look like glass! I can't express how grateful I am to Chris and his wife for working with me and getting the dents removed! I felt bad because I had to push the appointment back a couple of months due to my work schedule, but they were able to make it happen. After my daughter dinged the right rear quarter panel of my car causing minor but noticeable dents and paint damage, I decided to get that and all the other minor dents and paint damage around my car repaired (which have always bothered me but not enough to get it fixed until now). FYI, the main reason it took me so long to pull the trigger and make these repairs is because I was originally under the impression that you had to repaint the entire car to get it all to match and didn't realize until I was finally inspired to inquire, that auto body shops can spot treat any area of the car and make the paint match the current fade of the rest of the car. Anyway... With the above said, I looked up the highest rated auto body shops in Ventura County and went to get estimates at six of them, including one place in West LA (since I happened to be there for another matter). Long story short, all the owners/managers I spoke with were personable & professional and all claimed to use the best paints and clear coating. They also all guaranteed their work. So, what it came down to for me was how thoroughly they were going to make the repairs (there are different levels to how they can repair/repaint your car) and the price each would charge to make these repairs. Well... Out of the six shops I checked out and got an estimate from, Express Dent & Paint gave me the best price by far coupled with making these repairs at the most thorough level possible. I mentioned the latter part because there was one other company who nearly matched the price of Express Dent & Paint but were going to brush paint (the lowest level paint job) two areas to lower the price and be competitive with ED&P. The other four companies were going to charge me $600 to $1100 more for the same repairs. So... After spending the day evaluating six highly YELP-rated auto body shops, I decided to go with Express Dent & Paint. I communicated with Chris (the owner) and his wife Nancy (through phone chats and texts) and they were both very friendly...and prompt & professional. I scheduled my appointment for today (10/10/2025) and Chris arrived right at 9:00 am sharp as scheduled. We spoke for a bit to verify the damaged areas that I wanted repaired and to solidify how he would make those repairs. Immediately thereafter, he got to work. Before I proceed, it behooves me to mention that Chris' company is a mobile auto body shop on wheels and he comes to your home (or place of work). He does all the repairs in your driveway AND he finishes the job on the same day. Talk about convenience! Continuing on...He set up a tent to isolate and cover my car then got to work. From the time he arrived to the time he finished, it took him four hours and 55 minutes to complete the job. He cleaned up nicely, leaving my driveway clean with no evidence that any kind of auto body work was done on it. After I paid him the very fair price he charged me, we spoke for a while and had a nice conversation. I found him to be a genuinely good guy. So, how did my car come out? Well, the repairs he made came out great! He did an absolutely fantastic job! It's like my 8-year old car is new again! I'm proud of my car...again! Chris is awesome and from this point on, he's definitely my first choice, go-to guy when it comes to auto body repairs that he can handle. Chris is a master craftsman! He spent a few hours with my end-of-lease Fiat 500e at my house last Sunday and magically turned the clock back to 2017. It looks brand spankin' new! I was worried about the dents, dings, scratches and road rash that have accumulated over the past three years. Since I am NOT renewing another lease with Fiat-Chrysler it was certain they would not be so forgiving about the car's condition upon its return. As part of utility installation in the street in front of our driveway, metal plates were installed at a location that made striking the plates unavoidable when exiting the driveway. As a result, the lower front airfoil, was stricken on multiple occasions, resulting in a couple of small cracks and scratches at multiple location. After obtaining bids from local body shops, who offered bids and multi-day repair estimates, I contracted Express Dent & Paint, who within a day, came to the home, repaired the damage, touched up the paint and make the front end of the car look like new. All of this work was done beautifully, and about half the cost and less than a day after I requested the work be performed. I cannot speak highly enough of the service and work quality. Honestly, this has been such a horrible experience, but also eye opening. I'm not even sure where to start: I contacted Chris on December 16th via Yelp about a broken passenger side mirror for my BMW. He took my car info + VIN to look up the parts he needed to replace my broken mirror. After 2 months of horrible communication: Not calling or texting back when he said he would, going weeks at a time without updates, not showing up to appointments he himself set, the list goes on and on. I assumed that him being a "car mechanic" that he knew to order the correct part - unfortunately he did not. Not only did this part not look the same as my other mirror, but it was also inoperable and the pins/wiring were completely wrong and ended up causing all of the electrical functions on my drivers side door to shit out. He charged me $500 for this janky knockoff mirror btw. When I asked what happened he claimed he had no idea and "did your controls work earlier?" YES! I tried not to be upset, I kindly told him that I did not roll down my windows that morning as it was 43 degrees at 7:45am when I left my home, but they rolled down every other day before he decided to install a broken and non-compatible part. He finally agreed he'd try to figure out what happened. I came back about 45min later and he claimed he checked my fuses and it was a blown fuse, tried again to defer responsibility, and then told me "I could maybe possibly come back tomorrow to change your fuse." Great, after 2 months he finally shows up to do a 30minute job and although it took him almost 2 hours, my car is somehow in worse shape than when I called him. His ignorance and negligence caused several more hundreds of dollars of work to have to be done on my car simply to fix what he broke - which was the master switch in the driver's side door due to his faulty part + shit wiring job. Which btw an actual licensed mechanic in Westlake Village figured out in under an hour. This new mechanic who is knowledgeable and competent ordered the correct parts and had them delivered the next day. He also fixed everything Chris managed to screw up + got me an actual BMW mirror that works and looks the same ... All in under 2 hours and somehow for less money. Remember that ~$500 Chris said that janky off-brand mirror cost? I got a genuine OEM BMW mirror - with the correct pins, glass, operable motor, fabulous paint job - for $420. If you're looking for an actual mechanic or electrical work - especially on an expensive or European car - DO NOT trust this man with your vehicle under any circumstances. I will never be using this company again, not even for something as simple as a dent repair because he's clearly not capable or trustworthy. If you didn't know how to work on a foreign or European car, you simply should say that up front and save everyone the time, money, and grief. About a year ago, I brought my 2014 Range Rover Sport Supercharged down to Chris to have a number of things done to prep it for a ceramic coating: a thorough re-conditioning of the paint from top to bottom, removal of the ten-year-old clear bra films, paintless dent and scratch repairs on almost a dozen blemishes around the vehicle, and the ceramic coating itself. Mind you the vehicle has ~ 130,000 miles on it and is almost ten years old. Chris' initial work was simply outstanding ... I was gob smacked when I came back a few days later in observing the results. It looked better than when it came out of the Land Rover dealership's showroom. A few weeks ago, I brought it back to Chris for its annual maintenance to maintain the ceramic coating's lifetime warranty. AGAIN, he meticulously cleaned the car, applied a new clear coat from the manufacturer, and hit it with infrared light to set the coating. First of all, the paint has not degraded whatsoever from a year ago. All repairs are still invisible. Shine and texture of the paint is simply amazing. Between Chris' handiwork, and the ceramic product itself, I can say I am absolutely a delighted customer. I was super happy and was also thrilled to know that Express Dent & Paint can also repair curb rash on wheels. Chris did an amazing job fixing a dent in the driver side door of my 5th gen 4runner. I had a small, quarter-sized dent with a crack/seam in the paint. They were helpful enough to give me two different quotes, one for a full repaint of the door that would guarantee fixing the paint crack and one for a basic dent repair with small paint treatments, but no guarantee on the crack. I opted for the cheaper route. I'm pleased to say Chris is a magician!!! I'm not sure how he did it, but he got both the dent and crack out like nothing ever happened. I couldn't be more pleased! Between the convenience of them coming to your house, ease of setting up the appointment, and communication about arrival time, the whole experience was great. My only criticism would be the fact that Chris was not wearing a mask when he arrived and when he worked on my vehicle, although I was wearing one. I contacted multiple body shops after my parked car was dented and I didn't want to go through my insurance, so price definitely mattered. This car is only a year old, a 2019 Toyota Highlander so I was super bummed that this happened. I got a great offer from Chris, the price way lower than other places plus they had excellent reviews so I decided to give them a try. Turns out it was the best decision ever. Wow what a great job by Chris! I couldn't be happier! As you can see it on the pictures the dent was huge and I honestly wasn't sure if it was even fixable but he worked super hard to get it done. It must be some kind of magic because the paint color is an exact match and you can't see that there ever was a dent or even a scratch.
