I am fairly confident John is the only one who can help you out on a Sunday. Late Saturday I learned that my brand new car (435 miles) had a dent in the door frame and I wanted to get it fixed before the end of the weekend. I looked on Yelp and through the website learned I could text the business. I texted two images of the ding but did not receive a response. As I stated above it was late so this is not something that bothered me, I'm including it for sake of complete summary of the experience. Sunday morning I looked at the hours and called the business a little after 10 am. John informed me he would need to look at the ding due to its location and was up front that he might or may not be able to fix it. He let me know he was working at his home and I could bring the car there. When I arrived at his home I parked outside the driveway and he came out to greet me with a handshake. He inspected the dent and quoted me a price that was higher than I had hoped but not by enough that I would want to leave. He told me it would take about and hour and I could wait in the nearby park. I was thinking since it was mobile dent repair place that he would schedule an appointment with me later in the week but he agreed to do it now. It was actually really nice to just sit in the park and enjoy the weather as he worked on my car. About 45 minutes later he showed me the car and I could see no sign of the dent. I was so relieved because I was really frustrated with myself that I didn't notice it at the dealership and I wanted the dent gone. If you have a dent on your car and you need it removed, then John at Dentworks is a solid option to consider. The price isn't cheap but the quality of work is there and he is professional. I had a small ding on the inside part of the door handle from it swinging into a gas pump at the gas station. I honestly thought it wasn't repairable l since it was an awkward location. I thought I would be spending $300 + if it was fixable. John came down the next day after contacting him, took a look at it and my luck, due to the damage going all the way into the interior of the car he wasnt going to be able to fully fix the dent since there was no space to go in and push it out. BUT he still made the attempt to push as much of the dent out as he could FREE OF CHARGE since he couldn't do it fully. After he was done, to me.. it looked like it was fully pushed out! I have a new 2020 Honda Accord and a lady hit it with her shopping cart which made 2 small dings on the crease over the wheel well. I had multiple paintless dent removal companies tell me due to the location of the dings they could not fix it, and if they tried the paint would probably crack, so I would have to go to a body shop for the repairs.
