I am a new Tesla owner. I am also a "victim" of the dreaded TCRS (Telsa Curb Rash Syndrome). I have been driving since I was 16 (sometime in the last century, yes I am THAT old) and never had experienced curb rash, that is, until I got my Tesla. Within the first month of ownership I kissed the curb in two separate occasions--both times the right rear wheel. One time was bad, but twice? OUCH! So I looked around for a wheel repair company and after looking at several options I chose SoCal Car Care. I sent Brian a text with pictures of the damage and a request for a price estimate. Within a few minutes he got back to me with a figure. His price was fair and so I made an appointment. On the day of the appointment Brian showed up, he was even early, and went to work on my wheel. In an hour's time Brian had my sad wheel looking happy again. As everyone else has noted Brian did a great job. He was quick, efficient, made the wheel look better than new and even laughed at my lame jokes about the Beach Boys (I am sure that he has heard them all too). In this day and age when customer service is promised by various vendors but rarely delivered, this company (Brian Wilson) is the absolute definitive provider of real customer service. Brian set a time when he would arrive after we texted with each other about price and availability, and he arrived exactly at that time. His responses via text were also prompt. He gave me a one hour time frame to complete the work and that was exactly how much time he spent. He fixed some curb strike damage to a rim on my 911 (I am very picky about that car) and I could not be able to tell you where the original damage was after he was done. He was able to fix the damage with the rim and tire on the car. In keeping with the loose interpretation of what customer service means today I fully expected to be disappointed to some degree with the finished work, but when I saw the rim, I could not believe how perfect it looked! I could not find any flaws that would have revealed where the original damage had been. Amazing! Brian was very cordial, patient and he actually did the work in my garage that he left clean afterwards. This guy is a find!
