The guys are nice but I really needed this done correctly. They had my car for almost a month, the incorrect radiator fluid was added into the radiator causing 1,500. in damage to the car and it's now with the dealership getting fixed. Unfortunately I didn't investigate prior to taking the car to the shop as it's not BBB accredited. I wish I would have went elsewhere as now I'm out almost 3,000. by their mistakes. read more

I Brought my truck to this shop for some body work and my truck had to be towed out , I drove the truck before it went in for a roof repair ONLY. Christian has cost me $1500.00 for Electrical repairs so far and towing charge to get the truck off the property , The truck can not get smog due to other problems with electrical that will not allow the battery to stay charged, I cannot get the truck registered anymore . I had bought the truck from the dealer and had NO PROBLEMS WITH THE TRUCK , He called me and said your truck is done , I went 4 times back and finding parts missing and still door seals off both doors and water floods the cab when it rains , so I went to pick the truck up and Christian said bring a tow truck . He also added $451.62 to the invoice and said had to pay in full before the truck leave the shop. He has destroyed this truck !!!!!!! read more

I don't even know where to begin explaining how amazing Chris and Christian were to us, and we didn't even actually have any work done here! I found Next Auto Body by chance. Was in a bad car collision at around 6:30pm. Next Auto Body was the ONLY local body shop STILL WORKING past 5:00pm. Chris was the one that was still there, and walked me through the next few steps on how to get my badly damaged (and un-drivable) vehicle back on the road. It was a situation that I've never had to deal with. Insurance wanted to write it off as a "Total Loss" and I was a fish out of water in this arena. This was for a motorcycle paint job, not a car so we won't say they are not that good at painting and customer service for cars, but they are not the place to go for motorcycles. We have body work painted all the time for show bikes, track bikes, personal bikes. Worked with many local painters. We called and got a competitive price in line with all our other painters but they claimed they could have it done two weeks earlier, so we went with them after getting a recommendation from a racer who had his body work painted there. We had them paint all the plastics to a stock bike black. They were three days late on their deadline, but then when I showed up to pick them up they were still not ready, cleaned or polished. And the guys could not find them till the manager showed up 35 min later. I waited 2 and a half hours and they were not done so I was going to come back. Long story short I waisted 3 days waiting, they had to repaint two pieces, it was late 2 weeks when all was said and done and the quality was still questionable and had stuff that should have been fixed, but our client and our patients were up. They said they would refund us some money but never did. Don't recommend them at all for motorcycle bodywork and their customer service in general was poor. read more

I was recently rear ended in a low-speed collision and was in need of a legitimate body shop to restore my car. I won't take my Miata to just any shop though, I wanted the job done right! This location was in my city and I'm SO GLAD I came here. The rear bumper was replaced and resprayed along with the quarter panels. The job was done so well it was almost impossible to tell what was resprayed and what wasn't! To top it off, they washed my car AND detailed it! I had damage to the rear bumper on my late model Prius. Next Auto Body was actually the 2nd shop I took it to. However, I was impressed by the staff (Christian and Chris) and their thorough inspection and recommendations. "Next" included a part that the other shop had "missed" which might have resulted in the bumper falling off in the future.So even though the first shop was lower, I decided to have "Next" do the work. I was in a hurry to get the work started and really didn't want to go back to the first shop anyway. Time was a big factor for me as well. When I told them of my decision and why, much to my surprise, they met the estimate from the first shop! They arranged for my rent-a-car and started the work immediately. My instincts were correct, not only with regards to value, but workmanship as well! My car was completely washed and detailed and looked better than when I bought it in October! So, even though this was a small job for them, you wouldn't know it by the customer service and quality workmanship. I unfortunately had a brake failure in my metallic blue 1970 Corvette. The right rear wheel well lip was scratched badly. Wow what a great experience I had with next Autobody in Simi Valley. Someone hit my truck when I was parked, wasn't a huge amount of damage, but was more than I could handle driving around with. I decided to get a couple of estimates here in Simi Valley, the first one was from 805 Autobody. Price was affordable, but the estimate was just written down on a business card, and I didn't fee to comfortable, didn't seem as professional as I kinda expected. I decided to get a second opinion from Next Autobody. Chris was the estimator, he was very informative gave me a detailed written,computer generated, estimate. Went over the job process and guaranteed me completion within two days. I dropped my vehicle off on Monday 12pm, spoke with the owner Christian, who also guaranteed completion within two days. Guess what two days and complete. It's very reassuring knowing a timeline is met, that time was invested into the actual estimate, not just a made up number on a business card, and seeing a professional working environment where I believe actual concern for the quality of work and attention to detail was a major part of their working environment. This is a great shop. My daughter got into a small fender bender and they fixed her car, at a reasonable price. Later down the road, her vehicle was in another accident where the damage was more severe. This shop was really honest with us about the extent of damage and our options. We ended up not fixing it. I have a 2011 Hyundai Genesis Coupe 2.0t I was in an accident and my front driver side was completely smashed causing some mild frame damage. The auto insurance was making things difficult to accomplish. Next Auto Body Was very kind and patient with me. Use this shop at your risk. Took my classic car there after an accident. They had it for six months. There'd be weeks and days that I'd check on the progress and it was still sitting there with no work done on it. The body guys who work on the cars would feel bad and tell me that they keep bumping my car for easier fast jobs. I finally had to yell and scream before they put people on it and it still took 2-3 weeks to finish it. The car sat in the rain and body shop dust for 6 months and the interior and engine bay was covered with a thick layer of rust. I had to finish cleaning the interior. The car was bone dry empty on gas and Christian the owner hands me a gas bucket to go to the gas station and bring a couple of gallons back to get it started. They didn't even clean the engine bay and the car would not even start. They disconnected the dash harness to get it started and the car overheats without any warning lights working and I had to pay another $2500 to fix a blown head. I came up with a two page list of repair issues from non aligned body parts to falling weather strips to non working lights, non closing windows, loose tail pipes, etc. And to top it off he wanted me to wait a week before I bring it in to fix all the issues.
