(This posting is an update on a prior post). Kane, I just…read morereturned from a four-day trip to Fresno. On my return home on the I-5 climbing the Grapevine there was a two-vehicle collision. One of the vehicles was flipped onto its roof. There was an injured person being attended to on the shoulder of the road. So we had to slow down from the posted 65 MPH speed limit to bumper to bumper traffic. My new brakes and rotors performed extremely well. Afterwards, just prior to the descent on the I-5 into Castaic there was a big rig accident that forced Cal Trans to merge four traffic lanes to one traffic lane. A constant stop and go for 40 minutes. Finally, I was on the 126 approaching Fillmore when the upcoming traffic light changed to yellow. I was in "No Mans Land", I needed to make a split decision. Do I press down hard on the gas pedal and attempt to beat the red traffic light and risk seeing flashing blue lights from the CHP officer waiting at the intersection or do I brake and hopefully don't end up in the middle of the intersection causing an accident. I chose the latter. My new front brake pads and high performance rotors grabbed and I was able to stop behind the crossing. No skidding, no screeching tires, just a quiet smooth stop on a dime. As the CHP officer drove through the intersection, as he completed a left turn onto the Eastbound 126 he gave me a nod. A nod of approval. Then the driver to my right gave me a thumbs up. The "power stop system" you and Robert installed on my Tacoma performed exceptional! I can't express my overwhelming gratitude. I have never said this before, but I have never trusted the brakes on any of my owned vehicles more, than the ones you and Robert recently installed. Thank-you! Thank-you! Thank-you! Art

Well, apparently I didn't check everywhere because Todd found it in about 5 minutes. It took a mirror with about a 20" handle and a bright flashlite. He tightened the leaking hose clamp with a socket wrench and long extension. I appreciate his expertise and felt relieved it was not more serious. Todd would take no money for this repair.

A few weeks ago, I was made a delivery to this shop while driving a 2015 Dodge Charger that had an engine splash guard coming loose under the front bumper. I'd tried for several days to reach the screws on my own to just remove it completely, but there was no easy access without a jack or ramps. So I asked the guy that was there, Sep Sadeghi, if they could take a look at it real quick, see if it could be removed, and what they would charge. Long story short... Sep (who turned out to be the owner) did this for me at no charge and spent a solid half hour making sure it was removed and all necessary screws back in place. It probably felt like it was a small act of kindness on his part, but it was a HUGE act to me. I honestly had very little money to spend on any kind of repair, though I never would have said that in a million years. This is the kind of thing that speaks about his character which, in turn, speaks about the integrity of his business. It's something I appreciated more than he could know, so I wanted to send the story of my encounter out to the universe. All the other reviews show Sep and his team are good at their jobs, but I also want people to know he's a good a good human as well! read more

I had an exceptional experience at AAC. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They really took the time to explain the repair process in detail, answering all my questions, and making sure I was kept in the loop about what was happening with my vehicle. The attention to detail was truly outstanding; every aspect of the repair was handled with precision and care. It was clear they take great pride in their work, and my truck came back looking as good as new. They took my car in the next day and were very, very thorough in their inspection and even included pictures of each issue in my Jeep Patriot. I like that they do most of the transactions via text including accepting or declining the repairs recommended. They didn't pressure me on having to get any if the repairs done but was honest about which ones needed to be done right away and which ones could be held off on. Their cost was reasonable and was able to get the repairs done ahead of schedule. I'll be coming back to Bennett Automotive again for my other cars for sure!

Hope their service isn't as bad as their attitude. Hope the owner picks better employees next time unless he share the same bad values as this guy.
