    I had a local dealership perform a scheduled maintenance on my vehicle. While they had it up on…read morethe rack they noticed and recommended new front brake pads, spin the rotors and brake fluid. They also recommended replacing the rear shock absorbers. The dealership's repair costs were high, so I asked a friend if he knew of a private garage that could do the work at a more reasonable price. He recommended Kane's Garage and said Kane was honest, excellent and fair. I took my vehicle to Kane's Garage he examined it and provided his professional opinion. Kane did not recommend spinning the rotors because they were worn out, the brake fluid was fine. The rear shock absorbers did not require replacement at this time. Kane ordered the parts, called me when they came in and scheduled an appointment for the repair. The repair exceeded my expectations and I didn't pay for unnecessary repairs. Kane's philosophy is be honest, provide the customer with excellent service at an honest price and you'll build a clientele. If you're searching for an auto mechanic that's honest, fair and performs exceptional auto service look no further than Kane's Garage! I highly recommend this establishment.

We have been taking all our vehicles to this family run business for over 10 years and have not had any issues or complaints with the quality of the work. They handle our oil changes, repairs and when that light comes on the dash they are quick to tell you come by and we will check it out. I am so comfortable with them, the quality of their work and the attention that is given to our vehicles. The owner does a road test for every vehicle that is serviced in their bays.     I would strongly caution anyone considering Chris's Auto Connection…read more Several weeks ago, we dropped off our car because the power steering had gone out. They called to say the part was on backorder and didn't know when it might be available but would keep trying to find it and keep me posted. Fair enough--these things happen. But after a couple weeks of no updates, we called back. The woman who answered was rude, curt, and clearly irritated that we had the nerve to ask for an update. She transferred me to Chris, who admitted he hadn't been able to find the part. Then, inexplicably, he launched into a political rant about why auto manufacturing needs to return to the U.S. I replied that imposing tariffs before bringing manufacturing back just hurts everyday Americans. The conversation didn't improve from there. Frustrated, I called a nearby dealer myself. They said they'd check around and, by the next morning, confirmed they had located the part and could have it delivered in about a week. All they asked was a pre-payment to secure it. Here's why I'll never return--and why I urge you to avoid this shop: 1. The front desk experience is actively unpleasant. Customers shouldn't be made to feel like a nuisance for asking basic questions. 2. How is it that I--a complete amateur--found the part in one call, yet Chrissnd his team couldn't do it in several weeks? 3. Injecting personal politics into customer service is unprofessional. I don't care what someone believes--until they make it the reason they're not doing their job. Worse still, there's a sign in Chris's office calling for his political opponents to be jailed. That's not just bad judgment--it's hostile, and it has no place in a customer-facing business. This isn't just about a messed up repair--it's about attitude, accountability, and basic professionalism. Choose carefully. I wish I had.
