Sarkis is the owner of this wonderful establishment. It's difficult to find honest auto repair places. He's a gem you will not regret giving him your business. He used to work for a large chain but left after 20 years due to a disagreement with new management who were not taking care of customers properly. His shop is in the back of the complex follow the signs all the way around or you may miss his shop. I almost left when I couldn't find it initially. This man is very knowledgeable and he takes a lot of pride in the work he does. I bought a used car a few months ago that had been in a minor unreported accident at some point and wouldn't drive straight no matter what because the subframe had shifted. I found this shop after a quick google search and I brought my car in and they were able to shift the subframe back into place and get the alignment back to where it was when the car was brand new. After I bought new tires the car started to drive funny again so I brought it back here and it turned out that the tire shop messed up the alignment again and he fixed it again at no extra cost. If you have a car that's pulling or not driving straight don't bother with the tire shops they won't know how to actually fix it and they'll just take your money. Bring it here and they'll make it drive like a brand new car again. read more

He had my alignment done in no time, and then we took several test drives to make sure the car drove perfectly. This little shop at the rear of the center is a gem. Yes. Drive around to the back to find this little one stall shop. Owner "Sarkis" is friendly, yet professional. I needed a 4-wheel alignment after purchasing a full set of tires. I used Google to search for alignment shops and this one popped up. I emailed to ask if they do four wheel alignment. Sarkis was quick to reply. I asked the price. Again he was quick to reply. His charge was less than others I checked out that ranged from about $110 to as high as $175. I made an appointment via email and showed up early. At the appointed time, he did the paperwork and drove my car onto the rack, then he went to work. I can confidently say he knows his trade, he knows alignment. I cannot tell you about his other capabilities, though he told me about his experience doing a raft of suspension and brake work. He has modern Hunter equipment. Hunter is the best. I am very pleased with his service and his ability to do the job well. My outcome was perfect. Sarkis is an amazing mechanic and gentleman and I concur with every one of his previous 5-Star reviews. I recently engaged Costco Tire Department to rotate and re-balance the tires on my 2013 Nissan Maxima. I routinely do this about every 5000 or so miles. This time the mechanic left a note on the work order suggesting that I get an alignment check. So I performed some research diligence, and based upon my findings I chose the mechanic Sarkis at 4 Wheel Alignment. This was the best automotive maintenance decision I ever made. I called Sarkis on Thursday afternoon and he worked me into his schedule an hour later. When I arrived he asked what prompted me to seek an alignment and I told him about the Costco work order note. He inspected my tires and indicated that the wear pattern suggested the camber/caster alignment was off and was willing to do that work right then. I had an unrelated appointment about 45 minutes ahead so we made a working appointment for Friday 1/12/24 at 9:00 AM. I arrived a few minutes early and was warmly greeted by a wide-smiling Sarkis. He rolled the Maxima onto his alignment rack, offered me a cup of coffee, and began work. I watched him meticulously inspect and adjust components. He spent almost an hour tweaking the settings and when he was satisfied with his work, he took the Maxima out for a test drive. When he returned, he again greeted me with a warm friendly smile and said "It's all good now. Come back and see me in ~5000 miles and I'll re-check the settings - If they are off, I will re-adjust at no charge". Quality workmanship, honest work ethic, experienced work effort, affordable price, friendly atmosphere! last month 09/2022, I took my car Toyota Camry 2005 for 4-wheel alignment. I met Sarkis who is really professional and did perfect job in my car. He is very nice and friendly. Sarkis took my car to have test drive before the alignment and also after the alignment to make sure the car working perfectly. I have been using many alignments shops for many years, they just drive my cars on and off to alignment bedz then printed out the alignment result then gave back my cars without bother to have any test drives to make sure your car running perfect or not. My car was in a desperate need for alignment, I called around couldn't find same day until I called Sarkis. He answered was busy but said to come by in about an hour. I arrived and he is in the back of the complex. He truly is a man band, small local owned business. If you want to support small business this is the guy to go for alignments, he only does alignments and will also rotate tires...but that is it! When it came to pricing it was the best price out of all the places I tried to get in.
