DISAPPOINTED. After alignment plus did my Mercedes's alignment, i drove with the new tires only 21,000 miles instead of 45,000. When I turned my cars front wheel all the way to one side, I notice that I could see a wear on the far side of the tires and the brown foundation of the tire was visible . I thing it is called a CAMBER TIRE WEAR "Uneven wear on one inside of the front tires. Terrible alignment. Now I need to put new tires urgently, only after 21,000 miles. read more

This is my second alignment from these guys.  A year ago I had my Volkswagen CC done, after I lowered the suspension with new Bilsteins and LCA bushings.  They did a fantastic job so I decided to bring my Cayman in since it had new wheels and tires put on.  I asked them to bring it close to spec but with more negative camber in the front. Alignment is critically important but very few shops do them properly. Rob places the factory recommended weights in the car, verifies tire pressure and does the job right for a very fair price. The only shop my independent BMW mechanic recommends in the Conejo Valley. I won't even let the dealer do my alignments after visiting Rob's shop for the first time in May 2016. read more

I have a 2015 Mini Cooper S that was lowered about an inch and a half [4 new springs, rear sway bar, and front strut bar]. After the install, the car was drifting to the right pretty bad. I was told to wait for about 500 miles till the new suspension settled in and at that time to have the car re-aligned. Rob was recommended so I made an appointment with him. He took me right on time and had the car straightened out in no time. Driving home on the freeway the drifting was completely gone. I would recommend Rob in a heart beat to anyone who has alignment issues. Being a new model car there were some unknown factors. VERIFY ALL QUOTES TO ENSURE REASONABLE PRICING AND ASK FOR IT IN WRITING. Alignments Plus was recommended and had a good yelp rating. I was quoted $80 for a wheel alignment for a mini cooper which was the average for the six companies I researched. Made my appointment and received a call back to confirm this. However, here's the kicker, my estimate was increased to $125 because Alignments Plus stated that the Mini is an exotic car (surprised). This new quote was by far the most expensive and not value for money. I declined the work and will not consider using this company in the future. read more

The owner of this business is a disgrace to the city of Thousand Oaks. A few days ago my car broke down on Skyline Dr, unfortunately it stalled in such a way that it blocked part of the driveway to Alignments Plus. As I was sitting in my car with my hazard lights on, calling AAA, I had the most unpleasant encounter with Mr. Rob Lendin. Without asking me why I was parked, he proceeded to yell at me, his face was glowing red with anger and his choice of words were very unprofessional. I was shocked at his outburst, but this was only the beginning of it. 20 min later he came back and told be boldly that if I had been driving an American car, I wouldn't f#$$$$ing have a problem. Shame on him, he is a tactless, rude and arrogant excuse of a human being. Please don't give this man any of your business - he doesn't deserve it. read more

Rob has aligned my Audi a few times and I'd recommend that anyone take their car to him. I am very picky about the steer wheel being level after an alignment. When the dealer did the alignment is was off and they told me to deal with it. When Rob aligns the car the steer wheel is like it was when the car was new and the alignment is perfect. read more
