Generally good work, but the last repair they made was problematic. They left three cables unplugged under the hood and unfortunately one of them was my horn. I WOULD ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND ... in fact, I called my mom up afterwards so she knows about this Thousand Oaks gem the next time her Porche has an issue. Had my BMW towed here, after hours, after my engine service light turned on and I started having acceleration issues. I got a call from JP first thing in the morning verifying everything that I noted was wrong before inspection. Shortly after I got another call with a diagnosis and two quotes, one to replace only what was broken and another to replace the whole set with factory parts (misfiring coils) which was highly recommend (so the rest don't misfire). They fixed her up and I was back on the road by that afternoon. They also noticed my tire pressure light was on, and gave me a separate quote for that and acknowledged it wasn't a necessary fix for the car to run correctly. Happy to find a mechanic who will give me impeccable service, honesty and options at a fair price. With no appointment my car was in and out of their shop in less than 24 hours. read more
