I recently had one my 2000 S430 Mercedes strut replaced by Exclusive Auto Service and my girlfriend's 2016 Mini-cooper serviced. As usual, they did an outstanding job and have been for many many years with all of my cars and my kids cars. My previous review contained an error in the length of time I have used Exclusive - I actually started using them exclusively (pun intended) since 2010! If you're looking for a car repair shop who knows their stuff, is honest and consistently provides outstanding service it's Sanjiv at Exclusive Auto. read more

Came to drop off some stuff to shop in the center the only parking I found was outside of his shop when I came back one of the guys was yelling at me and cursing at me to leave or he'll tow me. I told him it was a parking spot and he said was his parking since it's in front of his shop. There are no clear signage on the spots indicating his shops parking only. Hope their service isn't as bad as their attitude. Hope the owner picks better employees next time unless he share the same bad values as this guy. read more

Exclusive Auto Service - Auto Repair Near Me - Thousand Oaks, California

I am a recent convert to Exclusive Auto Service I came to Sanjiv 2 years ago on a reference from another local business owner and have never looked back. Today was a routine A Service on my E400. Thing is, there's nothing routine about this shop. Sanjiv was able to promptly schedule a bay and then oversaw expert service rendered in a timely fashion and right on the estimate. Besides that, I was in first thing in the morning and out just after lunch. I always leave Exclusive Auto Service feeling confident in my vehicle and glad I have a long-time local to look after my automotive needs. read more

Exclusive Auto Service - My Mercedes E400 in for service - Auto Repair Near Me - Thousand Oaks, California

Amazing service for a fifth of the price than the dealership for servicing my Mercedes and repairing. I can't thank them enough! Excellence.

Sanjiv is the best! He took great care of my 2006 Audi A6 for many years. These days my wife and I are driving Japanese vehicles, and Sanjiv is still keeping both my Acura and my wife's Mazda in perfect condition! Thank you so much! read more

Have been taking my 2 vehicles, Mercedes and Porsche to Sanyiv for years now. They are reliable, honest and fair. They get back to you promptly and are not trying to upsell you. Today I had my car there for a check engine light, for which he did a readout and didn't even charge me for his time when no repair was needed. They say what they'll do and they do what they say. Highly recommend them. read more

I was given Sanjiv's information from a friend as I just bought a used 2015 BMW X5 Diesel with 100,000+ miles and it needed a bunch of work done on it (check engine light, rear air shocks, etc.). I needed someone I could trust, someone that is honest and someone that is reliable. Exclusive Auto Service is THE PLACE TO BRING YOUR BMW - HANDS DOWN. Don't go anywhere else until you call Sanjiv! He knows his stuff, doesn't use aftermarket junk, his prices are fair, and WAY better than the dealer. I was worried about everything checking out so I could smog the car afterwards and Sanjiv told me not to worry as it takes time for sensors in a diesel to register. He didn't start replacing things just to replace things because he knows the ins and outs of my car. Again, HONEST and TRUSTWORTHY!!! - sure enough a few days later the sensors went ready and it passed smog with flying colors :-) I could keep going, though what are you waiting for...if you are reading this then you need to call him and get your car in for any/all repairs and regular maintenance. I can tell you that he is our mechanic for life and he should be yours also! read more

Sanjiv is one of those people you just want to do business with. His shop is immaculate. The garage is organized. He is meticulous. The work is flawless and fair. He's a reasonable man who knows his value and yours. I've had two excellent experiences with him. The second to fix a lingering problem that he discovered while fixing the first. If you own a German car you will not find a better mechanic to fix or maintain your car - gas or diesel. read more

Sanjiv, you are awesome! So timely with your assessment of the vehicle, and thorough with repairs needed. I'm a big fan and will not deal with any Southern California Mercedes dealership ever again! I feel as through they ripped me off telling me something was fixed twice when it never was addressed! I have 100% confidence in your workmanship and word! A trusted repairman is a jewel and you are just that!!! Thank you for your skill and diligence! It is appreciated! read more

I was referred to Sanjiv by a co-worker (who also has an old VW). Sanjiv and his team are professional, knowledgeable, fast, and very kind. They treated my car like it was theirs'. Sanjiv and his team helped me for 2 weeks because my old VW had several issues. He gave me very sound advice and found a way to help my old car last longer in these current times. I highly recommend Exclusive Auto Service- they will take care of your car and you! And please support your local business community. read more

So it turns out that I was due for service one month before my BMW extended warranty expired...but...COVID...and eight months later, I sat at Rusnak looking at a cool $1500 for maintenance. I've had amazing experience with an independent mechanic before, so I left the dealership and did my research. Sanjiv totally delivers--I heard back from him so quickly with a quote, he was able to get me in before the weekend, and his quote was so incredibly reasonable! Fast forward to the drop-off, where my partner's American-made car stopped working IN Sanjiv's parking lot, and Sanjiv and his team helped get it in running condition to drive it a few blocks to the Ford dealership! I was totally floored! If you're looking for an awesome independent BMW mechanic, I cannot recommend Exclusive Auto Service more highly!! read more

Went shopping around to get my Porsche serviced. These guys responded quickly and with a price that was great, in comparison to what Porsche quoted. They were done with my car in great time and were very professional. I will definitely be coming back in the future! read more

Sanjiv and his team at Exclusive Auto are the most knowledgeable and honest mechanics I have ever been to. I have taken my cars to him for over 20 years and there is no one else I trust more. I highly recommend getting out of the trap of taking your car to the dealer and go to Exclusive Auto, where you won't get oversold on unnecessary repairs, will get much better pricing and will have a quicker turnaround. read more

I have used Exclusive Auto Service since 2002 for my Mercedes. I tried other mechanics but since I found Sanjiv who owns and runs the place, I have never gone anywhere else. His service is excellent: he always tells me ahead of time what he is going to do and how much it will cost; he tells me how long it will take and it is always ready on time, and he does the work right the first time. He answers all my questions, accommodates my schedule, and when I get my car back it's clean! He takes it to the car wash. For all that service you'd think you would be charged extra. Nope. His prices are fair - much better than the dealer. I just found out that he is now servicing Lexus. So happy. Now we can bring in our other car as well. I hope he stays in business as long as I own a car. read more

Sanjiv runs an exceptional shop here. I recommend him for all German cars. He's cheaper than the dealer and I hands down prefer him over the dealer as his service is superior and a much better customer experience. He is extremely knowledgeable, fast turn around time, and very fair prices. All OEM parts. (2) 2016 Mercedes E350s 2015 Porsche Cayman read more

Sanjiv and his crew are outstanding. Have been servicing our European cars for years. Always excellent service at a reasonable price. Very honest. Had another shop tell me a number of items needed to be fixed. Sanjiv checked out and said all were a lie. He could have taken advantage of me. He is a true believer in good karma. Truly as "good as it gets"! Kevin read more

Old Fashioned Service --- Integrity and Professionalism... Sanjiv provides superb service in all respects. He will recommend just what is needed to keep your vehicle in perfect working order and resale value. As a Mercedes Benz Club member for the last 25 years with older cars, I need the depth of experience and concern for quality that Sanjiv provides. Exclusive Auto has serviced three Mercedes and one Porsche in the last 10 years and I have had a consistent professional experience. Complaints? None, not one. Sanjiv has made my life easier in maintaining our cars. If you own a German car, you will not be disappointed. I would recommend Sanjiv and his team 100%. read more

Exclusive Auto Service is Awesome!! Sanjiv has always treated me fairly every time I have brought in my Mercedes in to get worked on for service. He is trustworthy and honest, I have been a Mercedes owner since 1999 and would NEVER take my car anywhere else. I have been coming here ever since Rusnak BMW would not cover repairs to my vehicle that was just over the warranty mileage. Sanjiv suggested I call the regional office and complain about the situation. I did this and the regional office covered the costs but Rusnak would not cover the diagnosis costs. I bought both of these cars from Rusnak, so they no longer get my new car purchase or service. Since than Exclusive has taken care of both my cars with honest appraisals, great work at a lower cost than the dealer and or others that I have quoted out. I would not hesitate a moment to recommend Exclusive Auto Service.!!!!! read more

We were referred to Exclusive Auto by a friend and could not be happier. Sanjiv, the owner was very kind over the phone and was happy to get our car in ASAP. My Mercedes needed new motor mounts which was covered by our insurance but they only paid a certain amount per hour for the work. Sanjiv was happy to honor the insurances hourly rate. He had the car completed in one day, washed the car and we picked it up the next day.. Exclusive only used Mercedes parts and did a great job. We will definitely be back for any issues with our cars.. read more

I was told about this place by a friend who also owns a european vehicle. He told me they were fair and preformed good service. They are always very friendly, and any service done has always been completed in the time they promised. I have had my Audi serviced here several times and each time they have let me know what was required up front as well as the cost involved. No little surprises when you get the bill and the guys do quality work. I'd encourage anyone looking for a good independent european mechanic in the Conejo valley give them a try. read more

I do highly suggest Exclusive Auto. I was very skeptical at first to have major engine work done on my 99 230 SLK. After the work the car is purring like a Kitten but performing like a Lion. EAS has been maintaining my MB R350 for several years now. When my car went out of warranty MB pricing for service and repairs forced my review of value for cost. EAS saves me at least 20% and more on every service or repair accomplished. I always receive the best price, amazing service and absolute on-time delivery of my car. There is never any doubt in the quality of work accomplished and if that isn't proof enough - I drive from Santa Barbara to get my car serviced at Exclusive Auto Service. Searched for a trustworthy mechanic for my 05 Carrera S. I was pleasantly surprised when I gave Sanjiv a chance to prove to me he was the shop I needed to keep my new toy running perfectly. I had owned Mercedes cars since 1998...I used to always go to the Mercedes Service Department, but service costs kept rising, and the "so-called free loaner car" was actually hidden costs in repairs. I found Exclusive Auto about 8 years ago, and will ALWAYS be a customer. Not only are they extremely knowledgeable, helpful and reliable, they are very "honest". My cars run like a charm, and better after each service. I am a Professional Marketer/business person, and do not "praise" businesses lightly...Exclusive is "very much...exclusive" in their treatment of customers!!! read more
