I was sent here by my insurance company to fix a minor accident. I would not recommend this body shop due to the lack of follow up, accurate information and poor customer service. My vehicle took way longer than they quoted me to repair, failed to provide updates on the repair even after I continually called which finalized in a very poor service experience with Omar when I went to pick up my vehicle. Omar claimed I had to pay the deductible which was already paid by the insurance and invoiced. After failing to verify this Omar said I had to pay which I disagreed with. Omar showed no understanding to my frustration but instead raised his voice, got in my face and told me it's my problem because it's my car. If you choose to go here be prepared to be lied to, confronted and disregarded by Omar. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this business. read more

My rear end was hit and it caused all of my rear lights to get broken or malfunction, not to mention body damage. I called a few places and Rev answered my call at Fix Auto. He told me to come in "tomorrow" and he'd hook me up. I was just looking for a quote to fix the body later, and to fix the lights/wiring now because I keep getting pulled over for not having tail lights at night. Anyway, I got there earlier than I said I would by 1 hour and Rev not only pushed his lunch back for me (he was on his way out the door when I showed up), but he and 2 other guys teamed up to fix all my lights which collectively took an hour (20 min each). They gave me a quote for the rest and told me to have a great day. Rev didn't charge me for his time or for the replacement lights. I'll def be back when I am ready to get body work done. Wow! Such great & fast customer service. I had taken my car in since the seal on the driver door had ripped. I unfortunately found out the hard way going through a car wash as water leaked through my door! My insurance assigned this place to fix it up, & I absolutely appreciated how helpful & attentive the owner was. My car was done in just 2 days, due to the fact they had to order the new seal, but that was no problem at all. Very happy with this repair shop. Long story short someone backed up into our VW Tiguan, left a big dent and caved in the right headlight slightly. This place is an approved repair facility by State Farm and I can see why. Everyone here is friendly and the service is quick. There was a weird issue where out front sensor stopped working and they needed the VW dealership to recalibrate it, but Gary was kind enough to drive it back and let me pick it up on a Saturday. Overall I hate the person that hit my car but I'm glad Fix Auto got it looking and working like new again. read more

A Semi truck hit a traffic cone and it flew and punched out my fog light/fucked up my bumper. After going through the drudgery that is Auto-Insurance, they recommended Fix Auto in Moorpark due to proximity of my home and also due to the fact that they are a partner with my insurance company. Soon after they received my information from my Insurance agent, they gave me a call and set up an appointment. They also made sure that I got set up with a rental; Enterprise is in the same complex and they got everything situated before I arrived. I want to give mad props to Ruby- I showed up in a foul mood because of a bad day at work and also because the whole situation was such an inconveivance. She did not put up with my bitch-ass-ness but she did help me get everything going in a professional and kind manner. It took 3 days for my car to get repaired. They update you via text on every step which is a really nice perk. When I picked up my car, my bumper/fog light looked brand new! THE FUCKIN GAS TANK WAS FULL. I went to Fix Auto on the 29th of December to get a car estimate after getting rear ended. A week or two later I don't hear back from them. So, I called my insurance and Fix Auto never put in an estimate, they did nothing absolutely nothing. Then I call them and they acted like I never went until eventually they looked up my name in the system and they saw that I did in fact go on the 29th. At this point, 2 weeks after I took the car in they finally gave me an estimate but still made me wait a day after waiting 2 weeks. They claimed that they were going to order my parts that day right after the call, before taking it in so that I wouldn't have to keep the car in the shop. They even asked which number to call and I gave it to them. Today weeks after this, I call them as they never got back to me and they said they tired calling someone else on file. Fix Auto called a random number that wasn't a part of my house hold or under the insurance. They claimed to have talked to someone else who told them "not to order the parts". Despite the fact that I gave them my number two other times and told them to call me and the number I gave them. Not to mention no one under the insurance would have told them not to order the parts because everyone wants the car fixed already. I was obviously annoyed because they messed up twice and wouldn't apologize or admit to messing up in the first place. The call lady Evelyn I believe her name was, was rude and not understanding or apologetic at all. Poor customer service would not recommend, decided to go to Caliber Collision in Simi Valley who told me they could fix it on Monday so the next business day and I wouldn't have to wait longer for the car to get fixed to order parts unless there was additional damages after taking the car apart. Which by the way I would also have to wait longer here too if I brought it after waiting three weeks or longer for the parts if there was additional damages. Do not recommend this place!!! read more
