We had our Mercedes GL550 repaired here approximately two years ago and we were extremely satisfied with the work done. Professional service to say the least! Last week a lady backed into the front of our BMW X-7. There was only superficial scratches to the front bumper area but because of the electronics we decided to take it to Premier Coach. I took it into Premier and explained the situation. In my opinion the young lady that went out to look at my car could have easily seen $ signs, oh no! She called a young man that works there outside and had him look at the damage. The young man told me that the damage didn't look like much and that he would take it into the shop and get a better look at it. Again, I was thinking dollar signs. After waiting in the waiting room for about thirty minutes a young lady brought out the key fob to my car and said my car was done. I asked where I could get the estimate and she said "Bill" will be right with me! Bill came and walked out to my car and said that nothing was wrong with my car and that they buffed out the scratches for me at no charge. I was floored, I know that if I had taken my car anywhere else to be buffed out they would have charged me at least a couple of hundred dollars to buff out the scratches. Took my car in for a quote on August 5th car went in for repairs on December 6th. 2 weeks was on my for deciding if I wanted to stick with this company. I don't know how you are still in business with people that ask to resend emails don't call back when they say they will. So after 6-10 calls and numerous emails it got in. Customer service is the worst from any business I have ever been to. The work they did was very good. I don't believe the other reviews on yelp for this business. You should have to verify or post a bill or estimate in order to post reviews. But I wouldn't recommend this place to someone unless I really disliked them and then I probably wouldn't. read more

BEWARE OF THIS SHOP I took my Tesla Model 3 here for a simple repair that Ray assured me, would take about 4-5 weeks... My car was in their shop for over THREE MONTHS with very little communication from the staff. I was told I would receive weekly updates. Wrong. These guys ignored my phone calls and emails for about three weeks before I finally got through to someone. When I finally did get ahold of the shop, I was fed a million bogus excuses as to why I was not communicated with and why my car was not ready or progressing on repairs in the shop. Here's some of the excuses I was given: waiting on parts, wrong parts received, parts were actually here the whole time, but they were in a box for another order, so nobody knew we had them, receptionist was on vacation, flaw in the paint job and now the doors need to be "adjusted", car was being washed. Every single day I am given another excuse, and every single day, I can see on the app, that my car has not moved. My insurance paid Premier within two weeks of dropping my vehicle off and obtaining their estimate. After 30 days, I called to follow up and see what the status was.... To my surprise, at the 30 day mark, my car had not even begun to be worked on, and my rental coverage was now exhausted. In result, I've paid THOUSANDS out of my own pocket in rental cars, Uber, Lyft, etc. I was told if my car was not ready on or before 6/2 (three months), Premier would pay for me to get in another rental vehicle... Not good enough. I was done being patient and friendly two months ago. Had I not caused a scene via email/phone, I'm positive my car would have taken several more months to complete repairs. It seems like these guys collect big checks from insurance companies and then just let the cars sit in their shop until the customer is completely fed up. I picked up my vehicle today and was given another long, bogus timeline of events, justifying the 3+ month wait. I saw in a few other yelp posts, this shop has been known to waive deductibles due to negligence, lack of customer service, etc. Naturally, after three months of being dicked around, I felt entitled to a reduced or 100% waived deductible. Bill was unwilling to accept any responsibility. I asked him to meet me halfway at 50% and told him if they do indeed charge me the full amount, I would likely dispute the charge with AMEX, report them to my insurance, BBB, make a few calls to local media etc etc. After 10+ minutes of going back and forth, Bill went ahead and accepted my 50% deductible cash offer, but made it clear he was accepting it as a customer service courtesy, and not because of my numerous "threats".... his attitude was dismissive and condescending. I'm happy to have my car back. I'm happy the car seems to be put together well, with no problems (that I know of, yet).... I am NOT happy with the lack of accountability, numerous discrepancies of their "timeline", lack of communication, empathy, or eagerness to resolve my umbrage and maintain a good relationship with a customer who just had their insurance pay them $18k in repairs. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE, unless you want to wait 3+ months while you chase them down for answers, only to be fed bullshit excuses. read more

I spent $23k on repairs for my Range Rover in June/July 2024 with Premier Coach and upon receiving it back after about 2 months in their shop, the paint on the affected areas was falling off in 6 different locations. The top panel that they repainted was also noticeably thin. There were also errors on the gaskets for water sealing, additionally multiple areas where gaps in the body work was noticeable. They did offer to bring it back in and touch up the places where the paint was chipping but this would've been obviously noticeable as well. I felt the work was very sub par and would not return, nor would I recommend this shop to anyone else. read more

I had went to a competing shop down the street that did absolutely terrible work on my 2022 F-350. Betty (my truck) is Agate Black, so, every....little...thing shows. For another minor ding, I decided to come to Premier Coach, AND I SHOULD HAVE CAME HERE IN THE FIRST PLACE!!! Ashley and Barbara are wonderful people, easy to work with, and communications were effortless and timely. The work their crew did on my truck made me very angry with myself that I allowed anyone else to put a finger on it. IT IS IMMACULATE. Not only that, but the service after the sale was the best I have ever received from anything to do with a vehicle - from sales, to service, to these paint repairs. I do not work at Premier and otherwise have no affiliation with this business. (Always gotta be careful of fake reviews, but this isn't one of them, and I'm an attorney so everything we write is naturally full of disclaimers). In sum, I will not take another vehicle anywhere else for body/paint repairs. Do yourself a favor - forget the "preferred" shops your insurance company tries to push on ya - bring your vehicle to Premier. THANK YOU BARBARA!! read more

Barbara also told me how long it would take and that it would look amazing. I picked it up the next day, just as she told me it would be ready, and of course, it was ready. The repair looked amazing. The entire staff was very easy to work with. Despite having significant work being done on my pickup truck, they were responsive and kept me update on the progress. We had a hiccup when one of the parts needed for my vehicle was not in stock with the parts distributor but that is absolutely not their fault and they were apologetic and promptly provided updates on the part availability. Now, I can't speak on price because my incident was insurance based but they made the process super easy and communicated with the insurance company directly. I brought my car here because my insurance recommended them and let's just say I'm so happy I selected this company. Ashley at the front desk was so nice and Lucas answered every question I had and then some. Their waiting area was clean and provided couches and chairs along with water and coffee/tea. I didn't really use it since I never stayed for too long. My car had the window shield replaced and the tailgate fixed and my car looks brand spanking new!! I couldn't believe it. I even received my car back washed inside and out. It was 100% covered by my insurance but their pricing looks reasonable based off the estimate forms. Oh and a plus, enterprise picks you up and when you go back to pick up your vehicle you can just leave the rental there and they come to pick it up. Hassle free every step of the way. I was able to make a last-minute appointment to make a minor adjustment to a displaced panel on my Ford car, and was invited to send email photographs in advance of what I needed to have done and received a ballpark estimate. When I arrived for my appointment, the service manager enabled me to remain in my car while the adjustment was done in about 90 seconds, and she will also be giving me an estimate on scratches on my 14-year-old Mazda I plan to sell next week.
