I hate to admit it, but this is my 3rd time using this company, Caliber Collision. However, this is my 1st time at the Camarillo location. I recommend this location 100%! Fortunately I didn't need major body work. This was for trim repair and spoiler repaint. Matt was my advisor and was very helpful during this process. The work came out beautifully which means they have a great body and paint team in place. Not all the work was covered by my insurance, but my out of pocket portion was more than reasonable. After my car was repaired and repainted at another place Caliber of Camarillo was able to fix what I wasn't sure was fixable. The original repaint, after a small accident, left my car with two distinctly different colors of white. With a two year old car I was heartbroken that she looked like crap. Ryan stepped in to save the day. The job Caliber of Camarillo did on my car is beautiful. The paint is matched, the colors blended and she looks brand new. I had the most amazing experience with caliber collision. Very professional and captain constant communication with me regarding when my car was gonna be finished. They were very fast and got my car done within a week and a half. I was quoted four weeks at a different auto body shop. They are AAA recommended shop and they make things very easy for you. Even when it was time for me to pick up my car, I didn't have to take my rental car back to enterprise. They just let me drop it off there and they took care of it. read more

I had an appointment to drop off the car for repairs as my insurance had already sent over all of the paperwork needed. After arriving, I met Matt and we proceeded out to my vehicle. He was rude and didn't seem friendly at all. The car has a small smudge on the bumper and asked if he could help out since they have professional cleaning solvents. He refused and I explained the first time I was there the other estimator said it was fine. After a few seconds of getting nowhere he handed me my keys. I went to another body shop and within a couple of minutes they cleaned it up and I left my car there for the repairs. He was willing to compromise a couple of minutes of help but instead they missed out on a few thousand dollars of repairs. read more

Caliber in Camarillo was UH-MAZING! I've never had such a great experience with getting my car fixed. They had the rental place (Enterprise) pick me up, they went over what would need to be fixed, how long it would take, (it was done earlier than expected!) and Matt , who is great, called me every other day to report the progress. I recently took my car to Caliber Collision for a scratch repair, and I couldn't be happier with the results. After gathering estimates from three different auto repair shops, I encountered one service advisor who treated me quite poorly. After scratching my car due to temporary sun blindness, this individual brusquely suggested I leave the damage on my car. The other service advisor at the other shop did not even come to see the car; the receptionist told me I would send you an email with the estimate. However, my experience at Caliber Collision was entirely different! Matth provided outstanding customer service; he was not only honest about what my car needed but also went above and beyond to ensure he met the estimate. I was so impressed by the quality of the service and the value. Also, his dedication truly exceeded my expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend this place in Camarillo--100%! A piece of advice: do your research, seek out several estimates, and trust your instincts. I trusted mine, and it all turned out wonderfully! Additionally, if you want honest customer service, be sure to provide honest feedback. Do not play dirty tricks, if you go out of pocket, do not change your mind afterwards or ignore the service advisors. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. My daughter rear ended someone over the weekend. It wasn't enough damage to make a claim with our insurance. George who helped me with the damage gave me a really good price, and the car was fixed within 2 hours of dropping it of. I didn't even need an appointment, the got right on it. Although I don't plan on anymore accidents, but if I happen to need repairs done after one, I will be back to Caliber Collision. read more

My car was hit in a sideswipe event that took the entire driver side out. It was an extensive amount of damage. On the other side I hit the guard rail when I pulled over so that part was damaged too. After a minor collision we took our vehicle to Caliber Collision. Upon arrival we were greeted by Bill Lawyer. Bill was very friendly and assisted us. Bill asked for my information, advised me what would need to be done, asked for our insurance information and said he would send the estimate to me and my insurance. I received the estimate quickly via email. After doing a lot of work to get the work approved Bill called me to get approval to order parts. Once the parts were in, about a week, I was asked when would be a good time for me to bring the car into the shop. I dropped it off the week before Christmas. The office personnel was also very helpful in getting the paperwork for me. Really a class A establishment. Can't say enough about this place. We were referred by our AAA insurance rep and positive online reviews. AAA sent our claim directly to them as an authorized shop, and we scheduled an appointment to bring the vehicle in. Tanya was assigned as our service rep. She was extremely thorough and knowledgeable with us. Our job was minor rear bumper refinishing and bumper trim replacement, and a small dimple repaired in the aluminum lift gate on a 2018 Ford Expedition. Tanya quoted us a week for completion, and it was done in a week! Amazing. We also received several text messages during the week advising of progress on our job. The repairs are as good as new quality and guaranteed for the life of the vehicle. They actually deserve six stars. I will recommend this shop to friends and family in the future. I was also impressed with how clean and organized the shop appeared during our visit.
