Joe is a very knowledgeable craftsman. He repaired fender damage to our Volvo XC60 and saved me a large increase in insurance premium by not using our insurance. I had a burned out headlamp on my Jeep and bought a replacement bulb and tried to install it myself - how hard is it to change a light bulb right? Wrong! Extremely difficult to access the bulb. I called Joe who did an auto body repair for me last year and he said no problem, bring it by and I'll install it for you at no charge! He said it's a safety issue and he is glad to help out. Took him about 10 minutes and he installed it while I waited. He was able to use the access port in the wheel well. Joe is my hero! He did a fantastic job on the auto body repair last year too, he's the go-to guy for great work at fair pricing. He did even more work than what he charged me for and he worked around my busy schedule. He cares more about thoroughness and safety than making a few extra bucks. This review is a month overdue. An errant tumbleweed scraped the whole drivers side of my car. I was hoping I would not need to go through the hassle of having it repainted. These guys are unbelievable! Great! I had a few rather big problems with my car. I got in an small accident and my front bumper was all ruined, had a few scratches, smashed side on the bottom and broken rear window. Joe was so nice, he spent time with me checking the car, suggesting the fixes. His price was much better than from another local auto shop, where they almost suggested I would replace a car. Well... almost. Plus they wanted to keep my car for almost 2 weeks. I've been coming to Joe for many years. He always suggests what really needs to be done and thinks of the way to help you out. If I could give Joe 10 stars, I would. I was in a collision with my 2005 Nissan Xterra. I came close to just getting a new car, but this car has been a wonderful car and I couldn't think about totaling it out. I'm sure Joe that I was crazy, lol. He was very honest about the details and extent of the repairs. And with my okay and a signed estimate, he went to work. He kept me updated on the progress of the repairs and invited me over anytime to the shop to see how the work was coming along. I got my car back in less time that he had anticipated and it was absolutely beautiful when I got it back. No sign that the car had ever been in an accident. He had planned to take the car over to my usual mechanic to clear some codes and make sure all was ok, but he was on vacation. Instead of having me wait, he just took the car over to his mechanic's to check the codes so I didn't have to wait any longer for my car. I've had my car back for 2 weeks now and I've got no complaints. Joe did an amazing job and I highly recommend him if you need auto body work done. I took my car here for a bumper replacement after a valet service backed it into a pole. Joe was able to provide a quote for me to share with the valet claims department. Once the claim was opened Joe was extremely helpful with communicating with the claims department and organizing the repair with them. The repair was quick as was the order of the new bumper.
