First, I ordered my tires only and got delivered the next day. Super quick! Then, the guys at the shop gave me a call as soon as the tires were delivered. Great communication on their end and also providing same day to do the install. As soon as I got into the shop, they listened and were very careful with my new wheels. I got them literally yesterday! After the guys completed the job, my wheels were in mint condition, no damages. They took care of my new wheels. Overall, great service, they completed 4 tires under 40 minutes (maybe less) and pricing was fair.

They were only able to replace 3 of the 4 tires because the right front tire, the lug nuts were seized and frozen. Even though they were unable to fix it, they did recommend a local garage which was able to turn it around quickly. We returned to the Americas Tire Company this afternoon and they are replacing the fourth tire as we speak. Manuel and AJ have been very helpful during this tire buying experience.

I was here a few weekends ago for new tires and had a good experience. Ricky was the sales associate who helped me and provided great customer service from start to finish. He ensured that I got the tires I wanted and was a good communicator as some issues came up with my appointment (not their fault or mine) just some issues with my wheel locks that we hadn't accounted for. I like this spot because they take appointments and are respectful of the customers time. Ricky was upfront with the wait time and didn't overcommit. Even when there was a setback due to my tire locks he still assured me my vehicle could be back to me by the time I needed it which I really appreciated. He saved the day and the car. Over the years, I have changed quite a bit, but, thankfully, Kevin remains the same which is great news for our 2016 Subaru Forester! I damned near ran it aground by a series of driver errors in interpreting what was just about to cause major damage and possibly worse. Trusting my memory of the first experience at Kevin's, I took the Subaru in and it proved to be just in time. As noted, Kevin and his word (and his skills) have not changed a bit. I just drive home on a cloud, as he promised and at the price he promised--well, to be honest, he was off by $2.00, but the result was worth it, and more.
