I really hate to leave negative reviews, especially to small businesses. Fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me. Last time I stopped by, I needed new wheels and tires for an old 65 ford. The guy I talked to couldn't be bothered. He basically said look it up online, figure it out and I'll try to order them. I went to another establishment and got what I needed. Months later, this last week my daughter has a flat tire. I put the spare tire on and one of the lug nuts is stripped out. The car only has 4 lug nuts and only 3 work. I drive it to this establishment hoping they can help. The salesman says he can order a tire but the lug nut is a dealer only item. He didn't offer any help or suggestions. I put the tire back in the car and went to another establishment where they helped solve the problem. This place is so flustering. Next time I'll just drive on by. read more

Had an issue with the same tire so had to go again to see if there was an issue from the previous fix (it wasn't there was a different issue). They remembered us and said sorry and explained how last time they were understaffed so there was a delay. My mechanic found a crack in my front rim and rotated it to the rear until I could buy a new wheel. It was a shame because I hade just put 2 new tires on the front. He explained that it would be more dangerous, if there were a blowout, to have it in the front. I got the new wheel and took it over to Tire Pros to have them mount it and then rotate it back to the front so it would match the other new tire. The other tires are by no means bald, but because they don't have however much tread TP wants them to have, they won't rotate them. To them, it's safer to leave the "unsafe tire" on the front. So now, I'm left with non-matching tires, and have to wait until Monday to get my mechanic to rotate them back for me. read more

No review will give my experience justice. I had a simple question about my tire valve, didn't even come to get anything fixed. They clearly don't understand that I'm just asking them to look at something, not get it fixed, and tell me they can't work on my car because one of my tires is bad. I tell them that I understand the legality behind it and just want them to come out and look at the valve, I even offer to pay since they're being weird. They then proceed to repeat the same line over and over again like parrots until I eventually just walked out. Ended up going to jiffy lube and they told me I just needed to tighten my valve. It was that simple. One of the most bizarre encounters I've ever had. read more

I was originally thinking they are very nice and helpful. Then I went ahead changed my 4 tires with them on Aug 2023 spend over $1000, I am girl don't know much about cars , they didn't bother to tell me I need to rotate the tires every 3000-5000 miles. Then the tires won't back of course. I come back to them and I need to rotate the tires which I have no clue about it and been told to change 2 new front tires. On March , 2024 Brendon new tires were out in 7 months . Today I go to them to check the tires . Again they told me I need new tires because I didn't do alignment. 4 months the tire gone bad . I know probably they could told me back march I need to do alignment, I would avoid all this . And yet, they probably don't care !!! I suggest all the girls like me don't know much about cars don't go there. You will end up spending thousands of dollars for nothing. If they care to tell you, WHAT A GREAT Service!!!!! read more

Up sell, up sell, up sell. Prepare to be upsold. Went in for a $40 tire rotation, came out with a quote for $2g of repairs needed for my car. Approximately 1 month ago, I took my Mercedes in to the dealer for its 50K mile service (multipoint inspection, oil change, air filter replacement, brake service, coolant flush, spark plugs). Unfortunately, they do not perform tire rotations. So off to Simi Tire Pros I go. First thing I noticed were the additional services/repairs they are now offering beyond tire services. I never noticed these in the 5 years I've been going to Tire Pros. Next, they told me it would take 1.5-2 hours for the rotation. That was a bit much. But I said fine.... figured they may be busy. When I returned 1.5 hours later, the tires were off the car, and the engine hood was open. Red flag. In all my years of tire rotations, they have not once touched the engine. Nor did I ask them to. Finally we're at the 2 hour mark, the technician is done doing whatever the hell he was doing under the hood, and I get called to go over my quote. Whats needed? Air filter, brakes, coolant... that were each inspected or replaced 1 month prior. These guys are untrustworthy. Do I look like a fool? Because that's what they tried to take me as. My husband and I went to Tire Pros on Monday to get my 2016 Toyota Camry a set of new tires. They quoted us a decent price and my husband has been going there for years so we decided to drop my car off. They had my car done in an hour and we went to go pick it up, as we walk in to pay the almost $800 bill they informed us that 2 of my center caps had magically broke and handed us the pieces to what was my center cap to the rim of my car. We asked them how it was possible that 2 of the 4 center caps broke and they informed us that these things "tend to happen" we asked if they knew how much it would cost to replace and the guy at the front desk rudely answered "I would have to call Toyota for that" we then asked if they could do something for us on the price considering my car was fine when we dropped it off and it clearly broke under their care and the same rude employee said "no we can't because it wasn't their fault that the center caps broke" making it seem that it was our fault because the car was old. My husband asked if he could call the owner since he had been going there for years and to see if he could at least just pay for one of the center caps and the employee without moving said he knew the owner would not do that. After an aggravating 15 minutes we paid the bill and requested that the owner call us to discuss the issue now it's Wednesday and no call. In the meantime I called Toyota and the center caps are going to be another $80 to replace they also informed me that this part DOES NOT BRAKE EASILY!!! They don't even replace them very often so it's a special order part. Overall the customer service WAS TERRIBLE!!!!! How can your company clearly brake something and then not even offer to discount or reimburse your customer???? I would NEVER EVER recommend your place of business for anything. Also teach your employees MANNERS and tell them to stop talking to their customers as idiots. How can you run your business like this...ridiculous! read more

I really loved the service I received as soon as o pulled up to this shop. The workers greeted me with so much care and respect. I had a nail in my tire and it was fixed in no time. These workers know what they're doing and they know EVERYTHING about tires. You can actually watch as they do the work. The waiting area is super clean and very pleasant. Both Times I have come here to get a nail removed from a punctured wheel I always forget to bring cash and have to come back to tip. Luckily I live right down the street. Happy with the quick service and expertise advice provided by Joe and service the next day by John! We needed a set of tires quickly since we were going out of town. (Costco was book solid for months and walk-in's could take a whole day's wait). Joe took care of me in a few minutes...could have ordered and put on a set of tires same afternoon, but I couldn't come back until the next morning. The next day, the tires were already in waiting for me, and they put it on, check it all with alignment, brakes, etc., in a just a little over an hour while I waited in the lobby and worked.
