Team pulled my car in for a free alignment check, confirmed the issue, fixed the issue, and gave me a report. Quick, well-priced, and one happy customer.

The last ones to touch it was America's Tires, Simi Valley location. Went back on Tuesday and Michael took care of me. He was not very helpful and not very knowledgeable. He drove my vehicle, heard the noise it was making and lifted it up on a floor jack. There conclusion was wheel bearing or warped brake rotor. I asked again, why did this happen after getting new tires, I received a bunch of excuses. No effort, they could of removed the tire and took a look. Michael referred me to a nearby mechanic. Look, I've worked on cars most of my life. They did the bare minimum. I went home dissatisfied. I removed the two front tires looked everything over, decided to change sides to see if it was the bearings and rotor. The sound went away, not only that the tire pressure light stayed off after resetting it again. Going the extra mile sort of speak would have made you hero's, instead you have a dissatisfied customer and this bad review. I appreciate the response and the company reaching out, the link doesn't work.

This young man has always been incredibly helpful to my entire family. We've been coming to this shop for quite a while, and as always, you all do a great job and keep the prices reasonable. On this particular visit, I came in to get a flat fixed on my Tacoma. The tire was still under warranty, but unfortunately it was unrepairable and no longer being offered by the manufacturer. Armando took the time to check with other stores to see if anyone still had one in stock, but had no luck. Instead of leaving it at that, he used his problem-solving skills and found the tire online from a retailer called The Rack. He ordered it, the tire arrived the very next day, and he was able to get it installed on my truck. Because of his effort, I didn't have to end up with mismatched tires on my truck. I really appreciate him going the extra mile to help me out. Thank you again!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at the Simi Valley Big Brand Tire location has…read morebeen incredibly frustrating and entirely avoidable due to repeated miscommunication and poor customer service. I have had ongoing issues with the same tire and scheduled multiple appointments specifically to have it replaced. On my first visit, the tire was patched and I was told the tear was borderline and should be replaced if it lost pressure again. When it did lose pressure weeks later, I called ahead, ordered the replacement tire under warranty, and came in expecting it to be replaced. Instead, I was talked out of it by the technician (Cesar), who told me the tire was still fine. I trusted his professional judgment--only for the tire to go completely flat again later. If it had been replaced when I asked, this entire situation would not have happened. On the most recent visit, things got worse. I called the store multiple times: - First call: disconnected - Second call: left on hold for over 6 minutes - Third call: Cesar assured me the tire could be obtained that same day I called again to confirm before leaving work and arranging a tow. Once again, Cesar reassured me the tire would be available that day. At no point did he mention that it would be a different brand tire. Based on those assurances, I left work early. After my car was towed in, I was then told the Continental tire was NOT available after all, and that only a different brand was an option--and that it might not even be safe to drive on in the rain. That crucial detail was never mentioned during either confirmation call. Management declined installing a temporary tire, and the only solution offered was a one-day rental car, which I still had to pay insurance and gas for. I was also told that the labor and warranty costs on the new tire could not be comped--despite the situation being caused entirely by misinformation from their staff. To top it off, when I returned the rental car, the store manager Juan was extremely unapproachable. The first thing he said to me was, "You filled the gas in the car, right?" No greeting, no apology, no acknowledgment of the issues his team caused. This location has serious communication and customer service problems. I am willing to try another Big Brand Tire location, but I am deeply disappointed in how the Simi Valley store handled this situation from start to finish.

Mexicali Tires - Boycott Mexicali Tires!! Bought all four used 255/R17 used on 12/3/2025. Today is 12/6/25

I showed up to get mine replaced for the same price EXCEPT the woman at the register was very rude about inflating the price to charge me $50 a tire. I was only able to change two of them, she them told me it would be $120. I asked for a price breakdown since they told me that tires were $50 each. She went into a long rant about how gas prices are higher and therefore they have to charge me more. When it came time to pay, the total was $110, NOT $120. She took my $100 dollar bill in cash and rang my card up for $10 and ONLY gave me a receipt for the amount that was charged on my car ($10). SHADY place with confusing prices and horrible communication. Unless you have an emergency, I wouldn't recommend coming here. Did I mention I was only able to get USED tires? Anyway, save your stress and energy, go to a place with more transparency and clear communication. It goes a long way.

I got a flat and drove to Mexicali tires but the tire completely came off and was on the rim. I called triple a for a tow and asked to take me to Mexicali tires. Prior to heading there I called and asked if they had my size in tires and asked for the price, $80 for used 255/R17's . Once I am dropped off there, I am told it'll be $100 by employee. I tell him I'd pay cash, so if he could compromise and do no tax and $80?. Employee agrees. Once is time to pay, the lady, whom I assume is the owner, asks me to pay with card. I tell her I don't carry a card and it'll be 343. She goes on to show me a notebook with entries- to point out she keeps record for tax purposes. The owner says she pays taxes and labor can be discounted not inventory. All in Spanish. I tell her I understand her, I am a corporate accountant. Thus entries for tax purposes shouldn't be done in the manner she's doing them and I'd gladly accept her business if she'd like. She said to ask my mom, or someone, I tell her that her employee agreed upon a price for service and inventory. She accepts the $320, oh yes! I bought four tires!!! SHE REFUSED TO GIVE ME A RECEIPT OVER $13 (which by the way tax on $320 is 12.40 ). Aaaaaaaand why this review?!? The recently bought tires from Mexicali Tires one just completely started deflating because the side wall has a rip! Jesus Joseph and Mary!! I called and no answer! Boycott this business and do not go there even for free air as per California law. ¡¡¡NO VAYAS A MEXICALI TIRES!!! ¡Llamé y no hubo respuesta! Boicotea este negocio y no vayas allí ni siquiera por aire libre según la ley de California.
