I unfortunately wore my tires to past the wire to where they completely opened up on me!…read more Thank god I found Jim's tires to replace my perelli tires. I drive a Mercedes GT and I first went to Costco to get my tires there thinking they'd have them. I waited 20 minutes with shitty customer service for them to tell me they don't carry my unique tires apparently only exotic cars use these tires and I was out of luck. I kept calling places till I got in contact with Jim's tires. The customer service from the beginning a call over the phone put me at ease. The representative that assisted me "Jose" said come on in I got you all taken care of. I will have your tires ready when you come in tomorrow morning and you'll be in and out. I scheduled AAA to tow my car first thing in the morning another great perk this store opens at 7:30am I arrive they're already waiting on me and I was in and out. I swear I wish everyone had Jose's fast customer service and personality he made things easy and explained everything to me to where it made sense. He also updated me on other things I need to get done to my car and hooked me up with 4 free oil changes through an app. Best place I highly recommend it. I'm attaching pictures so you see how bad my tires were ran down and the new ones. Hope this helps anyone in need

I was in right before closing and was told if it needed a patch I may need to come back in the morning, which I totally understood. We went outside, I showed them my car, and Jose told me he would make it happen and get me all patched up right then and there. They took their time and did an amazing job even though they were closing and most likely wanted to get home to their families. I will most definitely be coming back anytime I need service, and I will be recommending them to everyone. Thanks so much guys!

I showed up to get mine replaced for the same price EXCEPT the woman at the register was very rude about inflating the price to charge me $50 a tire. I was only able to change two of them, she them told me it would be $120. I asked for a price breakdown since they told me that tires were $50 each. She went into a long rant about how gas prices are higher and therefore they have to charge me more. When it came time to pay, the total was $110, NOT $120. She took my $100 dollar bill in cash and rang my card up for $10 and ONLY gave me a receipt for the amount that was charged on my car ($10). SHADY place with confusing prices and horrible communication. Unless you have an emergency, I wouldn't recommend coming here. Did I mention I was only able to get USED tires? Anyway, save your stress and energy, go to a place with more transparency and clear communication. It goes a long way.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at Mexicali Tires in Simi Valley was absolutely…read moreterrible from start to finish. First off, the technician had zero customer service skills. He looked completely fed up with his job and made it clear he didn't want to be there. I then asked another man--who I'm assuming was the owner--for a quote on a set of new tires. He couldn't even look me in the eye when he gave me the price. While completely looking away from me, he threw out a confident quote of $2,000 for the exact same tires that multiple other separate shops have quoted me $1,000 for. A 100% markup is just pure greed, and he couldn't even confidently back up his own numbers to my face. To top it all off, the checkout process was a joke. I walked up to the counter and greeted the older woman with a smile, only to get a miserable, stern look back. When I tried to tell her I needed to pay for a tire patch, she couldn't even hear me because she was blasting YouTube videos of nasal canals at full volume on her computer. After I had to repeat myself several times to get her attention, she told me a simple plug patch was $35. Charging $35 for an external plug--when reputable shops actually remove the tire and patch it properly from the inside for less--is absurd. When I questioned the $35 price, she gave me a defensive, condescending attitude and said, "Yes, a lot of people go to different places and act surprised when they see the price." Well, people are surprised because your prices are a rip-off and your attitude is garbage. Take your business somewhere else where they actually value customers and don't overcharge for subpar work

The team always goes out of their way to help - they're quick, friendly, flexible, knowledgeable, and offer fair pricing. Every visit is simply a pleasant experience, and the work is always perfection. They handle everything from large vehicles, Sprinter vans, trailers, and off-road vehicles to simple flat repairs - and they're completely unfazed by unusual issues that come up along the way. Recently, they even had a replacement part on hand for a stripped pressure indicator, which saved the day. The entire team is professional, welcoming, and genuinely fantastic. is the best, and even ALF the parrot makes the experience memorable. Honestly, who actually looks forward to tire service? I do.

They have been the only place we've taken my wife's car for oil changes since we bought it. On my last oil change I was told that the threads on the oil plan were stripped and I needed to take it somewhere else to get it repaired. I didn't think much about it until today when I took the car to another shop for the suggested repairs. It is going to cost me $1,768 to get a new oil pan !!! The mechanic, which I have known for a very long time, said it was stripped and someone tried to fix it and just made it worse and unrepairable. I just called Randy's and they denied responsibility. I told them they were the only place that has ever done an oil change and it is impossible that they didn't cause the damage. The rest of the conversation went nowhere. I always try to support local businesses. But when they damage my car, cost me $1,768, and don't even consider taking responsibility, they have just lost a long time customer. I will be sure to let my friends and neighbors know about today's experience.
